Description

Split type pressure cooking utensil
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of food processing, and relates to a split type pressure cooking appliance.
Background
In the existing split type pressure cooking appliance, an upper coupler is arranged on a cooker cover, and a lower coupler is arranged on a cooker body, so that electrical connection is realized, as shown in fig. 2. Including enclosing cover and locking closure, the relative enclosing cover of locking closure have with the rotatory lock position of the pot body and with the rotatory unblock position of the pot body unblock, when the user uses the handle to rotate the locking closure position, the pot cover drives the clamp plate and moves to the direction of upper coupler, when removing the contact to upper coupler, along with continuing to rotate the locking closure, the clamp plate can be used in the last power to the direction of rotation slope of upper coupler, along with the pot cover is complete to be locked, the clamp plate promotes upper coupler and moves to the below, the upper and lower coupler coupling electricity is even this moment, the machine detects the closing cover signal, the machine begins normal work. When the machine is in an unlocking state, the pressure plate is driven by the lock cover to be in an initial position, the upper coupler floats upwards under the action of the reset piece, the coupler is in a disconnecting state, and the machine stops working due to the fact that a connection signal cannot be detected.
The problems with the above structure: because the pressure plate applies force to the upper coupler in the locking process of the locking cover, the force applied by the pressure plate is necessarily non-vertical force inclined towards the locking direction, as shown in fig. 2, the overall floating height of the upper coupler is consistent, so that when the coupler is pressed down by the pressure plate, the force is not vertical downwards, the pin of the upper coupler is completely inserted into the lower coupler in the process, the inclined phenomenon exists in the front stage, the vertical state is reached in the rear stage, and the pin of the upper coupler is easy to bend and deform in the process, the use of the coupler is influenced, and the service life of the coupler is shortened; and the phenomena of poor hand feeling and difficult cover closing caused by uneven stress.

Preferably, the fixing part is of a horizontal structure, and the positioning part is a horizontal piece attached to the fixing part.
Preferably, a bottom surface of the pressing portion where the positioning portion is connected is lower than a bottom surface of the positioning portion.
The invention has the following technical effects:
1. when the locking cover is in the unlocking position, the upper coupler is obliquely arranged on the outer cover in advance when the pressure plate does not apply force to the upper coupler; so that the locking cover can gradually correct the upper coupler along with the pressing down process in the process of rotating to the locking position, and the upper coupler is connected with the lower coupler. The upper coupler is arranged on the outer cover in an inclined mode in advance, so that the problem that when the upper coupler is in coupling connection with the lower coupler due to the fact that the upper coupler is inclined due to unbalanced stress when the pressing plate is locked along with the rotation of the locking cover, contact pins in the coupler are stressed and bent to deform is solved, and the problem that cover closing is labor-consuming and unsmooth due to the fact that the upper coupler is unbalanced stress when the pressing plate is pressed downwards is solved.
2. When the locking cover is in the unlocking position, the height of one side, away from the pressure plate, of the upper coupler is larger than the height of one side, close to the pressure plate, of the upper coupler. Because the force F applied to the upper coupler by the pressure plate in the process of locking along with the rotation of the locking cover inclines towards the locking position, the pressure plate can give a force transversely towards the locking position to the upper coupler, so that the side of the upper coupler far from the pressure plate is subjected to the transverse force, and the side of the upper coupler far from the pressure plate is inclined downwards; the height of one side of the upper coupler, which is far away from the pressure plate, is set to be greater than that of one side of the upper coupler, which is close to the pressure plate, namely the height of one side of the upper coupler, which is far away from the pressure plate, is set to be higher than that of the other side of the upper coupler, so that in the process of locking the locking cover in a rotating mode, due to the inclination force F applied by the pressure plate, the position of the preset higher side of the upper coupler can be corrected, the whole upper coupler is gradually corrected along with the process of pressing down, and the reliable and stable connection of the upper coupler and the lower coupler is achieved.
