Abstract
本发明涉及一种丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物。所述丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物由于pH依赖性,当粘附于被粘物时表现出稳定的粘合性,但是当需要除去时,可以使用碱性溶液容易地除去而没有残留。因此,如果使用所述丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物作为用于塑料包装制品的标签的压敏粘合剂,则在回收过程中可以容易地除去标签,从而改善回收效率。

本发明涉及一种丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物。
背景技术
压敏粘合剂(PSA)是以轻微压力粘附于被粘物的材料。它是与粘合剂不同的粘弹性材料,具有初粘性、粘合性和内聚力的基本性能,并且用于各种工业领域如印刷、化学、医药、家用电器、车辆、文具等中。
根据使用的单体,压敏粘合剂可以分为丙烯酸类、橡胶类、硅类、EVA类等,并且根据形状分为溶剂型、乳液型、热熔型等。
过去,主要使用橡胶类压敏粘合剂或溶剂型压敏粘合剂用于压敏粘合剂胶带和压敏粘合剂粘合标签等,但是随着对环境友好的压敏粘合剂的需求增加,对非溶剂型压敏粘合剂的兴趣增加,并且其技术开发已经进行。目前,非溶剂型压敏粘合剂的使用和产量显著增加,并且预期在未来持续增加。
非溶剂型压敏粘合剂典型地通过水性乳液聚合制备,并且当粘附于被粘物时应当表现出足够的粘合性,但是当除去时应当容易地剥离而没有残留。特别地,用于塑料包装制品如PET瓶的标签的压敏粘合剂在回收过程中应当容易除去,使得包装制品可以容易地回收。然而,目前用于塑料包装制品的标签的压敏粘合剂在使用加热的苛性钠稀溶液洗涤的过程中没有被完全除去,因此,具有非常低的回收效率。
发明内容
技术问题
本发明的一个目的是提供一种丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物,当粘附于被粘物时表现出稳定的粘合性,但是当除去时可以使用碱性溶液容易地除去。
技术方案
为了实现上述目的,根据本发明的一个实施方案,提供一种丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物,包含:带负电的第一丙烯酸类聚合物、带正电的第二丙烯酸类聚合物和第二外部交联剂,其中,第一外部交联剂与所述第一丙烯酸类聚合物和所述第二丙烯酸类聚合物中的至少一个键合,并且所述第一外部交联剂是含酮基的单体,所述第二外部交联剂是二酰肼。
有益效果
根据本发明的一个实施方案的丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物,由于pH依赖性,当粘附于被粘物时,表现出稳定的粘合性,但是当需要除去时,可以使用碱性溶液容易地除去而没有残留。因此,如果使用所述丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物作为用于塑料包装制品的标签的压敏粘合剂,则在回收过程中可以容易地除去标签,从而改善回收效率。

下文中,将详细说明根据本发明的具体实施方案的丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物。
根据本发明的一个实施方案,提供一种丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物,包含:带负电的第一丙烯酸类聚合物、带正电的第二丙烯酸类聚合物和第二外部交联剂,其中,第一外部交联剂与所述第一丙烯酸类聚合物和所述第二丙烯酸类聚合物中的至少一个键合,并且所述第一外部交联剂是含酮基的单体,所述第二外部交联剂是二酰肼。
所述丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物可以表现出pH依赖性,因为带负电的丙烯酸类聚合物和带正电的丙烯酸类聚合物可以由于静电吸引粘合或根据pH脱粘。因此,使用所述丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物,可以提供一种压敏粘合剂,该压敏粘合剂当粘附于被粘物时表现出足够的粘合性,但是当除去时可以使用碱性溶液容易地除去。
