本发明提供了一种环保型牛皮纸板,属于新材料技术领域。它解决了现有技术存在着稳定差的问题。本环保型牛皮纸板制作方法包括以下步骤:A、准备:将厚度为8—10毫米且为牛皮纸材质的基板备用;B、压制:将粒径3—5毫米的碎石子均匀铺设在基板上,采用压板将碎石子部分压入基板内;C、脱子:基板翻转180度,基板上嵌有碎石子的一侧朝下,拍动基板上侧,在振动作用下碎石子与基板稳定脱离,得到一侧具有若干凹口的基板;D、涂覆:在基板上具有凹口的一侧均匀涂覆乳胶漆,待乳胶漆凝固后得到成品牛皮纸板。本环保型牛皮纸板稳定性高。

环保型牛皮纸板
技术领域
本发明属于新材料技术领域,涉及一种环保型牛皮纸板。
背景技术
牛皮纸由于自己身特性,导致其疏松多孔。为了保证牛皮纸表面光滑,通常在牛皮纸侧部具有一侧塑料膜。
虽然塑料膜的添加能使牛皮纸表面光滑且具有一定的美观作用,但是,塑料膜无法降解,导致其环保性比较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的上述问题,提供一种环保且结构紧凑的环保型牛皮纸板。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:
一种环保型牛皮纸板,其特征在于:其制作方法包括以下步骤:
A、准备:将厚度为8—10毫米且为牛皮纸材质的基板备用;
B、压制:将粒径3—5毫米的碎石子均匀铺设在基板上,采用压板将碎石子部分压入基板内;
C、脱子:基板翻转180度,基板上嵌有碎石子的一侧朝下,拍动基板上侧,在振动作用下碎石子与基板稳定脱离,得到一侧具有若干凹口的基板;
D、涂覆:在基板上具有凹口的一侧均匀涂覆乳胶漆,待乳胶漆凝固后得到成品牛皮纸板。
基板经压制脱子后,在基板的一侧形成具有若干凹口的连接面。
若干凹口的设置能提高乳胶漆与连接面的接触面积,最终保证乳胶漆稳定的连接在基板上。
当然,由于基板具有厚度比较大,而碎石子粒径比较小,并且碎石子部分嵌入基板内。这样的结构能避免碎石子将基板贯穿。
在上述的环保型牛皮纸板中,所述步骤B中碎石子占据基板侧部的50%—60%的位置。
在上述的环保型牛皮纸板中,所述步骤B中碎石子的嵌入基板的深度尺寸为碎石子粒径尺寸的1/3—2/5。
这样的结构能避免形成过多且过深的凹口,保证基板具备足够强度。
在上述的环保型牛皮纸板中,所述步骤C中将基板的两端夹持,然后沿基板的长度方向由前至后匀速拍动基板。
由于基板被定位,因此,拍动后能使碎石子与基板稳定脱离。
在上述的环保型牛皮纸板中,沿基板长度方向由前至后拍动基板形成一侧脱子行程,所述脱子行程的次数为2—5次。
多次脱子形成能保证碎石子与基板稳定脱离。
在上述的环保型牛皮纸板中,所述步骤D中在基板侧部涂覆的乳胶漆形成底漆,将网格布铺设在底漆上,然后再在网格布上均匀涂覆一层乳胶漆形成外漆,上述网格布被包覆在底漆与外漆之间。
底漆、网格布和外漆的设置不仅能使整个牛皮纸板侧部光滑平整,而且还外侧还具备足够强度。
在上述的环保型牛皮纸板中,所述步骤D后将溢出至基板端部处的乳胶漆刮除。
这样能使成型后的牛皮纸板结构紧凑。
与现有技术相比,本环保型牛皮纸板由于在基板侧部具有底漆、网格布和外漆,因此,整个牛皮纸板侧部光滑平整。
同时,由于在基板侧部具有若干凹口,因此,底层与基板之间连接稳定性高,具有很高的实用价值。

所述步骤B中碎石子占据基板侧部的50%%的位置。
所述步骤B中碎石子的嵌入基板的深度尺寸为碎石子粒径尺寸的1/3。

C、脱子:基板翻转180度,基板上嵌有碎石子的一侧朝下,拍动基板上侧,在振动作用下碎石子与基板稳定脱离,得到一侧具有若干凹口的基板;
所述步骤C中将基板的两端夹持,然后沿基板的长度方向由前至后匀速拍动基板。

C、脱子:基板翻转180度,基板上嵌有碎石子的一侧朝下,拍动基板上侧,在振动作用下碎石子与基板稳定脱离,得到一侧具有若干凹口的基板;
所述步骤C中将基板的两端夹持,然后沿基板的长度方向由前至后匀速拍动基板。
本实施例中,沿基板长度方向由前至后拍动基板形成一侧脱子行程,所述脱子行程的次数为4次。
D、涂覆:在基板上具有凹口的一侧均匀涂覆乳胶漆,待乳胶漆凝固后得到成品牛皮纸板。
所述步骤D中在基板侧部涂覆的乳胶漆形成底漆,将网格布铺设在底漆上,然后再在网格布上均匀涂覆一层乳胶漆形成外漆,上述网格布被包覆在底漆与外漆之间。

A、准备:将厚度为8—10毫米且为牛皮纸材质的基板备用;
B、压制:将粒径3—5毫米的碎石子均匀铺设在基板上,采用压板将碎石子部分压入基板内;
C、脱子:基板翻转180度,基板上嵌有碎石子的一侧朝下,拍动基板上侧,在振动作用下碎石子与基板稳定脱离,得到一侧具有若干凹口的基板;
D、涂覆:在基板上具有凹口的一侧均匀涂覆乳胶漆,待乳胶漆凝固后得到成品牛皮纸板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型牛皮纸板,其特征在于,所述步骤B中碎石子占据基板侧部的50%—60%的位置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保型牛皮纸板,其特征在于,所述步骤B中碎石子的嵌入基板的深度尺寸为碎石子粒径尺寸的1/3—2/5。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保型牛皮纸板,其特征在于,所述步骤C中将基板的两端夹持,然后沿基板的长度方向由前至后匀速拍动基板。