3. The upper coupler is arranged on the outer cover in a floating mode through the fixing columns, at least two fixing columns are arranged, and the height of at least one fixing column is different from the height of other fixing columns. The upper coupler is fixed through the fixing columns, and the height of at least one fixing column is different from the height of other fixing columns, so that the upper coupler is obliquely arranged on the outer cover in advance.
Further, when the lock cover is located at the unlocking position, the height of the fixing column close to the pressing plate is smaller than the height of the fixing column far away from the pressing plate. The height of one side of the fixed column, which is far away from the pressing plate, is set to be greater than the height of the fixed column on one side close to the pressing plate, the upper coupler is fixed on the fixed column, so that the height of one side of the upper coupler, which is far away from the pressing plate, is greater than the height of one side of the upper coupler, which is close to the pressing plate, i.e. the height of one side of the upper coupler, which is far away from the pressing plate, is greater than the other side of the upper coupler, therefore, in the process of locking and rotating the locking cover, due to the inclination force F exerted by the pressing plate, the position of the one side, which is set in advance and is higher than the upper coupler, can be corrected gradually along with the pressing process, and the reliable and stable connection of the upper coupler and the lower coupler is realized.
4. The upper coupler is provided with a pressure guiding part, and the pressure plate is provided with a pressing part; and in the process that the locking cover rotates to the locking position, the pressing part is contacted and pressed downwards by the pressing part so that the upper coupler is connected with the lower coupler.
Further, the pressure guide part is arranged to be a circular arc or a round angle or a slope; in the process of locking the lock cover in a rotating manner, the pressing part and the pressure guiding part are matched to be attached to the pressure guiding part due to the smooth pressure guiding surface of the arc surface or the fillet surface or the inclined surface. The locking process of the locking cover is smooth surface contact, so that the locking cover is easier and more labor-saving and is convenient to lock in place.
5. The lower pressing part is provided with a convex rib. Make protruding muscle and lead the contact of pressing portion realization, protruding muscle protrusion sets up for after the closure target in place, because protruding muscle no longer contacts and leads the pressing portion, go up the coupler this moment and have a slight come-up action, so have a slight come-up action when rotatory locking closure, thereby offer a feeling that closes to cover target in place for the user, in order to remind the user to close to cover target in place, promote smooth and easy and the convenience that the user closed to cover the operation.
6. The upper end of the upper coupler is provided with a fixing part, and the pressing plate is provided with a positioning part fixed with the fixing part. The fixed part and the setting of the fixed location portion of fixed part guarantee to close the lid and target in place the back, go up the coupler and be in a stable connected state with lower coupler all the time, prevent to appear disconnected, promote stability and the security that the user used.
Furthermore, the fixing part is of a horizontal structure, and the positioning part is a horizontal piece attached to the fixing part. The upper coupler and the lower coupler are in a vertical connection state after the upper coupler and the lower coupler are covered in place, namely after stable connection, the problem that due to the fact that stress is unbalanced, a contact pin of the upper coupler or the lower coupler is unbalanced in stress, connection is unstable or disconnected or the contact pin is deformed is solved.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention is provided in order to make the technical solutions of the present invention easier to understand and understand. It should be noted that the specific embodiments described herein are only for illustrating the present invention and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
The first embodiment is as follows:
as shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, a split type pressure cooking appliance includes a pot body 100 and a pot cover 200, the pot cover 200 includes an outer cover 210 and a locking cover 220 rotating relative to the outer cover 210, the locking cover 220 has a locking position a rotationally locked with the pot body 100 and an unlocking position b rotationally unlocked with the pot body relative to the outer cover 210, the outer cover 210 is floatingly mounted with an upper coupler 211, a reset piece 212 is disposed between the upper coupler 211 and the outer cover, the reset piece 212 is a structure capable of driving the upper coupler 211 to float up and down, and includes an elastic element or an electromagnet or a lever type structure; in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the restoring member 212 is a spring member; the pan body 100 is provided with a lower coupler (not shown in the figure); the locking cover 220 is provided with a pressing plate 221 which rotates synchronously, when the locking cover 220 is at the unlocking position b, the upper coupler 211 is obliquely arranged on the outer cover 210, and when the locking cover 220 rotates to the locking position a, the pressing plate 221 presses the upper coupler 211 downwards and corrects the upper coupler 211, so that the upper coupler 211 is connected with the lower coupler.