所述第一丙烯酸类聚合物可以通过来自不饱和羧酸的重复单元而带负电。
所述不饱和羧酸可以是,例如,选自(甲基)丙烯酸、(甲基)丙烯酸β-羧乙酯、巴豆酸、富马酸和衣康酸中的一种或多种。
基于除了第一外部交联剂之外的全部重复单元,所述来自不饱和羧酸的重复单元可以以1摩尔%至10摩尔%、1摩尔%至7摩尔%或1摩尔%至5摩尔%的含量被包含。其中,除了第一外部交联剂之外的全部重复单元指在构成第一丙烯酸类聚合物的全部重复单元中,除了来自第一外部交联剂的重复单元之外的重复单元。如果来自不饱和羧酸的重复单元以上述范围被包含,则可以提供表现出优异的粘合性但是可以根据pH使用碱性溶液容易地除去的压敏粘合剂。
除了来自不饱和羧酸的重复单元之外,所述第一丙烯酸类聚合物还可以包含:来自(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯的重复单元;和来自选自乙烯基单体和含羟基的(甲基)丙烯酸酯的共聚单体的重复单元。
所述(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯可以是,例如,选自(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯、(甲基)丙烯酸乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸丙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸异丙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸异丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸叔丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸戊酯、(甲基)丙烯酸己酯、(甲基)丙烯酸庚酯、(甲基)丙烯酸辛酯、(甲基)丙烯酸异辛酯、(甲基)丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、(甲基)丙烯酸癸酯、(甲基)丙烯酸异癸酯、(甲基)丙烯酸十二烷基酯和(甲基)丙烯酸异冰片酯中的一种或多种。
基于除了第一外部交联剂之外的全部重复单元,所述来自(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯的重复单元可以以70摩尔%至95摩尔%或80摩尔%至90摩尔%的含量被包含。在所述范围内,可以确保足够的初粘性,并且当除去压敏粘合剂时,可以容易地与被粘物剥离而没有残留。
所述乙烯基类单体可以是,例如,选自苯乙烯、甲基苯乙烯、乙基苯乙烯、丁基苯乙烯、氯苯乙烯、乙烯基萘、氯甲基苯乙烯、羟甲基苯乙烯、二乙烯基苯和乙酸乙烯酯中的一种或多种。
所述含羟基的(甲基)丙烯酸酯可以是,例如,选自(甲基)丙烯酸羟基甲酯、(甲基)丙烯酸羟基乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸羟基丙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸羟基丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸羟基己酯、(甲基)丙烯酸羟基辛酯、(甲基)丙烯酸羟基十二烷基酯、(甲基)丙烯酸羟基乙二醇酯和(甲基)丙烯酸羟基丙二醇酯中的一种或多种。
基于除了第一外部交联剂的全部重复单元,所述来自选自乙烯基单体和含羟基的(甲基)丙烯酸酯的共聚单体的重复单元可以以1摩尔%至20摩尔%或4摩尔%至15摩尔%的含量被包含。在所述范围内,可以表现出适当的柔韧性,从而实现稳定的粘合性能。
例如,所述第一丙烯酸类聚合物可以包含:来自不饱和羧酸的重复单元;来自(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯的重复单元;和来自乙烯基类单体的重复单元。
