目前市售金银花酒主要以金银花啤酒为主,其成分为大麦芽、大米、酒花、水经传统金银花啤酒生产工艺酿制而成,是一种深受广大消费者喜爱的饮品,具有“液体面包”之美称。随着人们生活水平的不断提高和营养观念地改变,上述传统金银花啤酒已不能满足消费者的需求。为此,我们提出了一种金银花酒的配方及其制作方法。

金银花58-63%,冰糖11-13%,米酒21-26%,甘草1%-2%,枸杞1%-2%。

金银花60%,冰糖12%,米酒24.6%,甘草1.7%,枸杞1.7%。
一种金银花酒的制作方法,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤一:备料:按重量份称取原料,所述原料包括金银花58-63%,冰糖11-13%,米酒21-26%,甘草 1%-2%,枸杞1%-2%,将金银花、甘草、枸杞洗净备用;
步骤二:酿蜜:每5份金银花中加入1份冰糖,密封腌制24小时,酿成金银花花蜜;
步骤三:过滤:将步骤二中酿好的金银花蜜通过80-100目的筛网进行过滤;
步骤四:杀菌:在室温下,使油菜花蜜流经电场强度≥8kV/cm,脉冲数≥8个,脉冲宽度1μs-120μs 的高压脉冲电场进行灭菌处理;
步骤五:填料:在步骤四金银花花蜜中按质量份数添加适量的米酒、甘草以及枸杞;
步骤六:装坛发酵:将步骤五中所有混合物混合均匀后密封装坛,在酵池中进行发酵50-70天,得到酒醅;
步骤七:过滤装瓶:将步骤六中酒醅过滤后通过定量灌装机进行灌装。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:本发明采用科学配比首先将金银花与冰糖混合酿成金银花花蜜、其次将花蜜与米酒、枸杞、甘草混合浸泡使其有效成分溶于白酒之中,使得本发明所述金银花酒口味纯正。金银花具有清热解毒之功效,对外感风热或温病发热,中暑,热毒血痢,痈肿疔疮,喉痹,多种感染性疾病具有功效;冰糖味甘、性平,入肺、脾经;有补中益气,和胃润肺的功效;甘草具有镇咳、抗炎的功效;枸杞具有养肝,滋肾,润肺的功效;本发明中酿造的金银花酒使人们在享受美味的同时起到营养滋补保健的作用,具有良好的市场推广价值。

金银花58-63%,冰糖11-13%,米酒21-26%,甘草1%-2%,枸杞1%-2%。

步骤二:酿蜜:每5份金银花中加入1份冰糖,密封腌制24小时,酿成金银花花蜜;
步骤三:过滤:将步骤二中酿好的金银花蜜通过80-100目的筛网进行过滤;
