Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of water-based paint, in particular to water-based double-component hand feeling paint capable of being recoated and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
With the continuous improvement of living standard, the method has higher requirements on the delicacy and the appreciation of articles used daily, and is not only practical, but also beautiful and comfortable.
The hand feeling paint is also called rubber paint and elastic paint. The water-based emulsion paint is sprayed on the surface of an object to be in a matte or semi-matte state, and is widely favored by people due to the effects of elasticity, cotton smoothness, silk and moist hand feeling and the advantages of elegant appearance, bulkiness and comfort. The paint product in the prior art has the following technical defects: the coating dibutyltin seriously exceeds the standard or contains a large amount of harmful substances such as benzene, dimethylbenzene and other organic solvents; the existing water-based paint with hand feeling has the advantages that the surface effect is good, but a paint film cannot be sprayed repeatedly; the high-performance environment-friendly water-based hand feeling paint applied to automotive interior parts cannot meet high requirements (sun protection oil resistance, artificial sweat resistance and the like).
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the above, the invention provides the hand feeling paint capable of being recoated, which aims at the defects of the prior art, and through the mutual cooperation and synergistic effect of all components of the hand feeling paint, the paint film has excellent touch feeling, meanwhile, the performances of sun block oil resistance, artificial sweat resistance and the like and the recoatability are enhanced, the automobile interior decoration requirements are met, the yield of sprayed products is further improved, and the paint is safe and environment-friendly.
The invention provides a repairable water-based two-component hand feeling paint which comprises a component A60-80%, a component B5-20% and deionized water 10-30%;
the component A comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 4.5-6% of water-based heavy coating agent, 22-30% of water-based elastic resin, 24-28% of polyurethane emulsion, 0.6-1.2% of water-based dispersing agent, 12-15% of water-based matte slurry, 4-6% of color paste, 3-5% of elastic powder, 0.3-0.7% of flatting agent, 0.2-0.6% of defoaming agent, 0.6-1.3% of neutralizing agent, 4-6% of cosolvent and 10-15% of deionized water;
the water-based recoating agent comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 50-60% of polydimethylsilane, 5-15% of methyltrimethoxysilane, 5-20% of epoxy trimethoxy silane, 1-5% of dimethylethanolamine, 3-10% of ethyl orthosilicate, 3-10% of propylene glycol monomethyl ether, 5-10% of ethanol, 3-10% of p-aminobenzoic acid and 10-20% of deionized water;
the component B comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 71-75% of water dispersible polyisocyanate and 25-29% of water dispersible isophorone diisocyanate.
Further, the water-based matte pulp comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 10-20% of matte powder, 1-5% of dispersant, 0.1-0.5% of auxiliary agent and 70-80% of deionized water.
Further, the color paste comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 10-20% of toner, 1-15% of dispersant, 0.3-0.5% of auxiliary agent and 80-90% of deionized water.
Further, the neutralizing agent is Dimethylethanolamine (DMAE) or isobutanol Amine (AMP).
Further, the cosolvent is any one of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether (BCS), propylene glycol methyl ether (Pm), dipropylene glycol dimethyl ether (Dmm) or triethanolamine (Tea).
Furthermore, the aqueous elastic resin is a polyester system which takes water as a solvent and is adjusted to a pH value of about 8 by using a triethylamine neutralizing agent.

Has the advantages that:
the invention takes the water-based elastic resin and the polyurethane emulsion as a basic coating system, adds the water-based recoating agent, the water-based dispersing agent, the water-based matt paste, the color paste, the neutralizing agent and other auxiliary agents, and prepares the recoatable water-based hand feeling paint with the curing agent through a specific preparation process.
The double-component product consists of prepolymer and cross-linking agent, the prepolymer is a prepolymer with hydroxyl end produced by the reaction of isocyanate compound and oligomeric polyol (water-based elastic resin), the water-based recoating agent contains a plurality of siloxane-based compounds as the cross-linking agent, the prepolymer reacts with the cross-linking agent during coating finishing to form a thermosetting network film, the coating surface has certain migration, the surface migrates during subsequent coating construction to reduce obstruction and not influence the re-coating adhesion, and after the prepolymer is polymerized with a certain proportion of polyurethane, elastic resin and elastic powder, the prepolymer can endow the surface with smooth hand feeling and better cross-linking property while not obviously reducing the surface energy, so that the coating can meet the chemical resistance of the coating.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail with reference to the following embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
In the embodiment of the invention, the aqueous elastic resin is koss 2698, the aqueous polyurethane emulsion is double bond DB7650, the aqueous dispersing agent is deep bamboo chemical SN-1790A, the elastic powder is Japanese Dari refinement 5070D, the leveling agent is Jimo industry AMORSO-328, and the defoaming agent is Silok-4075, it should be understood that the above reagents are only reagents used in the embodiment of the invention, and a person skilled in the art can select the reagents according to the properties of the reagents.