具体地,所述第一丙烯酸类聚合物可以包含:来自(甲基)丙烯酸的重复单元,作为所述来自不饱和羧酸的重复单元;来自(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯和(甲基)丙烯酸2-乙基己酯的重复单元,作为所述来自(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯的重复单元;和来自苯乙烯和乙酸乙烯酯的重复单元,作为所述来自乙烯基类单体的重复单元,从而提供一种不仅表现出更优异的粘合性而且可以容易剥离的压敏粘合剂。
同时,所述第二丙烯酸类聚合物可以通过来自含氨基的(甲基)丙烯酸酯的重复单元而带正电。
所述含氨基的(甲基)丙烯酸酯可以是,例如,选自(甲基)丙烯酸二甲基氨基甲酯、(甲基)丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸二甲基氨基丙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸二甲基氨基丁酯和(甲基)丙烯酸二甲基氨基己酯中的一种或多种。
基于除了第一外部交联剂之外的全部重复单元,所述来自含氨基的(甲基)丙烯酸酯的重复单元可以以1摩尔%至15摩尔%、5摩尔%至12摩尔%或8摩尔%至12摩尔%的含量被包含。其中,所述除了第一外部交联剂之外的全部重复单元指在构成第二丙烯酸类聚合物的全部重复单元中,除了来自第一外部交联剂的重复单元之外的重复单元。如果来自含氨基的(甲基)丙烯酸酯的重复单元以上述范围被包含,则可以提供一种不仅表现出优异的粘合性而且可以根据pH使用碱性溶液容易地剥离的压敏粘合剂。
与第一丙烯酸类聚合物相同,除了来自含氨基的(甲基)丙烯酸酯的重复单元之外,所述第二丙烯酸类聚合物还可以包含:来自(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯的重复单元;和来自选自乙烯基类单体和含羟基的(甲基)丙烯酸酯的共聚单体的重复单元。对于(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯、乙烯基类单体和含羟基的(甲基)丙烯酸酯的具体种类和含量,可以参照上述关于第一丙烯酸类聚合物的说明。
例如,所述第二丙烯酸类聚合物可以包含:来自含氨基的(甲基)丙烯酸酯的重复单元;来自(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯的重复单元;和来自乙烯基类单体的重复单元。
具体地,所述第二丙烯酸类聚合物可以包含:来自(甲基)丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯的重复单元,作为所述来自含氨基的(甲基)丙烯酸酯的重复单元;来自(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯和(甲基)丙烯酸2-乙基己酯的重复单元,作为所述来自(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯的重复单元;和来自苯乙烯的重复单元,作为所述来自乙烯基类单体的重复单元,从而提供一种不仅表现出更优异的粘合性而且可以容易剥离的压敏粘合剂。
所述第一丙烯酸类聚合物和所述第二丙烯酸类聚合物可以以9.9:0.1至0.1:9.9、9.5:0.5至0.5:9.5、9:1至1:9、9:1至5:5或9:1至8:2的重量比被包含,从而实现上述性能。
具体地,在基于除了第一外部交联剂之外的全部重复单元,第一丙烯酸类聚合物包含含量为1摩尔%至7摩尔%或1摩尔%至5摩尔%的所述来自不饱和羧酸的重复单元,并且基于除了第一外部交联剂之外的全部重复单元,第二丙烯酸类聚合物包含含量为8摩尔%至12摩尔%的所述来自含氨基的(甲基)丙烯酸酯的重复单元的情况下,第一丙烯酸类聚合物和第二丙烯酸类聚合物可以以9:1至5:5或9:1至8:2的重量比混合,从而提供一种具有更优异的粘合性的压敏粘合剂。
由于第一丙烯酸类聚合物和第二丙烯酸类聚合物分别带负电和带正电,因此,可以表现出pH依赖性。然而,作为发明人的研究结果,可以确认,在第一丙烯酸类聚合物和第二丙烯酸类聚合物通过除了第一外部交联剂和第二外部交联剂之外的交联剂如异氰酸酯类交联剂进行交联的情况下,不能表现出pH依赖性。
