Description

Double-effect plate cleaning liquid for removing dirt and scratches of printing plate and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of PS/CTP printing, in particular to a dual-effect plate cleaning solution for removing dirt and scratches of a printing plate and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Printing is a technique of transferring ink to the surface of a material such as paper, fabric, or leather by performing processes such as plate making, inking, and pressing on an original such as characters, pictures, or photographs, thereby mass-transferring the contents of the original. Printing in the simple sense is the process of transferring the graphic information on an original to a substrate using a printing plate or other means, and may also be understood as a reproduction process using an analog or digital image carrier to transfer a colorant/pigment (e.g. ink) to the substrate.
Currently, plate cleaning liquid is often needed in the printing field. The plate cleaning liquid is a daily cleaning and scratch remover for PS plates/CTP plates, and mainly has the functions of removing residual ink, scratches, oxides, oil stains and other components on the plate surface to ensure the clarity of printed images and prolong the service life of printing plates.
However, the currently marketed plate cleaning liquid only has the function of removing oil stains on the plate surface, and cannot play a certain role in protecting and repairing the plate surface. In addition, the existing plate cleaning liquid has relatively poor antibacterial performance, and the service life of the plate cleaning liquid is influenced.

Then adding a proper amount of compound antibacterial agent into the silica sol, and preparing the silica sol into microspherical wet gel in a syringe dripping or spraying mode. The prepared microspherical wet gel is subjected to the working procedures of aging, replacement, surface modification, cleaning and drying in sequence; finally, spherical silicon dioxide sol with the particle size range of 3-10 mu m, namely the repair aid, is prepared.
The obtained spherical silica sol contains a certain amount of quaternary ammonium salt bactericide and octyl isothiazolinone, and the quaternary ammonium salt bactericide and the octyl isothiazolinone are used as raw materials of the plate cleaning liquid, so that the plate cleaning liquid has good antibacterial performance. The quality and quality of the plate cleaning liquid are effectively ensured;
moreover, the use of the spherical silica sol enables the plate cleaning solution provided by the invention to be uniformly coated on the surface of the printing plate, and a layer of protective film can be formed on the surface of the printing plate after curing, so that the protective film not only can tightly cover the surface of the printing plate, but also can isolate the surface oxide layer from directly contacting with air. Moreover, because the silica sol is of a spherical structure, the probability that the surface of the printing plate is scratched or scratched can be effectively reduced, and the safety and the quality of the printing plate are ensured.
2. The sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate agent and the citric acid are used in combination, so that a good decontamination effect can be achieved, dirt on the surface of a printing plate can be effectively removed, and the cleanness of the surface of the printing plate is ensured. Furthermore, the squalane agent D-mannitol can play a certain moisturizing effect when being used together. The protective film is matched with polyvinyl alcohol and hydroxyethyl cellulose, so that the plate cleaning liquid forms a uniform, continuous and smooth protective film on the surface of a printing plate on foot, the film forming property is good, the printing plate is smooth and non-porous, and the printing plate is effectively protected from net falling. In addition, the dimethyl sulfate and the repair assistant can generate mutual synergy, can effectively repair scratches on the surface of the printing plate, ensures the continuous use of the printing plate, prolongs the service life of the printing plate and saves the cost.