The water-based recoating agent can improve the adhesive force, increase the adhesive force between the coating and the substrate and between the coating and the coating, and enable the coating to have the function of repeated spraying under the condition of no loss of hand feeling; the waterborne elastic resin improves the elastic touch feeling of the surface of the paint by using a polyester system with water to replace a solvent and regulating the pH value to be about 8 by using a triethylamine neutralizing agent; the aqueous polyurethane emulsion is a novel polyurethane system which takes water as a dispersing medium instead of an organic solvent, has the advantages of no pollution, safety, reliability, excellent mechanical property, good compatibility, easy modification and the like, and improves the integral chemical resistance of a paint film; the aqueous dispersant is a surfactant having a hydrophilic property in a molecule. Can uniformly disperse solid and liquid particles of inorganic and organic pigments which are difficult to dissolve in liquid, and can prevent the particles from settling and coagulating to form a reagent required by stable suspension; the water-based matte slurry is prepared by adding dispersant auxiliary agent into matte powder by using water as solvent and stirring at high speed, and provides a paint film matte effect. The color paste is prepared by taking water as a solvent and adding a dispersant auxiliary agent into different toner systems and stirring and grinding the mixture to meet the color adjustment requirement of the water paint. The elastic powder provides the coating with a more vivid color appearance and a soft, moist and elastic hand touch similar to skin. The leveling agent promotes the coating to form a flat, smooth and uniform coating film in the drying film-forming process, can effectively reduce the surface tension of the coating liquid, and improves the leveling property and uniformity of the coating liquid. Defoaming agents are substances that reduce the surface tension of water, solutions, suspensions, etc., prevent the formation of foam, or reduce or eliminate the original foam. The neutralizing agent is a substance for adjusting the pH value of the medium by the interaction of acid (acid salt) and alkali (basic salt). Cosolvent: the water-soluble inorganic salt is soluble in water, is mostly a low molecular compound, and can improve the solubility of other powder and sediments after forming a complex with raw materials.
The following is further illustrated by specific examples:
example 1
Preparation of the aqueous recoating agent: uniformly mixing 10% of deionized water, 2% of Dimethylethanolamine (DMEA), 9% of methyltrimethoxysilane, 8% of epoxy group trimethoxysilane and 4% of ethyl orthosilicate to obtain a blending agent; adding the special blending agent into 50% of polydimethylsiloxane, stirring for 30min in a reaction kettle at the speed of 500 revolutions/min, adding 3% of propylene glycol methyl ether, 10% of ethanol and 4% of p-aminobenzoic acid, stirring for 20min at the speed of 700 revolutions/min, and cooling to obtain the water-based recoating agent.
Preparing water-based matte slurry: adding 80% of deionized water into BYK-1903% while stirring at the speed of 90 revolutions per minute, stirring for 10min, adding matt powder Degussa OK-60716.5% while stirring at the speed of 1000 revolutions per minute, stirring for 30min, adding 0.5% of auxiliary agent while stirring at the speed of 500 revolutions per minute, stirring for 30min, and cooling to obtain the water-based matt paste.
Preparing color paste: adding 80% of deionized water into dispersant ByK-1906% at a speed of 120 r/min while stirring, stirring for 5min, then adding toner Degussa N66013.5% at a speed of 1000 r/min while stirring, stirring for 30min, then adding 0.5% of auxiliary agent at a speed of 500 r/min while stirring, stirring for 30min to obtain a semi-finished product of color paste, and grinding the semi-finished product of color paste to prepare the color paste with the fineness of less than 10 mu m.
Example 2
The water-based recoating agent, the water-based matte paste and the color paste prepared in the example 1 are used as raw materials to prepare the recoatable water-based two-component hand feeling paint:
adding 25% of waterborne polyurethane emulsion, 4% of cosolvent BCS and 30% of waterborne elastic resin into a reaction kettle, and stirring for 12min at the rotating speed of 400 revolutions per minute to obtain a first mixture; adding 5% of deionized water into the first mixture, adding 1.2% of aqueous dispersant, 0.6% of aqueous defoaming agent and 0.7% of aqueous flatting agent, and stirring for 15min at a speed of 450 r/min to obtain a second mixture; adding 4.5% of water-based recoating agent, 4% of color paste, 5% of elastic powder and 14.4% of water-based matte paste into the second mixture, and stirring at the rotating speed of 550 revolutions per minute for 35min to obtain a third mixture; adding the rest 5 percent of deionized water and 0.6 percent of neutralizing agent into the third mixture, and stirring for 22min at the rotating speed of 600 revolutions per minute to obtain a component A; mixing 75% of water dispersible polyisocyanate with EC 20125% of water dispersible isophorone diisocyanate at 480 r/min, and stirring for 18min to obtain component B; mixing the component A65% and the component B8% at the speed of 500 r/min, adding 27% of deionized water while stirring, uniformly mixing, and cooling to obtain the water-based two-component hand feeling paint capable of being recoated.