所述第一外部交联剂是含酮基的单体,并且与第一丙烯酸类聚合物和第二丙烯酸类聚合物中的至少一个键合,并且在丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物的储存过程中或者在涂覆和干燥丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物以提供压敏粘合剂时,第一外部交联剂的酮基和第二外部交联剂的酰肼形成交联结构。因此,在所述丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物中,第二外部交联剂可以化学键合或可以不键合。
例如,第一外部交联剂可以与第一丙烯酸类聚合物键合,并且第一外部交联剂也可以与第二丙烯酸类聚合物键合。
同时,第一外部交联剂可以在丙烯酸类聚合物的聚合开始、聚合中间或聚合结束时加入,并且与丙烯酸类聚合物键合。例如,它可以在丙烯酸类聚合物的聚合中间或聚合结束时加入,并且键合在丙烯酸类聚合物的表面上,以便有利于形成外部交联结构。
所述第一外部交联剂可以是,例如,选自双丙酮(甲基)丙烯酰胺、双丙酮(甲基)丙烯酸酯和(甲基)丙烯酸乙酰乙酰氧基烷基酯中的一种或多种含酮基的单体。在(甲基)丙烯酸乙酰乙酰氧基烷基酯中,所述烷基可以是具有1至10个碳数的烷基。
每100摩尔的第一或第二丙烯酸类聚合物的除了第一外部交联剂之外的全部重复单元,第一外部交联剂可以以0.1摩尔至3摩尔或0.1摩尔至1摩尔键合。在第一外部交联剂与第一或第二丙烯酸类聚合物键合的情况下,第一或第二丙烯酸类聚合物的除了第一外部交联剂之外的全部重复单元指在构成第一或第二丙烯酸类聚合物的全部重复单元中,除了来自第一外部交联剂的重复单元之外的重复单元。通过在上述范围内键合第一外部交联剂,可以提供一种表现出改善的内聚力,并且可以使用碱性溶液容易地除去而没有残留的丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物。
所述第二外部交联剂可以是,例如,选自草酸二酰肼、丙二酸二酰肼、琥珀酸二酰肼、戊二酸二酰肼、己二酸二酰肼、庚二酸二酰肼、辛二酸二酰肼、壬二酸二酰肼、癸二酸二酰肼、十二烷二酸二酰肼、邻苯二甲酸二酰肼、间苯二甲酸二酰肼、对苯二甲酸二酰肼、2,6-萘二甲酸二酰肼、萘二甲酸二酰肼、丙酮二甲酸二酰肼、富马酸二酰肼、马来酸二酰肼、衣康酸二酰肼、偏苯三甲酸二酰肼、1,3,5-苯三甲酸二酰肼、均苯四甲酸二酰肼和乌头酸二酰肼中的一种或多种二酰肼。
基于1当量的第一外部交联剂,第二外部交联剂可以以0.2当量至1当量或0.4当量至1当量被包含,从而提供一种表现出改善的内聚力并且可以使用碱性溶液容易地除去而没有残留的丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物。
所述第一丙烯酸类聚合物和所述第二丙烯酸类聚合物可以通过乳液聚合制备。
例如,丙烯酸类聚合物可以通过将乳化剂分散在溶剂中以制备乳化液;将单体混合物与乳化剂混合以制备预乳液;和将所述乳化液与所述预乳液混合,并在聚合引发剂的存在下进行乳液聚合。
在制备乳化液的步骤中,可以将乳化剂与诸如水的溶剂混合,并且可以将温度升高至40℃至90℃以除去氧。
乳化剂用于在聚合过程中制备初始粒子、控制制备的粒子的尺寸、和粒子的稳定性。作为乳化剂,例如,可以使用选自阴离子乳化剂、阳离子乳化剂和非离子乳化剂中的一种或多种。在乳液聚合中,主要使用阴离子乳化剂或非离子乳化剂,并且它们经常组合使用以补偿机械和化学稳定性。
作为阴离子乳化剂,例如,可以使用选自烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠、聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸钠、聚氧乙烯芳基醚硫酸钠、烷基硫酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钠和二烷基磺基琥珀酸钠中的一种或多种。作为非离子乳化剂,例如,可以使用选自聚氧乙烯烷基芳基醚、聚氧乙烯烷基胺和聚氧乙烯烷基酯中的一种或多种。此外,作为乳化剂,可以使用市售的Disponil FES77(来自BASF的产品)和/或Dowfax 2A1(来自Dow Chemical的产品)等。
基于100重量份的单体混合物,所述乳化剂可以以0.01重量份至10重量份或0.1重量份至5重量份的含量使用。
同时,除了乳化液的制备步骤之外,将单体混合物和乳化剂与诸如水的溶剂混合以制备预乳液。
