Abstract

一种PCR引物及PCR扩增方法和用途，引物中正向引物和反向引物都包括一段相同的固定序列，并且正向引物和反向引物各自包括一段彼此不同的特异性引物序列。本发明的引物通过固定序列使引物二聚体的自身形成颈环结构抑制其作为模板进行后续的PCR扩增，大大降低了PCR过程中的引物二聚体。
