The equipment for the production line of the precast reinforced concrete square pile comprises an operation production line (1), a curing kiln (2) and a prefabricated part mold (8), and is characterized in that the operation production line (1) is arranged in the curing kiln (2), two groups of partition soft curtains (201) are arranged inside the curing kiln (2), and the partition soft curtains (201) divide the inside of the curing kiln (2) into a dry heat curing area, a steam curing area and a watering curing area.
3. The apparatus for the in-line production of a prefabricated reinforced concrete square pile according to claim 2, wherein a radiating pipe (15) is provided inside the dry heat curing zone.

The apparatus for the streamlined production of a prefabricated reinforced concrete square pile as claimed in claim 2, wherein a steam storage tank (14) is installed at the outer side of said curing kiln (2), one end of an air outlet of said steam storage tank (14) extends to the upper end of the interior of said steam curing zone and is installed with a second nozzle (141), a steam recovery pipe (161) for collecting steam is installed at the lower end of said steam curing zone, and a cooling apparatus is installed at the outer side of said steam recovery pipe (161).

The flow line production method of the precast reinforced concrete square pile as claimed in claim 4, wherein a spraying member is installed outside the curing kiln (2), the spraying member comprises a water tank (13), a water outlet of the water tank (13) extends to the upper end of the inside of the curing kiln to be watered and provided with a first spray head (131), a collection box (17) for collecting waste water is installed at the lower end of the watering curing area, one end of the steam recovery pipe (161) extends into the collection box (17), and a water pumping pipe (20) extending to the outside of the curing kiln (2) is connected to the outside of the collection box (17).

The flow line production method of the precast reinforced concrete square pile as claimed in claim 2, wherein a water circulation box (19) is installed at the outer side of the curing kiln (2), the water circulation box (19) is communicated with a water pumping pipe (20), an arch-shaped slag blocking net (191) is arranged at the upper end inside the water circulation box (19), an aeration pipe (192) is installed at the lower end inside the water circulation box (19), and an electric heating pipe (194) is installed at the upper end of the aeration pipe (192) inside the water circulation box (19).

The production line production method of the precast reinforced concrete square pile as claimed in claim 6, wherein the supporting plates (22) are fixed on both sides of the inside of the water circulation box (19), the square frame (221) is fixed above one end of the supporting plate (22), the slag blocking net (191) is fixed with the discharging box (21) corresponding to the supporting plate (22), the lower end of the discharging box (21) is provided with a notch (213) corresponding to the square frame (221), and the square frame (221) is matched with the notch (213).

The flow line production method of the precast reinforced concrete square pile as claimed in claim 7, wherein the upper end of the discharging box (21) is open, the central positions of both sides of the opening are rotatably provided with rotating plates (211) capable of closing the opening, the lower end of the interior of the discharging box (21) is provided with an inclined guide plate (212), and the guide plate (212) swings up and down under the impact of water waves.

The production line production method of the precast reinforced concrete square pile as claimed in claim 3, wherein the air inlet pipe (194) is fixedly communicated with the steam storage tank (14), the air blowing tank (18) is inserted at the upper end of the air inlet pipe (194), the center of the air blowing tank (18) is fixed with the membrane cloth (183), the right side of the membrane cloth (183) is communicated with the air inlet pipe (194), the membrane cloth (183) is extruded by steam to be stretched and swung, the left side of the air blowing tank (18) swings through the membrane cloth (183) to form an inflation member, the inflation member comprises an air blowing pipe (181) and a one-way air inlet valve (182), the lower end of the left side of the membrane cloth (183) of the air blowing tank (18) is fixed with the air blowing pipe (181), the one-way air inlet valve (182) is installed at the end of the air blowing tank (18) opposite to the air blowing pipe (181), and the air blowing pipe (181) is communicated with the aeration pipe (192).