所述单体混合物可以根据待制备的聚合物(即,根据第一丙烯酸类聚合物和第二丙烯酸类聚合物的种类)通过混合上述单体来制备。作为与单体混合物混合的乳化剂,可以使用在上述乳化液的制备步骤中可以使用的所有乳化剂。在预乳液的制备步骤中,可以形成纳米尺寸的胶乳粒子。
当制备乳化液和预乳液时,可以在用于乳液聚合的聚合引发剂的存在下混合乳化液和预乳液。
作为非限制性实例,可以将聚合引发剂引入到除去氧的乳化液中,并且可以与预乳液一起以相同的速率经预定的时间连续引入到乳化液中。
其中,作为聚合引发剂,可以使用无机或有机过氧化物。具体地,作为聚合引发剂,可以使用水溶性聚合引发剂如过硫酸钾、过硫酸钠、过硫酸铵等,或油溶性聚合引发剂如过氧化氢异丙苯、过氧化苯甲酰等。为了促进过氧化物的反应引发,可以另外使用活化剂。具体地,作为活化剂,可以使用选自甲醛次硫酸氢钠、乙二胺四乙酸钠、硫酸亚铁和葡萄糖中的一种或多种。
基于干重,基于100重量份的单体混合物,聚合引发剂可以以约0.1重量份至约10重量份或约0.1重量份至约5重量份的含量使用。
在丙烯酸类聚合物的乳液聚合反应中,可以另外使用电解质来控制pH并且提供聚合稳定性。作为电解质的非限制性实例,可以提出选自氢氧化钠、碳酸氢钠、碳酸钠、磷酸钠、硫酸钠和氯化钠中的一种或多种。
乳液聚合反应的温度和时间可以根据情况适当地控制。例如,聚合温度可以为约0℃至约200℃、约30℃至约100℃、约40℃至约90℃或约50℃至约90℃,并且聚合时间可以为约0.5小时至约20小时、约0.5小时至约10小时、约0.5小时至约5小时或约0.5小时至约2小时。
如上所述,在丙烯酸类聚合物的乳液聚合中,第一外部交联剂可以在丙烯酸类聚合物的聚合开始、聚合中间或聚合结束时加入。具体地,在第一外部交联剂在丙烯酸类聚合物的聚合开始时加入的情况下,可以在制备预乳液的步骤中在制备单体混合物时加入;在丙烯酸类聚合物的聚合中间加入的情况下,可以在连续引入单体混合物时加入;在丙烯酸类聚合物的聚合结束时加入的情况下,可以在引入所有单体混合物之后加入。第一外部交联剂可以引入一次或多次,并且可以在聚合开始、聚合中间和聚合结束时引入一次或多次。
当通过上述乳液聚合反应制备带负电的第一丙烯酸类聚合物和带正电的第二丙烯酸类聚合物时,它们可以以期望的比例混合,并且可以加入酸性或碱性水溶液以控制pH。之后,可以向其中引入第二外部交联剂,从而提供根据一个实施方案的丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物。除了上述组分之外,在不使目标效果劣化的范围内,所述丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物可以包含其它添加剂而没有具体地限制。
同时,根据本发明的另一实施方案,提供一种压敏粘合剂,包括:基底;通过将所述丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物涂覆在所述基底的至少一侧上形成的压敏粘合层。所述基底可以是本领域中使用的所有基底,并且作为使用所述丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物形成压敏粘合层的方法,可以使用本领域中使用的任意方法。
下文中,将通过实施例更详细地说明本发明的作用和效果。然而,这些实施例仅作为本发明的例示,并且本发明的权利的范围不受其限制。
制备实施例1:制备丙烯酸类聚合物
向配备有温度计、搅拌器、滴液漏斗、氮气注入管和回流冷凝器的容量为3L的玻璃反应器中引入110g的水以及作为乳化剂的1g的Disponil FES77(来自BASF的产品,被30个环氧乙烷单元乙氧基化的C12~C14烷基硫酸单酯的钠盐的30重量%的水溶液)和0.25g的Dowfax 2A1(来自Dow Chemical的产品,被C12~C14烷基和2SO3K自由基改性的二苯醚的钠盐的45重量%的水溶液)并且搅拌。用氮气置换反应器的内部,然后,在氮气气氛下,将温度升高至80℃,保持60分钟。
单独地,向2L的烧杯中引入480.0g的丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、60.0g的甲基丙烯酸甲酯、30.0g的乙酸乙烯酯、12.0g的苯乙烯和6.0g的丙烯酸,然后,搅拌30分钟以制备单体混合物。向单体混合物中引入由25g的26重量%的聚氧乙烯十二烷基醚硫酸钠水溶液、5g的45重量%的烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠水溶液、2g的碳酸钠和130g的水组成的溶液,并且搅拌以制备不透明的预乳液。
