Background

d. the jacking oil cylinder is enabled to release pressure, the jacking oil cylinder moves downwards, and the jacking block drives the jacking head to move downwards along with the descending until the whole embossing roller is placed horizontally;
e. and re-screwing the screw of the bearing cap on the operating side bearing seat to assemble the bearing cap of the operating side bearing seat.

The jacking mechanism 300 comprises a jacking head 310, a jacking block 320, a heavy-duty guide rail 330 and a jacking oil cylinder 340, wherein the heavy-duty guide rail 330 is vertically and fixedly installed on the rack 100 and used for fixing the jacking block 320, the jacking block 320 is used for connecting the jacking oil cylinder 340 with the jacking head 310, the jacking head 310 is used for jacking the embossing roller 200, and the jacking oil cylinder 340 is used for providing power for the jacking head 310.
Further, the top block 320 is vertically arranged, the top head 310 is vertically and fixedly connected with the top end of the top block 320, and the bottom end of the top block 320 is vertically and fixedly connected with the jacking oil cylinder 340. The top block 320 is connected to the heavy-duty guide rail 330 by a slider 350 provided on the heavy-duty guide rail 330, and the top block 320 is held on the heavy-duty guide rail 330 by the slider 350 for elevating movement.

b. starting the jacking oil cylinder 340, enabling the jacking oil cylinder 340 to move upwards, enabling the jacking block 320 to ascend, driving the jacking head 310 to move upwards, enabling the jacking angle to be 5-10 degrees until the copper contact on the surface of the jacking head 310 contacts with the jacking part 270 of the embossing roller 200;
c. taking out the old roller top plate on the surface of the embossing roller 200 from the operation side 240 along the axial direction of the central shaft 210, and then installing a new roller plate on the central shaft 210;
d. the jacking oil cylinder 340 is decompressed, the jacking oil cylinder 340 moves downwards, and the jacking block 320 descends to drive the jacking head 310 to move downwards until the whole embossing roller 200 is placed horizontally;
e. the bearing cap of the operation-side bearing housing 260 is assembled by retightening the screw of the bearing cap of the operation-side bearing housing 260.
The quick plate changing device and the plate changing method have the advantages that:
the whole plate changing process is quick and convenient, the whole adjusting period can be completed within 5 minutes, the production quality is improved, the energy consumption is reduced, the production cost is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.

5. The device of claim 4, wherein the jacking mechanism further comprises a safety limiting block, one end of the safety limiting block is fixedly locked on the side surface of the frame, and the other end of the safety limiting block is connected with a pressing block in a locking manner.
6. The quick plate changing device according to claim 5, wherein the safety stopper has a stopper cavity, the top block passes through the stopper cavity to be lifted up and down, and the safety stopper holds the top block at a position when the top block is lifted up and down to the position.

a. removing screws of a bearing cover on the operating side bearing seat and taking down the bearing cover of the operating side bearing seat;
b. starting a jacking oil cylinder, enabling the jacking oil cylinder to move upwards, enabling a jacking block to ascend along with the jacking oil cylinder, driving a jacking head to move upwards, and enabling a jacking angle to be 5-10 degrees until a copper contact on the surface of the jacking head contacts with a jacking part of the embossing roller;
c. taking out the roller on the surface of the embossing roller from the operation side along the axial direction of the central shaft, and then installing a new roller plate on the central shaft;
d. the jacking oil cylinder is enabled to release pressure, the jacking oil cylinder moves downwards, and the jacking block drives the jacking head to move downwards along with the descending until the whole embossing roller is placed horizontally;
e. and re-screwing the screw of the bearing cap on the operating side bearing seat to assemble the bearing cap of the operating side bearing seat.
