一种抹面砂浆及其制备方法,包括如下质量份数的原料:水泥:300‑400份;粉煤灰:40‑50份;砂子:50‑70份;灰木制纤维:1.5‑3份;乳胶粉:15‑20份;纤维素:3‑5份;聚丙烯纤维:2‑3份;纳米晶须:1‑3份。本申请采用灰木质纤维,纤维素,聚丙烯纤维以及纳米晶须配合,在保证抹面砂浆具有一定的防收缩性的同时,还具有较好的柔性。

一种抹面砂浆及其制备方法
技术领域
本申请涉及一种抹面砂浆及其制备方法。
背景技术
凡涂抹在建筑物或建筑构件表面的砂浆,统称为抹面砂浆。根据抹面砂浆功能的不同,可将抹面砂浆分为普通抹面砂浆、装饰砂浆和具有某些特殊功能的抹面砂浆(如防水砂浆、绝热砂浆、吸音砂浆和耐酸砂浆等)。对抹面砂浆要求具有良好的和易性,容易抹成均匀平整的薄层,便于施工。还应有较高的黏结力,砂浆层应能与底面黏结牢固,长期不致开裂或脱落。抹面砂浆在长期使用过程中可能产生裂痕,但是产生裂痕的原因有很多,有一些是因为砂浆本身,但很多情况下是因为与墙体之间的膨胀收缩率不同导致的,这就要求抹面砂浆最好具有一定的柔性。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本申请一方面提出了一种抹面砂浆,包括如下质量份数的原料:水泥:300-400份;粉煤灰:40-50份;砂子:50-70份;灰木制纤维:1.5-3份;乳胶粉:15-20份;纤维素:3-5份;聚丙烯纤维:2-3份;纳米晶须:1-3份。本申请采用灰木质纤维,纤维素,聚丙烯纤维以及纳米晶须配合,在保证抹面砂浆具有一定的防收缩性的同时,还具有较好的柔性。
优选的,所述碳纤维丝的碳纤维丝束中单丝数量不低于6000;所述碳纤维丝的长度在1-3mm之间。
优选的,所述纳米晶须为甲壳素纳米晶须。
优选的,还包括碳纤维丝,碳纤维丝的质量份数为:3-5份。
优选的,所述碳纤维丝的碳纤维丝束中单丝数量不低于6000。
优选的,所述纤维素为20万粘度。
优选的,所述聚丙烯纤维的长度为3-10mm。
另一方面,本申请还提出了一种抹面砂浆的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
先计量水泥和粉煤灰之后,再投入到混合仓中进行一次搅拌混合;
然后再向混合仓中加入灰木制纤维、乳胶粉、碳纤维丝、纤维素、聚丙烯纤维、纳米晶须进行二次搅拌混合;
然后再继续投放砂子进行三次搅拌混合,得到抹面砂浆。本申请采用三级混合方式,首先是将水泥和粉煤灰混合,然后投入起到连接且抗收缩的组份,特别是纳米晶须、碳纤维丝以及纤维素醚,最后放入砂子,进行完全混合即能得到最终的粘结砂浆,混合效果效果,也能保证整体混合效果的可靠性。
优选的,所述乳胶粉为:所述一次搅拌混合的时间为5-10min;所述二次混合的时间为5-10min,所述三次混合的时间为3-5min。
本申请能够带来如下有益效果:
1.本申请采用灰木质纤维,纤维素,聚丙烯纤维以及纳米晶须配合,在保证抹面砂浆具有一定的防收缩性的同时,还具有较好的柔性;
2.本申请采用三级混合方式,首先是将水泥和粉煤灰混合,然后投入起到连接且抗收缩的组份,特别是纳米晶须、碳纤维丝以及纤维素醚,最后放入砂子,进行完全混合即能得到最终的粘结砂浆,混合效果效果,也能保证整体混合效果的可靠性。
具体实施方式
为能清楚说明本方案的技术特点,下面通过具体实施方式,对本申请进行详细阐述。
本申请通过如下的合成以及表征方面的实施例来说明该申请的具体实施方式,具体合成步骤如下:
S1.先计量水泥和粉煤灰之后,再投入到混合仓中进行一次搅拌混合;所述一次搅拌混合的时间为5-10min;
S2.然后再向混合仓中加入灰木制纤维、乳胶粉、碳纤维丝、纤维素、聚丙烯纤维、纳米晶须进行二次搅拌混合;所述纳米晶须为甲壳素纳米晶须;所述碳纤维丝的碳纤维丝束中单丝数量不低于6000;所述碳纤维丝的长度在1-3mm之间;所述二次混合的时间为5-10min;所述聚丙烯纤维的长度为3-10mm;所述纤维素为20万粘度;
S3.然后再继续投放砂子进行三次搅拌混合,得到抹面砂浆。所述三次混合的时间为3-5min。各种组份的组成如表1所示。

S4.对砂浆进行如下表征,将制备好的试样刮涂至水泥砂浆块上,涂层厚度为6.0mm,试样进行干养护至7d,之后按照GB/T 50082-2009第四章进行检验得到横向变形能力,得到表2。

1.一种抹面砂浆,其特征在于:包括如下质量份数的原料:水泥:300-400份;粉煤灰:40-50份;砂子:50-70份;灰木制纤维:1.5-3份;乳胶粉:15-20份;纤维素:3-5份;聚丙烯纤维:2-3份;纳米晶须:1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抹面砂浆,其特征在于:所述碳纤维丝的碳纤维丝束中单丝数量不低于6000;所述碳纤维丝的长度在1-3mm之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抹面砂浆,其特征在于:所述纳米晶须为甲壳素纳米晶须。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抹面砂浆,其特征在于:还包括碳纤维丝,碳纤维丝的质量份数为:3-5份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种抹面砂浆,其特征在于:所述碳纤维丝的碳纤维丝束中单丝数量不低于6000。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抹面砂浆,其特征在于:所述纤维素为20万粘度。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种抹面砂浆,其特征在于:所述聚丙烯纤维的长度为3-10mm。
8.一种如权利要求4所述的抹面砂浆的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
先计量水泥和粉煤灰之后,再投入到混合仓中进行一次搅拌混合;
然后再向混合仓中加入灰木制纤维、乳胶粉、碳纤维丝、纤维素、聚丙烯纤维、纳米晶须进行二次搅拌混合;
然后再继续投放砂子进行三次搅拌混合,得到抹面砂浆。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种抹面砂浆的制备方法,其特征在于:所述乳胶粉为:所述一次搅拌混合的时间为5-10min;所述二次混合的时间为5-10min,所述三次混合的时间为3-5min。
