Abstract
The invention provides a method for producing and processing an automobile precision plastic lamp shell, which comprises the following steps of selecting materials, selecting ABS plastic as a raw material, selecting RQT-B-3 fluorescent whitening agent and selecting RQT-TS white transparent agent. The ABS plastic is adopted as a raw material, and compared with the traditional PP plastic and other materials, the ABS plastic has higher mechanical property, and the die comprises the following components in parts by weight: selecting a die with a proper size according to the use condition, heating the die, selecting two hundred to three hundred degrees of preheating temperature, and preparing raw materials: the RQT-B-3 fluorescent whitening agent and the RQT-TS white transparent agent are fed into a mixer according to a certain proportion and are fully mixed for standby. The temperature of the die heated by the process is increased to two hundred to three hundred degrees compared with the traditional temperature, the extrusion temperature is reduced to one hundred to fifty degrees compared with the traditional temperature, and the pressure maintaining time is controlled within ten seconds.

(4) extruding: feeding the granulated particles into an injection molding extruder through a feeding machine, and extruding the molten ABS raw material particles of the injection molding extruder into a mold for injection molding;
(5) pressure maintaining: the pressure maintaining time is controlled within ten seconds after extrusion and injection molding;
(6) demoulding and heating: demolding the molded lamp housing, immersing the demolded lamp housing in pure water, sending the lamp housing into an oven, heating to sixty-five to seventy degrees, and carrying out heat treatment, wherein the treatment time is controlled to be sixty to ninety minutes;
(7) and (3) cooling: stopping heating the lamp shell after heat treatment, slowly cooling the lamp shell to room temperature, and taking out the lamp shell;
(8) and (3) drying: putting the taken lamp shell into a drier for drying treatment;
(9) surface treatment: and polishing the surface of the dried lamp shell to remove impurities and improve the surface permeability, and then coating a film to obtain the lamp shell.
Further, the temperature of the heating stirring is controlled to be kept between one hundred and one hundred fifty degrees.
Further, the extruder temperature is controlled between one hundred and one hundred fifty degrees.
Further, the drying temperature is controlled between ninety and one hundred degrees, and the drying time is controlled within thirty minutes.
Further, a natural cooling mode is adopted after the heat treatment, and the temperature is naturally cooled to the room temperature.
Compared with the prior art, the repairing agent has the following advantages:
1. according to the invention, ABS plastic is used as a raw material, the mechanical property is higher than that of traditional PP plastic and other materials, the temperature of the mold is increased to two hundred to three hundred degrees when being heated compared with the traditional temperature, the extrusion temperature is reduced to one hundred to fifty degrees when being heated compared with the traditional temperature, and the pressure maintaining time is controlled within ten seconds, so that the transparency of the material after injection molding can be effectively improved, and the mechanical strength of the material is improved;
2. according to the invention, the demoulded lamp shell is immersed in pure water and sent into the oven to be heated to sixty-five to seventy degrees for heat treatment, so that the internal stress of the material part can be effectively eliminated, and the surface of the dried lamp shell is polished and then coated, so that the surface roughness of the lamp shell can be effectively reduced, and the permeability of the lamp shell is improved.

The production and processing method of the automobile precision plastic lamp shell comprises the following steps:
(1) selecting materials: selecting ABS plastic as a raw material, selecting RQT-B-3 fluorescent whitening agent, and selecting RQT-TS white clearing agent;
(2) a mould: selecting a die with a proper size according to the use condition, heating the die, and selecting the preheating temperature of two hundred to three hundred degrees;
(3) preparing raw materials: feeding the RQT-B-3 fluorescent whitening agent and the RQT-TS white transparent agent into a mixer according to a certain proportion, fully mixing for later use, feeding the ABS raw material into a granulator, simultaneously adding the mixed whitening agent and transparent agent, heating and stirring, fully mixing the whitening agent and transparent agent, and granulating after the whitening agent and transparent agent are fully mixed and melted into the ABS raw material;
(4) extruding: feeding the granulated particles into an injection molding extruder through a feeding machine, and extruding the molten ABS raw material particles of the injection molding extruder into a mold for injection molding;
