An intelligent double-shaft stirrer comprises a stirring barrel (1), a driving motor (2), stirring shafts (3), a support (4), a feeding hole (7) and a discharging hole (8), wherein a hopper-shaped feeding hole (7) is formed in one side of the upper part of the stirring barrel (1), a material storage and discharging hole (8) is formed in the other side of the bottom of the stirring barrel (1), the stirring barrel (1) is internally provided with two stirring shafts (3) which are arranged in parallel, rolling bearings (15) are arranged at two ends of each stirring shaft (3), and the rolling bearings (15) are respectively arranged in bearing seats (14) at two ends of the stirring barrel (1); the stirring shafts (3) are respectively connected with the output shaft of the driving motor (2) through a shaft coupling (9), the rotating speeds of the two stirring shafts (3) are the same, the rotating directions are opposite, the stirring is carried out from inside to outside,

the spiral blades (5) are in a multi-turn spiral shape, four spiral blades (5) are fixed at the head end and the tail end of the stirring shaft (3),
a plurality of fan-shaped blades (6) are sequentially arranged on the stirring shaft (3) between the two spiral blades (5), the adjacent fan-shaped blades are distributed in a spiral way at 90 degrees on the stirring shaft (3),
a plurality of shovel-shaped blades (17) are sequentially arranged on the stirring shaft (3) between the two helical blades (5), the shovel-shaped blades (17) are provided with two symmetrical U-shaped slotted holes, one side of the inner wall of each U-shaped slotted hole is in a sawtooth shape,
liquid bath heating pipes (16) which are arranged on the surfaces of the middle part and the lower part of the stirring barrel (1) and used for heating the stirring barrel (1),
the stirring device comprises high-pressure spray heads (11), wherein the upper part of the stirring barrel (1) is opened, a rectangular top cover (10) is arranged at the opening, a plurality of high-pressure spray heads (11) are uniformly distributed on the top cover (10), the high-pressure spray heads (11) are mutually connected through water injection pipes (12), the water injection pipes (12) are connected with a water pump and a water tank,
the piezoelectric pressure sensors (19) are embedded in the fan-shaped blades (6) and the shovel-shaped blades (17), the piezoelectric pressure sensors (19) are connected with the controller, the controller monitors impact force on the stirring blades, alarm and shutdown can be carried out when the impact force exceeds a preset value, and damage to the fan-shaped blades (6) and the shovel-shaped blades (17) is avoided.
2. An intelligent dual-shaft mixer according to claim 1 wherein: the stirring barrel (1) is of a double-barrel type.
3. An intelligent dual-shaft mixer according to claim 1 wherein: the stirring barrel (1) and the driving motor (2) are arranged on the ground or a workbench through a support (4).
4. An intelligent dual-shaft mixer according to claim 1 wherein: the helical blade (5) has more than three turns.

An intelligent dual-shaft mixer according to claim 1 wherein: the fan-shaped blades (6) and the shovel-shaped blades (17) are respectively provided with an inserting rod, the stirring shaft (3) is provided with a through connecting hole, and the inserting rod is detachably mounted in the connecting hole.
6. An intelligent dual shaft blender as claimed in claim 1 or 5 wherein: the installation angles between two adjacent fan-shaped stirring blades are opposite and are in a splayed shape.

An intelligent dual-shaft mixer according to claim 1 wherein: the liquid bath heating pipe (16) is spiral, water flow in the pipe can circulate, one end of the liquid bath heating pipe (16) is provided with a liquid bath injection port (18), and the other end of the liquid bath heating pipe is a cooled cold water outlet.
8. An intelligent dual-shaft mixer according to claim 1 wherein: the two driving motors (2) are controlled by a table program controller. The dual-drive motor (2) is controlled through the table program controller, so that the device is intelligent and transmission parts such as gears and the like can be omitted.
9. An intelligent dual-shaft mixer according to claim 1 wherein: the high-pressure spray head (11) is controlled to be switched on and off through an electromagnetic valve (13).
