Description

Stain-resistant antibacterial wall coating and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of coatings, in particular to a stain-resistant antibacterial wall coating and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The coating is a chemical product with convenient construction, low price, obvious effect and high added value rate. It not only has the functions of preventing the surface of building, ship and machinery from rusting and prolonging service life, but also has the function of making decorative environment give people beautiful enjoyment or striking mark, and with the continuous development of science and technology, the coating material gradually becomes a fine chemical product with strong specificity.
The anti-fouling performance is always the main requirement of the wall coating, but the anti-fouling and anti-erosion performances of common wall products are not very strong, a lot of stains are not easy to wipe off, and a paint film is usually wiped to remove powder, mainly because the paint film of the common wall products is not compact enough, so that the paint film is easy to be polluted and infiltrated by the stains and is not easy to clean and wipe off; in addition, the wall surface coating in the prior art does not have an antibacterial function.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a stain-resistant antibacterial wall coating and a preparation method thereof aiming at the defects in the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
the invention provides a stain-resistant antibacterial wall paint in a first aspect, which comprises a component A and a component B:
wherein the component A comprises the following components in parts by weight: 25-30 parts of pigment filler, 15-20 parts of sol, 3-8 parts of auxiliary agent, 10-15 parts of resin, 15-20 parts of photocatalyst, 1-6 parts of antibacterial agent and 1-6 parts of pH regulator;
the component B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-35 parts of a silane coupling agent.
Preferably, the pigment and filler is selected from one or more of titanium dioxide, bentonite, mica powder and barium sulfate.
Preferably, the sol is a silica sol or an aluminum sol.
Preferably, the auxiliary agent is selected from one or more of a dispersing agent, a wetting agent and a leveling agent.
Preferably, the dispersing agent is selected from one or more of a surfactant, ethyl acetate and fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, wherein the surfactant is one or more of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, tween 80 and tween 60; the wetting agent adopts PE-100; the leveling agent is an organic silicon leveling agent or an organic silane leveling agent.
Preferably, the resin is an acrylic resin.
Preferably, the antibacterial agent is a silver ion antibacterial agent.
Preferably, formic acid or acetic acid is used as the pH adjuster.
Preferably, the silane coupling agent is selected from one or more of methyltrimethoxysilane, KH560 and phenyltrimethoxysilane.
The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of the stain-resistant antibacterial wall coating, which comprises the following steps:
(1) sequentially adding the sol, the resin and the photocatalyst into a container, uniformly stirring, and slowly adding the auxiliary agent under the stirring condition for fully dissolving; then adding the antibacterial agent and the pigment filler, stirring uniformly, and fully grinding; finally, adding the pH regulator, and regulating the pH to 5.5-6 to obtain a component A; mixing various silane coupling agents, and uniformly stirring to obtain a component B;
(2) and (2) mixing the component A and the component B prepared in the step (1) and uniformly stirring until the coating is in a uniform and stable state, and cooling to room temperature to prepare the stain-resistant antibacterial wall coating.
By adopting the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following technical effects:
in the stain-resistant antibacterial wall paint, a silane coupling agent is hydrolyzed into silanol with high reaction activity under the weak acid condition of 50 ℃, and the silanol reacts with hydroxyl on the surfaces of silica sol and photocatalyst (nano titanium dioxide) so that the silica sol and the photocatalyst are completely wrapped; simultaneously, silanol reacts with hydroxyl in acrylic resin to generate a long-chain R-O-Si-O-R structure; the silanol wrapping the silica sol and the photocatalyst, and the R-O-Si-O-R structure generated by the reaction of the silanol and the acrylic resin continuously generate a crosslinking reaction, so that a silicon-oxygen bond is formed among the silica sol, the photocatalyst and the acrylic resin, the combination is firm, the coating has a longer service cycle, and the formaldehyde is decomposed for a long time; in addition, the methyl trimethoxy silane is mainly used silane, and because the methyl trimethoxy silane contains a large amount of methyl, the surface of the coating has a hydrophobic structure, so that the purpose of self-cleaning and stain resistance is achieved, silanol generated after hydrolysis of the methyl trimethoxy silane can react with hydroxyl on the surface of a photocatalyst to form a-Si-O-Ti-O structure, the service life of the photocatalyst is prolonged, and lasting self-cleaning is achieved; the silver ion antibacterial agent has strong sterilization and virus inactivation functions, is not easy to run off under the wrapping of resin, and can maintain the sterilization and disinfection capability for a long time.
