The automatic wheel packaging line according to claim 1, wherein the tray station and the partition station are each constituted by an automatic lifting transfer machine; the automatic lifting type transfer machine comprises an X-shaped hydraulic support at the bottom and a transfer platform connected with the top of the hydraulic support, and a roller conveying device is arranged on the transfer platform.

The automatic wheel packaging line according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the stacking station further comprises a height detection device, the height detection device detects the height of the highest point of the material stacked on the platform of the transfer machine in real time, and the automatic lifting type transfer machine adjusts the height of the platform according to the preset height.
6. The automatic wheel packaging line according to claim 1, wherein the rail type transfer car is provided with a laser ranging device for measuring the moving distance of the transfer car to obtain the position of the transfer car.
7. The automatic wheel packaging line according to claim 1, wherein the rail-type transfer trolley is provided with a roller conveying device capable of rotating in two directions for receiving or outputting the materials to be transferred.
8. The automatic wheel packaging line of claim 1, wherein the track type transfer trolley is further used for moving to a packing material supply system to take a packing tray and supply the packing tray to an empty tray station after transferring the wheel material.

The automatic wheel packaging line according to claim 1, wherein the strapping machine comprises two strapping machines, and the strapping and film wrapping mechanism further comprises a first roller conveyor and a jacking rotary table; the first roller conveyor conveys the wheel materials transferred to the current station into one of the strapping machines for strapping, then conveys the wheel materials into the other strapping machine for strapping after rotating by 90 degrees through the jacking rotary table, and then winds and stretches the plastic film on the wheel materials through the film winding machine.
10. The automatic wheel packaging line according to claim 1, wherein the packing material supply system further comprises a stacker and a second roller conveyor, the stacker is used for recovering and automatically stacking the trays at the stacking station, and the second roller conveyor is used for conveying materials with different specifications to the packaging line according to production requirements.
