Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the biological industry, in particular to a natural plant extract, and particularly relates to a plant extract composition with an acne removing function and a skin care product.
Background
Acne, comedo and pimple are called acne in medicine, and are common sebaceous gland chronic diseases, pimple mostly occurs in adolescence (about 16-30 years old), most of pimples are self-healed after adolescence, the morbidity of men is higher than that of women, and summer is more than that of winter. The hair-growing part is skin rich in sebaceous glands on the face, the upper chest and the back.
It is generally believed that the following factors contribute to the formation of pimples:
1) In vivo, the male hormone is over-secreted, the sebaceous gland is enlarged, the sebum is over-secreted and is not excreted smoothly, and the sebum is accumulated in hair follicles to form lipid plugs. Bacterial infection, which is followed over a long period of time, causes inflammatory reactions around the pilosebaceous follicles, forming papules or pustules, i.e. pimples.
2) This disease is genetically related and generally has a family history.
3) Endocrine disorders, dyspepsia, nervous system disorders. The ingestion of high-fat and high-sugar foods and spicy foods are the causes of the diseases.
4) There are other diseases that cause the failure of toxin discharge in the body to cause acne, most commonly constipation. Untimely or improper skin cleaning and nursing. For example, over-cleansing of the skin results in loss of weak acid protection of the natural sebum membrane of the skin leading to bacterial infection and acne growth, and untimely exfoliation results in a thick stratum corneum which builds up too thick, blocks pores leading to bacterial infection.
The types of acne-removing cosmetics on the market are various at present, but the following problems are generally existed:
1) To pursue the effect, the product contains the forbidden components: according to the cosmetic spot inspection announcement of the State food and drug administration, in recent years, a plurality of batches of acne-removing cosmetics are detected to contain glucocorticoid components such as betamethasone, clobetasol propionate and the like, and the components are also specified as forbidden substances in the cosmetics in technical Specification for cosmetic safety (2015 edition). The published data show that glucocorticoid has anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive effects and can restore skin to white and tender within a short period of time, but long-term use of cosmetics containing glucocorticoid may result in damage to skin barrier, generation of black spots, atrophy and thinning, and the like, and also may easily cause consequences such as hormone-dependent dermatitis and the like.
2) The acne-removing product generally contains the bactericide, can kill most flora on the surface of the skin, has quick response, but destroys the micro-ecological environment of the skin, kills harmful flora (such as propionibacterium acnes, staphylococcus aureus and the like), kills beneficial flora (mainly lactobacillus), can cause the micro-ecology of the skin to be destroyed, competitively inhibits the loss of the function of the harmful flora, and leads the skin to be in a susceptible state, thus causing the acne to be easily repeated.
3) The acne removing function is not comprehensive enough, resulting in unsatisfactory effect.
The safe and effective acne removing additive is developed, and has very practical significance.
Plant extracts generally have better safety and can improve skin conditions. Different plant extracts often have different effects, and meanwhile, the plant extracts have various components, so that if the additive and the skin care product with excellent acne removing effect are prepared by using the plant extracts, the method is challenging work.

1. The number of tested persons: total 40, 20 men and 20 women, age between 18 and 30 years.
2. Health condition: the skin of the subject is healthy, has no allergic history of the skin disease and meets the volunteer selection standard of the subject.
3. The test method comprises the following steps: selecting a qualified spot tester, dropping about 0.05g of a test product into the spot tester in a closed spot patch experiment mode, externally attaching a special adhesive tape to the back of a test subject, 10 coating points are applied to each test subject, removing the test product after 24 hours, observing skin reactions after 0.5 hour, 24 hours and 48 hours respectively, grading according to skin reaction grading standards in cosmetic hygiene standards, calculating an average value, and recording results in a table 4.
4. The evaluation criteria are shown in Table 3
Table 3 standard table for testing spot-sticking on human skin
TABLE 4 Scoring results for skin Patch test
As can be seen from table 4, the ingredients of the composition of the present invention are very safe within the preferred ranges, very skin friendly and non-irritating, while the better acne removing products on the market still have different degrees of irritating response to the skin. However, increasing the amount of each component beyond the preferred ratio of the components of the present invention increases the skin irritation potential, and thus the range of ratios of the composition of the present invention is both effective and safe.
The foregoing is a more detailed description of the invention and is not to be taken in a limiting sense. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications, additions and substitutions can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