向玻璃反应器中引入6g的5重量%的过硫酸铵水溶液,搅拌10分钟使其溶解。
向玻璃反应器中经5小时均匀地连续引入上述预乳液和60g的5重量%的过硫酸铵水溶液,4小时之后,加入4g的双丙酮丙烯酰胺作为第一外部交联剂。
在完全引入预乳液、引发剂和第一外部交联剂之后,将玻璃反应器的温度升高至80℃,并且保持该温度1小时以制备丙烯酸类聚合物。
制备实施例2至制备实施例4:制备丙烯酸类聚合物
除了如下面表1中所描述的改变单体的种类和含量之外,通过与制备实施例1相同的方法制备丙烯酸类聚合物。

实施例1:制备丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物
将在制备实施例1中制备的丙烯酸类聚合物与在制备实施例4中制备的丙烯酸类聚合物以9:1的重量比混合,加入10重量%的氢氧化钠水溶液以控制pH为5至7,然后,加入2g的己二酸二酰肼作为第二外部交联剂,以制备丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物。
实施例2至实施例4和比较例1至比较例4:制备丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物
除了如下面表2中所描述的改变丙烯酸类聚合物的种类和混合速率之外,通过与实施例1相同的方法制备丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物。

仅包含制备实施例1中制备的丙烯酸类聚合物的比较例1的丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物的凝胶含量为58.5%,仅包含制备实施例4中制备的丙烯酸类聚合物的比较例2的丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物的凝胶含量为41.0%,而包含制备实施例1中制备的丙烯酸类聚合物和制备实施例4中制备的丙烯酸类聚合物的实施例1和实施例2的丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物的凝胶含量分别为60.2%和62.1%。因此,可以确认,在实施例1和实施例2的丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物中,带负电的第一丙烯酸类聚合物和带正电的第二丙烯酸类聚合物通过静电吸引充分结合。
比较例5:制备丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物
除了在制备实施例2中不使用第一外部交联剂之外,通过与制备实施例2相同的方法制备带负电的丙烯酸类聚合物,除了在制备实施例3中不使用第一外部交联剂之外,通过与制备实施例3相同的方法制备带正电的丙烯酸类聚合物。此外,将带负电的丙烯酸类聚合物和带正电的丙烯酸类聚合物以8:2的重量比混合,然后,加入3g的由二甲苯二异氰酸酯与三羟甲基丙烷的加合物组成的聚异氰酸酯类交联剂,以制备丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物。
实验例:丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物的性能评价
<制备粘合件>
将上面制备的丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物涂覆在离型纸上至厚度为20μm,在120℃下干燥1分钟,然后,层压在聚丙烯膜上以制备粘合件。然而,在比较例5的丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物的情况下,在150℃下干燥3分钟以制备粘合件。对于制备的粘合件,如下测量性能。
<测量粘合性能>
1)90度剥离强度
对于上面制备的粘合件,根据FINAT试验方法的FTM 2测量90度剥离强度,其中,制备1英寸×20cm的试样,并且粘附在不锈钢板(SUS)上,然后,使2kg的辊以300mm/min的速度往返移动两次以进行压制。在室温下老化20分钟之后,以300mm/min的速度剥离的同时使用TA质构分析仪测量90度剥离强度5秒。
