Referring to fig. 3-4, the air-supported moisture-proof rod 2 includes a double-layer air-supported end 21 and an air-overflowing moisture-absorbing end 22 fixedly connected to the outer end of the double-layer air-supported end 21, the outward-facing surface of the air-overflowing moisture-absorbing end 22 is of a porous structure, the surface of the air-overflowing moisture-absorbing end 22 facing the double-layer air-supported end 21 and the double-layer air-supported end 21 are made of elastic sealing material, so that moisture entering the paper board 1 can timely enter the air-overflowing moisture-absorbing end 22 and be absorbed by the desiccant powder, thereby effectively preventing the moisture from permeating into the flat paper board 101 and the wavy paper board 102, and further effectively ensuring the strength of the carton, the inside of the double-layer air-supported end 21 is filled with dry air, the inner wall of the air-overflowing moisture-absorbing end 22 near the double-layer air-supported end 21 side is fixedly connected with an air-out bag 5, the air-out bag 5 is filled with inflatable particles, preferably effervescent particles, the air-out bag 5 is of a porous structure with water-absorbing property, when the corrugated paper has much moisture permeating into the inside, moisture permeating desiccant powder contacts the air outlet bag 5 to be in contact with the internal inflatable particles, so that the moisture permeating desiccant powder generates gas when meeting water, and when the gas overflows outwards, the desiccant particles are loosened, on one hand, a certain channel is formed in the desiccant powder, so that moisture can enter the air overflowing and moisture absorbing end 22 to be batched, on the other hand, the contact area between the desiccant particles and the moisture is effectively increased, and the moisture absorbing effect is better;
the double-layer air supporting end 21 is longitudinally and fixedly connected with an air hard column, the air hard column comprises two end point air cushions 31 which are respectively and fixedly connected with the upper inner wall and the lower inner wall of the double-layer air supporting end 21 and a plurality of support rods 32 which are fixedly connected between the two end point air cushions 31, the end point air cushions 31 are made of elastic sealing materials, dry air is filled in the end point air cushions 31, the support rods 32 are made of solid silica gel materials, the end point air cushions 31 are used as stress points of two end parts, air is filled in the end point air cushions, so that flexible support is formed in the paper board 1, the section of corrugated paper of the carton has large buffer support, meanwhile, the plurality of support rods 32 enable the section of the corrugated paper to have certain support strength, the support force of the corrugated paper is effectively improved, the collapse condition of the corrugated paper is effectively avoided, the length of the support rods 32 is 5-6 times of the longitudinal thickness of the end point air cushions 31, the end point air cushions 31 are too thick, and the transverse support effect of the support rods 32 on the corrugated paper is poor, the strength of the carton is not obviously improved, the end point air cushion 31 is too thin, so that the buffering effect of flexible contact at the position is not obvious, the dry air is filled by compression, and the compression multiple is 1.5-2 times, so that the air-supported moisture-proof rod 2 is relatively full, and the carton has relatively high supporting and buffering power on the section of the carton.
Referring to fig. 5, the three-dimensional net 4 is placed inside the air-overflowing moisture-absorbing end 22, the desiccant powder is filled in the air-overflowing moisture-absorbing end 22, the three-dimensional net is submerged by the desiccant powder, the three-dimensional net 4 includes a plurality of moisture-absorbing ball points 41 and a plurality of self-hardening flexible pipes 42 connected between two connected moisture-absorbing ball points 41, the moisture-absorbing ball points 41 are made of a water-absorbing material, the self-hardening flexible pipes 42 are porous flexible pipes internally wrapped with cement powder, after moisture enters the air-overflowing moisture-absorbing end 22, part of the moisture enters the self-hardening flexible pipes 42 along gaps in the self-hardening flexible pipes 42 and contacts with the cement powder, so that the cement powder is gradually hardened, the flexible three-dimensional net 4 is gradually shaped and hardened, and a supporting effect is formed inside corrugated paper, thereby effectively improving the overall strength of the carton, and effectively relieving the situation that the strength of the carton is reduced along with the extension of the use time.

A flexibly supported moisture resistant carton as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the gas-hard column comprises two end point air cushions (31) which are respectively and fixedly connected with the upper inner wall and the lower inner wall of the double-layer gas supporting end (21) and a plurality of supporting rods (32) which are fixedly connected between the two end point air cushions (31).
9. A flexibly supported moisture resistant carton as claimed in claim 8 wherein: the end point air cushion (31) is made of elastic sealing materials, dry air is filled in the end point air cushion (31) in the same way, and the support rod (32) is made of solid silica gel materials.
10. A flexibly supported moisture resistant carton as claimed in claim 9 wherein: the length of the stay bar (32) is 5-6 times of the longitudinal thickness of the endpoint air cushion (31), the dry air is filled by compression, and the compression time is 1.5-2 times.
