The jaw occlusion detection device 4 solves the problems that the existing equipment collects the processed nail clippers and detects the processed nail clippers when the processed nail clippers are conveyed to a special detection part, so that a large amount of time for conveying and transferring is needed to be spent, and the detection and positioning effects of the nail clippers are poor in the detection process.

The detection positioning clamping component 43 is used for positioning the nail clippers; the moving part of the detection positioning cylinder 432 passes through the positioning through hole 412 and is connected with the detection positioning rod 433, and the nail clippers 100 can be positioned just above the occlusion detection assembly 44 through the detection positioning rod 433. The positioning notch 4331 is convenient to be matched with the nail clippers 100 for positioning better, and the positioning precision is improved. The detection clamping assembly 45 is used for clamping the nail clippers; after the nail clipper 100 is longitudinally positioned, the two detection clamping blocks 452 are driven by the detection clamping cylinder 451 to clamp the bottom of the nail clipper 100. The bite detection assembly 44 is used to perform bite detection on the nail clipper. The bending point 4451 of the V-shaped hinge rod 445 is rotationally matched with the jaw occlusion detection bracket 41, and the top of the V-shaped hinge rod 445 is driven to rotate forwards through the first detection hinge rod 443. The pressing of the upper clipper 101 on the nail clipper 100 is facilitated by the first bite detection lever 4452. The nail clipper pressing surface 44521 can be pressed against the nail clipper 100 to prevent the nail clipper 100 from being crushed or scraped. The bending point 4461 of the V-shaped hinge matching rod 446 is rotationally matched with the jaw occlusion detection bracket 41, and the second detection hinge rod 444 drives the top of the V-shaped hinge matching rod 446 to rotate backwards. The V-shaped hinged matching rod 446 is provided with a meshing arc-shaped protruding block 4462 matched with the meshing arc-shaped notch 4453 at the top, so that the V-shaped hinged matching rod 446 is matched with the V-shaped hinged rod 445, and the upper clamp 101 and the lower clamp 102 of the nail clamp 100 can be more effectively subjected to meshing detection.
An automatic production method of nail clippers sequentially comprises the following steps:
s1 conveying and feeding of nail clippers: feeding the nail clippers by a conveying device 1;
s2 polishing of nail clippers: conveying the nail clippers to a jaw grinding device 2, and grinding an upper clipper 101 and a lower clipper 102 of the nail clippers through the jaw grinding device 2;
