Description

Quick-drying water-based ink composition and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of printing ink, in particular to a quick-drying water-based ink composition and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The water-based ink solves the problem that organic solvent volatilizes to pollute the atmospheric environment in the printing process of the ink. However, due to the particularity of water molecules, hydrogen bonds exist among the water molecules, association occurs among the molecules, the acting force of the molecular time is increased, the drying speed of the water molecules is slow, the printing, particularly the drying speed of gravure printing ink is influenced, and the production efficiency is greatly influenced.
In order to solve the drying problem of the aqueous ink, various methods such as increasing the drying length of the apparatus, increasing the air volume of the apparatus, decreasing the depth of the pattern of the gravure roll, and increasing the drying speed by adding an external accelerator have been tried. These measures solve the problem of partial drying to some extent, but the effect is still not ideal.
The drying temperature of the general gravure printing equipment is up to 85 ℃, and some printing films deform to influence the printing quality, so that the method for increasing the temperature to improve the printing drying speed is limited by the technology. In addition, since the aqueous printing ink has a limited effective temperature utilization for the temperature field provided by the equipment, it cannot sufficiently absorb the heat generated by the equipment, thereby promoting drying and volatilization of the water.