2)评价标签剥离
将上面制备的粘合件粘附至PET瓶上,然后,将PET瓶研磨至6mm至8mm。将10个磨碎的PET薄片放入到加热至80℃至90℃的2重量%的氢氧化钠水溶液中,然后,搅拌5分钟。然后,使用筛子过滤,并且洗涤,然后,确认粘合件是否从PET薄片上剥离,并且确认在粘合件剥离后的PET薄片上是否留下粘合剂残余物,并根据下面标准评价标签剥离。
[标签剥离的评价标准]
○:粘合件在10个PET薄片中从8个以上的PET薄片上剥离,并且通过肉眼观察,在PET薄片中没有检测到粘合剂残留。
△:粘合件在10个PET薄片中从5个以上的PET薄片上剥离,并且通过肉眼观察,在PET薄片中没有检测到粘合剂残留。
X:粘合件在10个PET薄片中从少于5个PET薄片上剥离,并且通过肉眼观察,在PET薄片中检测到粘合剂残留。
使用由在实施例1至实施例4和比较例1至比较例5中制备的丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物制备的粘合件,评价压敏粘合性能,结果示于下面表3和表4中。

表3示出了通过向包含制备实施例1和制备实施例4中制备的丙烯酸类聚合物的溶液,或单独包含所述丙烯酸类聚合物中的一种的溶液中加入第二外部交联剂而制备的丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物的粘合性和易剥离性的评价结果。
参照表3,可以确认,由于根据本发明的一个实施方案的丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物包含带负电的丙烯酸类聚合物和带正电的丙烯酸类聚合物,因此,它们不仅通过带负电和带正电官能团的静电吸引而表现出优异的粘合性能,而且可以使用弱碱性溶液容易地剥离。

*当制备比较例5的带负电的丙烯酸类聚合物和带正电的丙烯酸类聚合物时,没有使用第一外部交联剂,因此,在比较例5的丙烯酸类聚合物中,不包含来自第一外部交联剂(双丙酮丙烯酰胺)的重复单元。
表4示出了通过向包含制备实施例2和制备实施例3中制备的丙烯酸类聚合物的溶液,或单独包含所述丙烯酸类聚合物中的一种的溶液中加入第二外部交联剂而制备的丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物(实施例3、实施例4、比较例3和比较例4),以及使用制备实施例2和制备实施例3中制备的丙烯酸类聚合物,但是使用聚异氰酸酯类交联剂代替第一和第二外部交联剂而制备的丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物(比较例5)的粘合性和易剥离性的评价结果。
与表3的结果相同,可以确认,与单独使用带负电的丙烯酸类聚合物或带正电的丙烯酸类聚合物的情况相比,在实施例3和实施例4中,即使使用与实施例1和实施例2不同的丙烯酸类聚合物,它们也表现出优异的粘合性能,并且可以使用弱碱性溶液容易地剥离。
因此,可以确认,根据本发明的一个实施方案的带负电的丙烯酸类聚合物和带正电的丙烯酸类聚合物通过第一和第二外部交联剂形成交联结构,从而表现出pH依赖性粘合性和剥离性能。
Claims (13)
1.一种丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物,包含:带负电的第一丙烯酸类聚合物、带正电的第二丙烯酸类聚合物和第二外部交联剂,
其中,第一外部交联剂与所述第一丙烯酸类聚合物和所述第二丙烯酸类聚合物中的至少一个键合,并且
所述第一外部交联剂是含酮基的单体,所述第二外部交联剂是二酰肼,
其中,所述第二丙烯酸类聚合物通过来自含氨基的(甲基)丙烯酸酯的重复单元带正电,并且基于除了所述第一外部交联剂之外的全部重复单元,所述来自含氨基的(甲基)丙烯酸酯的重复单元的含量为5摩尔%至12摩尔%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物,其中,所述第一丙烯酸类聚合物通过来自不饱和羧酸的重复单元带负电,并且基于除了所述第一外部交联之外的全部重复单元,所述来自不饱和羧酸的重复单元的含量为1摩尔%至10摩尔%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物,其中,所述第一丙烯酸类聚合物包含:来自(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯的重复单元;来自选自乙烯基单体和含羟基的(甲基)丙烯酸酯的共聚单体的重复单元;和来自不饱和羧酸的重复单元。
