the data release module is used for editing the red line layer in the ecological protection red line, releasing the red line layer into FeatureServer, and importing the ecological protection red line data into an SQL Server2005 database through ArcSDE10.0 before releasing the red line data;
the geographic information system development and construction module accesses data in the database through Java and transmits the acquired data to a foreground;
the ecological protection red line protection system comprises a map basic operation module, a red line data query and statistics module, a red line data maintenance module, a red line distribution characteristic analysis module and a red line management file module.
2. The ecological protection red line management system of claim 1, wherein: the system data sorting and basic analysis module further comprises:
analyzing the spatial distribution characteristics of ecological protection red lines; according to the existing ecological protection red line protection planning and drawing, the spatial distribution characteristics of the ecological protection red lines in the management area are analyzed, all information is integrated, and accurate spatial positioning and range determination are carried out on each ecological protection red line by combining text description of the range and 1:1 ten thousand topographic data of the management area.
3. The ecological protection red line management system of claim 1, wherein: the data acquisition processing and library building module further comprises:
researching and compiling an ecological protection red line classification coding system; in order to effectively manage the ecological protection red line, the ecological protection red line in the management area needs to be uniformly coded, and the codes can reflect information such as administrative districts and types of the functional areas, and lay a foundation for establishing an ecological protection red line database in the management area.
4. The management system of ecological protection red line according to claim 3, wherein the data database building process of the data acquisition processing and database building module is as follows:
1) data acquisition: the method comprises the following steps of dividing data marking and data verification, wherein the data marking firstly analyzes a red line range, plays back an image map, marks the position of a red line on the image map, and fills an attribute information table; the data verification verifies a red line vector diagram according to the image information, checks and checks the spatial position of a red line, and forms a final electronic map;
2) data processing: generating an ecological protection red line identification code according to the collected data, checking an attribute information check table, and matching the attribute information of the red line data to a red line area with spatial position information through coding;
3) database building: and performing warehousing pretreatment on the processed data, fusing and cutting image data, importing the data into a database by using a warehousing tool, and finally generating a red line area city database.

data acquisition, processing and library building; after the image is returned, the image can not be applied to the system, data verification is needed, attribute information of related ecological protection red lines is added, and finally database management data is established. The method comprises the steps of storing ecological protection red line data into a database sde in a relational database SQL Server2005 by adopting ArcSDE10.0, exporting an attribute table of basic geographic data into an excel file, and importing the excel file into a SQL Server2005 database table.
6. The ecological protection red line management system of claim 1, wherein: the geographic information system development and construction module further comprises:
developing and constructing a geographic information system; and determining functions to be realized by the geographic information system, analyzing and comparing a development mode of the system, an adopted development platform and a tool, determining the functions to be realized by the system, and finally finishing the development of the system.

The ecological protection red line management system of claim 6, wherein: the development and construction of the geographic information system need to comprise the functions of graphic display of ecological protection red line data, basic operation of graphics of the ecological protection red line data, attribute query of the ecological protection red line data, space query of the ecological protection red line data, editing of the ecological protection red line data, ecological protection red line distribution characteristic analysis and management and announcement of ecological protection red line files.

The ecological protection red line management system of claim 1, wherein: the ecological protection red line protection system further comprises: map basic operations and browsing, map assistance, information sharing and publishing, file management, query statistics, and data maintenance and management.
