Abstract
The invention discloses a degradable color fancy yarn which is prepared by tightly siro-spinning a first yarn and a second yarn, wherein the first yarn is prepared by blending degradable polyester fibers and organic composite conductive fibers, the second yarn is regenerated viscose fibers, and the first yarn and the second yarn are prepared by the following components in percentage by weight: 65% of degradable polyester fiber and 35% of regenerated viscose fiber, wherein the degradable polyester fiber and the core type organic composite conductive fiber are calculated according to the weight percentage: 98% of degradable polyester fiber, 2% of organic composite conductive fiber, 35% of raw materials of the regenerated viscose fiber comprise cotton linter pulp, bamboo pulp and reed pulp, and the raw materials comprise the following components in percentage by weight: cotton linter pulp 90%, bamboo pulp 5%, reed pulp 5%; the prepared degradable colored fancy yarn has high degradability, rich colors, low production cost and conductive property.

Background
The colored spun yarn can realize hazy three-dimensional effect and texture which cannot be achieved by white blank dyeing. The color spun yarn is pollution-free in use, and the color difference can be controlled to the maximum extent, so that the color spun yarn is soft and fashionable, can be applied to small-batch multi-variety flexibly-produced color spun yarns, and is increasingly applied to medium-high-grade clothing products.
The polyester fiber used as the raw material in the existing spinning technology accounts for a large part of the proportion, compared with other fibers, the polyester fiber is based on the recovery of beverage bottles, then cleaning and sterilizing the beverage bottles through a plurality of procedures, crushing the beverage bottles into granules, then re-granulating the granules, finally preparing regenerated polyester long fibers after silk melting and spinning, but the conventional polyester materials generally have no degradability, and need to be subjected to special processing technology or additives to achieve the purpose of degradability, the prior art of adopting polyester fiber color fancy yarn is not mature enough, the special degradability and the special processing technology are in exploration, the invention adopts the processes of adding biodegradable components during the coloring of the stock solution and adopting special processing textile fancy yarn to achieve the purposes of degradability, rich color and production cost reduction.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing the degradable colored fancy spun yarn which has high degradability, rich colors, reduced production cost and conductive property.
In order to solve the problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the degradable color spinning fancy yarn is prepared by adopting compact siro spinning on a first yarn and a second yarn, wherein the first yarn is prepared by blending degradable polyester fibers and organic composite conductive fibers, the second yarn is regenerated viscose fibers, and the first yarn and the second yarn are prepared by the following steps of: 65% of degradable polyester fiber and 35% of regenerated viscose fiber, wherein the degradable polyester fiber and the organic composite conductive fiber are calculated according to the weight percentage: 98% of degradable polyester fiber, 2% of organic composite conductive fiber, 35% of raw materials of the regenerated viscose fiber comprise cotton linter pulp, bamboo pulp and reed pulp, and the raw materials comprise the following components in percentage by weight: cotton linter pulp 90%, bamboo pulp 5%, reed pulp 5%.
The further scheme is that the twist of the degradable colored fancy spun yarn is 20-30 twists/inch.
The further scheme is that the degradable polyester fiber is 8.15tex (72f), the length of the regenerated viscose fiber is 55-60mm and 3dtex, the breaking ratio is 3.2cN/dtex, and the density is 1.6g/cm 3.

2) and preparing regenerated viscose fibers: preparing virgin pulp by using 90% of cotton linter pulp, 5% of bamboo pulp and 5% of reed pulp, removing impurities in raw materials by using a chemical method to prepare pulp, performing alkali treatment, performing wet heating yellowing reaction on carbon disulfide and alkali cellulose to prepare spinning dope, and regenerating the spinning dope into cellulose gel by using a wet spinning process;
3) and carrying out colored spinning on the yarns obtained in the step 1) and the step 2) to obtain the degradable colored spun fancy yarns.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the first yarn is prepared by adopting compact siro spinning of degradable polyester fiber and organic composite conductive fiber, has the advantages of the siro spinning and the ring spinning, not only can the first yarn be prepared by adopting the recycled pet material as the main raw material, but also can be prepared by adopting 65 percent of proportion to blend with regenerated viscose fiber in the colored spun yarn, can realize the characteristic of rich color, adopts a biodegradation agent, the biodegradation auxiliary agent in the fiber can help most microorganisms to carry out biological decomposition on the fiber, the microorganism decomposes the fiber prepared by recycling pet through secreting yeast, only CO2, methane and water are left at last, the degradability is better, simultaneously, the organic composite conductive fiber is added, the defects of common conductive fiber are avoided, the conductive fiber has good conductivity, can continuously maintain body temperature and has certain heat preservation characteristic, and 35 percent of regenerated viscose fiber is adopted, the size adopts 90% of cotton linter pulp, 5% of bamboo pulp and 5% of reed pulp, is low in cost, has the characteristics of smoothness, coolness, air permeability, static resistance, ultraviolet resistance and bacteria resistance, has good texture after being blended with the first yarn, is fluffy and soft, and is suitable for preparing the fabric of underwear.

The twist of the degradable colored fancy yarn is 20-30 twists/inch.