4.根据权利要求1所述的丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物,其中,所述第一丙烯酸类聚合物包含:来自(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯和(甲基)丙烯酸2-乙基己酯的重复单元;来自苯乙烯和乙酸乙烯酯的重复单元;和来自(甲基)丙烯酸的重复单元。
5.根据权利要求1所述的丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物,其中,所述第二丙烯酸类聚合物包含:来自(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯的重复单元;来自选自乙烯基类单体和含羟基的(甲基)丙烯酸酯的共聚单体的重复单元;和来自含氨基的(甲基)丙烯酸酯的重复单元。
6.根据权利要求1所述的丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物,其中,所述第二丙烯酸类聚合物包含:来自(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯和(甲基)丙烯酸2-乙基己酯的重复单元;来自苯乙烯的重复单元;和来自(甲基)丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯的重复单元。
7.根据权利要求1所述的丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物,其中,所述第一丙烯酸类聚合物和所述第二丙烯酸类聚合物以9.9:0.1至0.1:9.9的重量比被包含。
8.根据权利要求1所述的丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物,其中,基于除了所述第一外部交联剂之外的全部重复单元,所述第一丙烯酸类聚合物包含含量为1摩尔%至7摩尔%的来自不饱和羧酸的重复单元,基于除了所述第一外部交联剂之外的全部重复单元,所述第二丙烯酸类聚合物包含含量为8摩尔%至12摩尔%的来自含氨基的(甲基)丙烯酸酯的重复单元,并且所述第一丙烯酸类聚合物与所述第二丙烯酸类聚合物以9:1至8:2的重量比被包含。
9.根据权利要求1所述的丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物,其中,所述第一外部交联剂是选自双丙酮(甲基)丙烯酰胺、双丙酮(甲基)丙烯酸酯和乙酰乙酰氧基烷基(甲基)丙烯酸酯中的一种或多种含酮基的单体。
10.根据权利要求1所述的丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物,其中,所述第二外部交联剂是选自草酸二酰肼、丙二酸二酰肼、琥珀酸二酰肼、戊二酸二酰肼、己二酸二酰肼、庚二酸二酰肼、辛二酸二酰肼、壬二酸二酰肼、癸二酸二酰肼、十二烷二酸二酰肼、邻苯二甲酸二酰肼、间苯二甲酸二酰肼、对苯二甲酸二酰肼、2,6-萘二甲酸二酰肼、萘二甲酸二酰肼、丙酮二甲酸二酰肼、富马酸二酰肼、马来酸二酰肼、衣康酸二酰肼、偏苯三甲酸二酰肼、1,3,5-苯三甲酸二酰肼、均苯四甲酸二酰肼和乌头酸二酰肼中的一种或多种二酰肼。
11.根据权利要求1所述的丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物,其中,基于100摩尔的除了所述第一外部交联剂之外的所述第一丙烯酸类聚合物或所述第二丙烯酸类聚合物的全部重复单元,所述第一外部交联剂以0.1摩尔至1摩尔的含量键合。
12.根据权利要求1所述的丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物,其中,基于1当量的所述第一外部交联剂,所述第二外部交联剂的含量为0.2当量至1当量。
13.一种压敏粘合剂,包括:基底;通过在所述基底的至少一侧上涂覆根据权利要求1所述的丙烯酸乳液压敏粘合剂组合物而形成的压敏粘合层。