When the locking cover 220 is in the unlocking position b, the upper coupler 211 is already obliquely arranged on the outer cover 210 when the pressing plate 221 has not applied a force to the upper coupler; therefore, during the rotation of the locking cover 220 to the locking position a, since the pressing plate 221 contacts the upper coupler 211 with the rotation of the locking cover 20 and applies the force F to the upper coupler 211, as shown in fig. 2, the force F applied to the upper coupler 211 is a force inclined toward the locking position, and the upper coupler 211, which is previously inclined, gradually corrects the inclination of the upper coupler 211 during the pressing of the pressing plate 221 against the upper coupler 211, so that the upper coupler 211 is connected with the lower coupler. By arranging the upper coupler 211 on the outer cover 210 in an inclined manner in advance, the problem that pins in the coupler are stressed to bend and deform when the upper coupler 211 is coupled with the lower coupler due to the inclination of the upper coupler 211 caused by unbalanced stress in the process that the pressing plate 221 is locked with the locking cover 220 in a rotating manner is solved, and the problem that cover closing is laborious and unsmooth due to unbalanced stress in the process that the upper coupler is pressed downwards is solved.
Further, when the locking cover 220 is in the unlocking position b, the height of the side of the upper coupler 211 away from the pressing plate 221 is greater than the height of the side of the upper coupler 211 close to the pressing plate 221. It should be noted that the above-mentioned height refers to the height of the upper coupler in the horizontal direction. As shown in fig. 2, since the pressing plate 221 is locked with the locking cover 220 rotating, the force F applied by the pressing plate 221 to the upper coupler 211 is inclined toward the locking position, so that it gives the upper coupler 211 a force F transverse to the locking position, which makes the side of the upper coupler 211 away from the pressing plate 221 receive the transverse force F transverse, thus causing the side of the upper coupler 211 away from the pressing plate 221 to be inclined downward; as shown in fig. 4, by setting the height of the side of the upper coupler 211 away from the pressing plate 221 to be greater than the height of the side of the upper coupler 211 close to the pressing plate 221, that is, by setting the height of the side of the upper coupler 211 away from the pressing plate 221 to be higher than the other side thereof in advance, during the rotation locking process of the locking cover 220, due to the tilting force F exerted by the pressing plate, the position of the preset higher side of the upper coupler 211 can be corrected, so that the whole upper coupler 211 is gradually corrected along with the process of pressing down, thereby achieving a reliable and stable connection of the upper coupler and the lower coupler.
Example two:
as shown in fig. 5-6, in the present embodiment, the upper coupler 211 is floatably disposed on the outer cover 210 through fixing posts 213, and at least two fixing posts 213 are disposed, wherein the height of at least one fixing post 213 is different from the heights of the other fixing posts. In this embodiment, two fixing columns 213 are provided, namely a first fixing column 2131 and a second fixing column 2132; are respectively positioned at the left end and the right end of the upper coupler 211; fixing lugs 2113 are arranged at the left end and the right end of the upper coupler 211, and a reset piece 212 is arranged between the fixing lugs 2113 and the fixing columns 213, wherein in the embodiment, the reset piece 212 is a spring, so that the upper coupler 211 can float up and down relative to the outer cover 210; when the locking cover 220 is in the unlocking position b, the height of the first fixing post 2131 close to the pressing plate 221 is smaller than the height of the second fixing post 2132 far from the pressing plate 221.