Example 3
The water-based recoating agent, the water-based matte paste and the color paste prepared in the example 1 are used as raw materials to prepare the recoatable water-based two-component hand feeling paint:
adding 27% of aqueous polyurethane emulsion, 5.3% of cosolvent DmmM and 22% of aqueous elastic resin into a reaction kettle, and stirring for 15min at the rotating speed of 350 revolutions per minute to obtain a first mixture; adding 6% of deionized water into the first mixture, adding 1% of aqueous dispersant, 0.6% of aqueous defoamer and 0.3% of aqueous flatting agent, and stirring at 480 r/min for 12min to obtain a second mixture; adding 5.5 percent of water-based recoating agent, 5 percent of color paste, 3 percent of elastic powder and 15 percent of water-based matte paste into the second mixture, and stirring for 30min at the rotating speed of 580 r/min to obtain a third mixture; adding the rest 8 percent of deionized water and 1.3 percent of neutralizing agent into the third mixture, and stirring at the rotating speed of 580 r/min for 25min to obtain a component A; 75 percent of water dispersible polyisocyanate and EC20125 percent of water dispersible isophorone diisocyanate are mixed and stirred for 20min at the speed of 450 revolutions/min to obtain a component B; and (3) mixing the component A70% and the component B10% at the speed of 520 revolutions per minute, adding 20% of deionized water while stirring, uniformly mixing, and cooling to obtain the recoatable water-based two-component hand feeling paint.
Example 4
The water-based recoating agent, the water-based matte paste and the color paste prepared in the example 1 are used as raw materials to prepare the recoatable water-based two-component hand feeling paint:
adding 28% of aqueous polyurethane emulsion, 5% of cosolvent Pm and 25% of aqueous elastic resin into a reaction kettle, and stirring at the rotation speed of 300-400 rpm for 12-18min to obtain a first mixture; adding 6% of deionized water into the first mixture, and adding 0.6% of aqueous dispersant, 0.4% of aqueous defoamer and 0.5% of aqueous flatting agent, and then stirring for 10-15min at a speed of 450-; adding 5% of water-based recoating agent, 5% of color paste, 3% of elastic powder and 12.7% of water-based matte paste into the second mixture, and stirring at the rotation speed of 550-600 revolutions per minute for 25-35min to obtain a third mixture; adding the rest 8 percent of deionized water and 0.8 percent of neutralizing agent into the third mixture, and stirring at the rotation speed of 550 and 600 revolutions per minute for 22-28min to obtain a component A; mixing 70% of water dispersible polyisocyanate with EC 20130% of water dispersible isophorone diisocyanate at the speed of 440-; and mixing the component A80% and the component B10% at the speed of 500-550 r/min, adding 10% of deionized water while stirring, uniformly mixing, and cooling to obtain the recoatable water-based two-component hand feeling paint.
Painting the engineering plastic plate with the hand feeling paint obtained in the embodiment 2-4, placing the painted plastic plate in a drying oven, baking for 30min at the temperature of 75 ℃, and cooling and then carrying out performance detection, wherein the performance detection specifically comprises the following steps: paint film adhesion, impact resistance, abrasion resistance, resistance to a glazing cleaning solution, resistance to suntan oil, resistance to artificial sweat, alcohol, resistance to high and low temperature cycles, accelerated light aging were measured according to standard MTS-F03-03-003-B1-2016, and the results are shown in Table 1.
Comparative example
In the process of preparing the water-based recoating agent, the formula of the water-based recoating agent is shown in table 1, the preparation method is completely the same as that of the water-based recoating agent prepared in example 1 to obtain the water-based recoating agent, the water-based recoating agent is adopted to prepare the hand feeling paint according to the preparation method of example 3, and the recoating property and the adhesion force are tested.

As can be seen from table 2, when the proportions of the raw materials such as polydimethylsilane, methyltrimethoxysilane, epoxytrimethoxysilane and tetraethoxysilane in the recoating agent are out of the range of the recoating agent of the present invention, the recoating performance of the hand-feel paint prepared by using the comparative example group is reduced, the adhesion is reduced, and the good recoating effect cannot be realized, i.e., the components in the recoating agent of the present invention play a synergistic effect in the hand-feel paint system, and the proportions of the components affect the chemical reaction of the hand-feel paint system to a certain extent, thereby affecting the recoating performance and the adhesion of the hand-feel paint.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
