Abstract
本发明公开了一种肥药兼用的EM菌液肥及其制备方法。所述的肥药兼用的EM菌液肥包含以下重量份原料:黄豆60‑100份,黑豆30‑40份,生姜20‑30份,花椒1‑3份,薄荷0.5‑1份,大青叶5‑15份,烟叶20‑30份、硫酸锌3‑5份,硼砂3‑5份,磷酸氢二钾3‑7份、复合EM菌20‑30份。本液肥利用微生物的生命活动及代谢产物的作用,改善作物养分供应,向作物提供营养元素、生长物质、调控其生长,从而提高作物产量和改善品质,同时提高土壤肥力,可降解农药残留,降解土壤中化学药剂的残留,减少或降低病虫害发生。

本发明涉及一种肥药兼用的EM菌液肥及其制备方法,属于生物肥技术领域。
背景技术
在农业上由于化学肥料和农药投入数量不断提升,使土壤质量不断下降,土壤板结、酸化、碱化、盐渍化现象不断出现,大量养分流失,农药残留也使农业环境不断恶化,不仅严重影响了农业生产发展,也对人畜健康构成了极大威胁。肥药兼用EM菌液肥,通过微生物的生命活动及代谢产物作用,激发中草药萃取液中微生物快速繁殖,增加液肥中复合微生物群体数量,提高了液肥中蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素、抗生素、生长素等活性物药,同时能扩展中药防治土壤病虫害的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能通过微生物的生命活动及代谢产物作用,激发中草药萃取液中微生物快速繁殖,增加液肥中复合微生物群体数量,同时能进行中药防治土壤病虫害的肥药兼用的EM菌液肥及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种肥药兼用的EM菌液肥包含以下重量份原料:黄豆60-100份,黑豆30-40份,生姜20-30 份,花椒1-3份,薄荷0.5-1份,大青叶5-15份,烟叶20-30份、硫酸锌3-5份,硼砂3-5份,磷酸氢二钾3-7份、复合EM菌20-30份。
进一步优选,所述的黄豆,黑豆,生姜,花椒,薄荷,大青叶,烟叶组成中药组分。
优选的,所述的硫酸锌,硼砂,磷酸氢二钾组成微量元素。
进一步优选,所述的肥药兼用的EM菌液肥包含以下重量份原料:黄豆80份,黑豆35份,生姜25 份,花椒2份,薄荷0.8份,大青叶12份,烟叶25份、硫酸锌4份,硼砂4份,磷酸氢二钾6份、复合EM菌25份。
一种肥药兼用的EM菌液肥制备方法为:步骤一、按照肥药兼用的
EM菌液肥的重量份原料配比,将黄豆、黑豆加10倍水,生姜、花椒、薄荷、大青叶、烟叶加4倍水,分别煮沸熬制2-3小时,过滤得各原料浸提液,冷却至常温后,将各浸提液混合后得混合液备用;
步骤二、将硫酸锌、硼砂、磷酸氢二钾、复合 EM菌与混合浸提液混合,再加入450-650份水,搅拌均匀,在25-30°C条件下搅拌发酵15-18天,离心或过滤,去除固形物后,得到肥药兼用的EM菌液肥。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:利用微生物的生命活动及代谢产物的作用,改善作物养分供应,向作物提供营养元素、生长物质、调控其生长,从而提高作物产量和改善品质,同时提高土壤肥力,可降解农药残留,降解土壤中化学药剂的残留,减少或降低病虫害发生。该肥是一种高效无毒无污染和无公害的新型微生物肥料。

实施例
步骤一、按照肥药兼用的EM菌液肥的重量份原料配比,将黄豆、黑豆加10倍水,生姜、花椒、薄荷、大青叶、烟叶加4倍水,分别煮沸熬制2-3小时,过滤得各原料浸提液,冷却至常温后,将各浸提液混合后得混合液备用;
步骤二、将硫酸锌、硼砂、磷酸氢二钾、复合 EM菌与混合浸提液混合,再加入450-650份水,搅拌均匀,在25-30°C条件下搅拌发酵15-18天,离心或过滤,去除固形物后,得到肥药兼用的EM菌液肥。

材料与方法:供试品种为普通大豆品种;实验田地地势平整、肥力均匀、排灌水便利;
试验肥料为实施例1-3制备的EM菌液肥和对比例1-3制备的肥料。
试验采用随机区组设计,设3个实施例,3个对比例,还有一组不施肥为空白对照。各处理设置如下:
所有处理施肥量与当地施肥习惯保持一致。种植期间记录病虫害对大豆植株的影响。
种植3个月后,统计被害植株率;被害植株率=(被害植株数/调查总株数)×100%。

1.一种肥药兼用的EM菌液肥,其特征在于:所述的肥药兼用的EM菌液肥包含以下重量份原料:黄豆60-100份,黑豆30-40份,生姜20-30 份,花椒1-3份,薄荷0.5-1份,大青叶5-15份,烟叶20-30份、硫酸锌3-5份,硼砂3-5份,磷酸氢二钾3-7份、复合EM菌20-30份。

4.一种肥药兼用的EM菌液肥制备方法,其特征在于:具体方法为:步骤一、按照肥药兼用的EM菌液肥的重量份原料配比,将黄豆、黑豆加10倍水,生姜、花椒、薄荷、大青叶、烟叶加4倍水,分别煮沸熬制2-3小时,过滤得各原料浸提液,冷却至常温后,将各浸提液混合后得混合液备用;
步骤二、将硫酸锌、硼砂、磷酸氢二钾、复合 EM菌与混合浸提液混合,再加入450-650份水,搅拌均匀, 在25-30°C条件下搅拌发酵15-18天,离心或过滤,去除固形物后,得到肥药兼用的EM菌液肥。
