The bactericidal composition has a good control effect on wheat scab, and can also control wheat powdery mildew and rust disease, improve the yield of wheat and improve the quality of wheat. The action mechanism of ethylicin in the bactericidal composition is different from that of the existing bactericide, and the bactericidal composition is safe and can delay the generation of the resistance of the existing bactericide.

Ethylicin (ethylicin) is a plant bionic pesticide, and is allicin extract and ethyl homolog of allicin. Tebuconazole (Tebuconazole) is a bactericidal agent that is an ergosterol synthesis inhibitor. The bactericide has wide prevention and control spectrum, good systemic property and difficult generation of drug resistance. Tebuconazole has been used for preventing and treating wheat diseases in China since the 70 s, and is used particularly in recent years.
Wheat scab is one of the most threatening epidemic diseases in wheat production in China. The prevalence of the disease can not only cause great reduction of yield of wheat, but also cause pollution of grains by various toxins such as Deoxynivalenol (DON) and the like, thereby seriously threatening the health of people and animals. Wheat scab in China mainly occurs in winter wheat areas in the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze river and in spring wheat areas in the northeast of China. In recent years, wheat scab rapidly spreads to Huang-Huai-Mai district due to the influence of climate warming, straw returning and the like.
The planting of resistant varieties is an economic and safe effective method for preventing and treating wheat scab, but at present, no wheat variety with high resistance to the scab exists, and the planted varieties with low and medium resistance cannot completely resist the prevalence and harm of diseases due to the influence of multiple factors such as climate factors, cultivation system changes and the like. Chemical control remains the most effective method for controlling wheat scab at present. The current agents for controlling wheat scab are: cyanoxastrobin-tebuconazole, prothioconazole-tebuconazole, fluxapyroxad. Wherein, the cyhalothrin and the fluxapyroxad belong to medicaments which are easy to generate drug resistance. And the residual period of the agents is long, so that the agents are not suitable for the wheat filling period. The prevention and control of the wheat in the grain filling period are also very important, so that the safe and efficient bactericide is developed, has a different action mechanism from the existing bactericide, and has important significance for delaying the generation of the bactericide resistance and effectively controlling the wheat scab. In this context, as a project group for studying wheat diseases, we conducted the study of the present invention.

The invention is realized by the following steps: the bactericidal composition containing ethylicin and tebuconazole and the application thereof are composed of active ingredients and auxiliary ingredients of pesticide preparations, and particularly, the active ingredients are prepared from the ethylicin and the tebuconazole in a weight ratio of 20-1: 1-20, and the active ingredient accounts for no more than 90% of the weight of the bactericidal composition.