The upper coupler 211 is fixed by the fixing posts 213, and the height of the first fixing posts 2131 close to the pressing plate 221 is smaller than that of the second fixing posts 2132 far from the pressing plate 221, so that the upper coupler 211 is pre-slantingly arranged on the outer cover 210. That is, the height of the side of the upper coupler 211 away from the pressing plate 221 is set higher than the other side thereof in advance, so that during the rotation locking of the locking cap 220, due to the tilting force F exerted by the pressing plate 221, the position of the preset higher side of the upper coupler 211 can be corrected, so that the whole upper coupler 211 is gradually corrected along with the process of pressing down, thereby realizing the reliable and stable connection of the upper coupler 211 and the lower coupler.
Example three:
as shown in fig. 7 to 9, in the present embodiment, the upper coupler 211 has a pressure guide portion 2111, and the pressure plate 221 has a pressure lower portion 2211; during the rotation of the locking cover 220 to the locking position a, the pressing portion 2211 presses the pressing portion 2111 to connect the upper coupler 211 with the lower coupler. The pressure guide part 2111 is an arc, a round angle or an inclined plane; the push-down portion 2211 is fitted to the pressure guide portion 2111 to be attached to the pressure guide portion 2111. In the process of rotating the locking cover 220 to the locking position a, the pressing portion 2211 contacts and presses the pressing guide portion 2111 to connect the upper coupler 211 with the lower coupler. Further, by providing the pressure guide portion 2111 as an arc or a rounded corner or a slope; in the process of rotationally locking the locking cover 220, due to the smooth pressure guide surface of the arc surface, the fillet surface or the inclined surface, the pressing portion 2211 and the pressure guide portion 2111 are adapted to fit the pressure guide portion, so that the locking process of the locking cover 220 is smooth surface contact, and the locking is easier, more labor-saving and convenient to lock in place.
The pressing portion 2211 is provided with a convex rib 2212; the convex rib 2212 is in contact with the pressure guide portion 2111, the convex rib 2212 protrudes out of the bottom surface of the pressure lower portion 2211, after locking is in place, the convex rib 2212 is not in contact with the pressure guide portion 2111 any more, the upper coupler 211 can slightly float at the moment, and therefore the slight floating action can be achieved when the cover is locked in place, a hand feeling of closing the cover in place is provided for a user, the user is reminded of closing the cover in place, and smoothness and convenience of cover closing operation of the user are improved.
The upper coupler 211 has a fixing portion 2112 at the upper end thereof, and the pressing plate 221 is provided with a positioning portion 2213 fixed to the fixing portion 2112. The fixing portion 2112 has a horizontal structure, and the positioning portion 2213 is a horizontal member attached to the fixing portion. The arrangement of the fixing portion 2112 and the positioning portion 2213 fixed to the fixing portion ensures that the upper coupler 211 and the lower coupler are always in a stable connection state after the cover is closed in place, thereby preventing disconnection and improving the stability and safety of use of a user. Further, the fixing portion 2113 is set to be in a horizontal structure, and the positioning portion 2213 is a horizontal piece attached to the fixing portion 2113, so that the upper coupling portion 211 and the lower coupling portion are in a vertical connection state after the upper coupling portion and the lower coupling portion are covered in place, that is, after the upper coupling portion and the lower coupling portion are stably connected, the situation that the stress is unbalanced, the stress on the pin of the upper coupling portion or the pin of the lower coupling portion is unbalanced, and connection is unstable or disconnected or the pin is deformed is prevented.
Example four:
in the present embodiment, the bottom surface of depressed portion 2211 where positioning portion 2213 is connected is lower than the bottom surface of positioning portion 2213. Due to the design, when the cover is locked in place, the contact position of the pressing plate 221 and the upper coupler rotates from the pressing part 2211 to the positioning part 2213, at the moment, because the bottom surface of the part, connected with the positioning part 2213, of the pressing part 2211 is lower than the bottom surface of the positioning part 2213, the upper coupler 211 has a slight upward floating action, and thus a slight upward floating action is generated when the cover is locked in place by rotation, so that a hand feeling of closing the cover in place is provided for a user, the user is reminded to close the cover in place, and the smoothness and convenience of the cover closing operation of the user are improved.
