Because the limiting part 113 is provided with the plurality of limiting teeth 1132, the position of each limiting tooth 1132 is different, the stirring device 100 can be matched with the cooking container 200 with different opening sizes, and the application range of the stirring device 100 is further improved.
Alternatively, as shown in connection with fig. 2 and 6, the support arms 11 include two support arms 11 rotatably connected to both sides of the storage case 12, respectively. Here, the supporting arms 11 may move relative to the accommodating case 12, so that the supporting arms 11 have different positions, and the two supporting arms 11 simultaneously connect the stirring device 100 to the cooking container 200, so that the connection strength between the cooking container 200 and the stirring device 100 can be increased, and the relative positions of the cooking container 200 and the stirring device 100 are ensured to be stable.

Alternatively, as shown in fig. 7, the housing case 12 includes a case 121 and a cover 122, and the cover 122 is detachably attached to the case 121. Through setting up casing 121 and lid 122 to detachable connection, at agitating unit 100 assembly's in-process, can be earlier with drive piece 2 connection in casing 121, the convenience of processing and assembly has been greatly promoted to the lid 122 that then connects, and casing 121 and lid 122 cooperation can form airtight space for inject the position of drive piece 2, and play the effect of protection drive piece 2. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 8, the cover 122 is provided with a second rotating portion 1221, and the support arm 11 is rotatably connected to the second rotating portion 1221. By providing the second rotating portion 1221, the supporting arm 11 is rotatably connected to the housing 12, for reducing the space occupied by the stirring device 100 and improving portability of the stirring device 100.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 8, the second rotation portion 1221 is a protruding structure formed on the cover 122, and the support arm 11 is formed with the rotation fitting portion 114 toward the second rotation portion 1221. The rotation fitting portion 114 is rotatably connected to the second rotation portion 1221 such that the support arm 11 is rotatable relative to the second rotation portion 1221.
Alternatively, the rotating fit portion 114 is clamped at two ends of the second rotating portion 1221, a circular through hole that is communicated back and forth is formed in the second rotating portion 1221, and the rotating fit portion 114 is provided with a hole that mates with the circular through hole.
In a specific example, in order to facilitate the rotation of the support arm 11 with respect to the cover 122, a connector (not shown in the drawing) is further provided for connecting the rotation fitting portion 114 and the second rotation portion 1221, and the connector is inserted into the second rotation portion 1221 and a hole formed in the rotation fitting portion 114, respectively, so that the second rotation portion 1221 and the rotation fitting portion 114 form a rotation connection.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 5, a limiting cavity 112 is formed in the limiting groove 1131, the limiting cavity 112 is communicated with the accommodating cavity 111, the opening direction of the accommodating cavity 111 is parallel to the notch direction of the limiting groove 1131, the limiting cavity 112 is located at one side of the supporting arm 11 away from the accommodating shell 12, and the accommodating cavity 111 is located at one side of the supporting arm 11 close to the accommodating shell 12. The spacing cavity 112 can also function as an avoidance of the stirring assembly 3, ensuring that when the support arm 11 is rotated from the support position to the storage position, the spacing cavity 112 and the storage cavity 111 cooperate to store at least part of the structure of the stirring assembly 3.
Optionally, stirring blade 32 is rotatably connected to stirring shaft 31. Optionally, the stirring blade 32 has an extended position and a folded position. When the stirring device 100 is matched with the cooking container 200, the stirring sheet 32 is positioned at the stretching position, and the stirring sheet 32 is used for stirring food to be cooked in the cooking container 200; after the stirring device 100 is taken out of the cooking container 200, a user can manually fold the stirring sheet 32 from the extended position to the folded position, and when the stirring sheet 32 is in the folded position, the stirring sheet 32 is stored in the storage cavity 111, so that the volume of the stirring device 100 is further reduced, the carrying is convenient, and the user experience is improved.
Alternatively, the rotation direction of the support arm 11 when rotated from the support position to the storage position is different from the rotation direction of the stirring blade 32 when rotated from the extended position to the folded position, ensuring that the support arm 11 is in the storage position and the stirring blade 32 is in the folded position, the stirring blade 32 can be stored in the storage chamber 111 formed by the support arm 11.
In a specific example, the supporting arm 11 and the stirring blade 32 are respectively located at two opposite sides of the stirring shaft 31, and the supporting arm 11 is located at the upper side of the stirring shaft 31, the stirring blade 32 is located at the lower side of the stirring shaft 31, after the stirring device 100 is taken out from the cooking container 200, a user can fold the stirring blade 32 upwards to fold the stirring blade 32 towards the stirring shaft 31, so that the stirring blade 32 is folded from the extended position to the folded position, then the user rotates the supporting arm 11 downwards to draw the supporting arm 11 onto the output shaft 21, so that the supporting arm 11 rotates from the supporting position to the storage position, and at this time, the supporting arm 11 wraps the whole stirring blade 32 in the storage cavity 111, so that an omnibearing effective protection space is formed to protect the surface of the stirring blade 32 from abrasion.

In a specific example, the multiple sections of stirring rods are concentric hollow round tubes, the diameters of the stirring rods are sequentially reduced from top to bottom along the circumferential direction of the stirring shaft 31, an inner baffle is arranged on the lower side of each section of stirring rod, an outer baffle is arranged on the upper side of each section of stirring rod, the uppermost stirring rod is connected with the output shaft 21, the lowermost stirring rod is connected with the stirring sheet 32, a user can adjust the length of the stirring shaft 31 according to the depth of the cooking container 200 to be matched with the stirring device 100, the stirring device 100 can be ensured to be matched with the cooking containers 200 with different depths, and the application range of the stirring device 100 is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the stirring shaft 31 includes a fixed shaft 314, a movable shaft 315, and an elastic member 316, one end of the fixed shaft 314 is connected to the output shaft 21, the elastic member 316 is disposed between the other end of the fixed shaft 314 and the movable shaft 315, and the stirring blade 32 is connected to the movable shaft 315. Through connecting fixed axle 314 on output shaft 21, when driving piece 2 drive output shaft 21 pivoted in-process, output shaft 21 can drive fixed axle 314 and rotate, because the other end of fixed axle 314 is connected with loose axle 315 and is connected with stirring piece 32 on the loose axle 315, consequently, output shaft 21 can indirectly drive stirring piece 32 rotation, stirring piece 32 is suitable for stretching into cooking cavity 210 of cooking container 200, realize stirring the food that waits to cook in the cooking container 200, through being equipped with elastic component 316 between fixed axle 314 and loose axle 315, because of elastic component 316 self has certain flexible power, elastic component 316 can drive loose axle 315 and remove, make the length of stirring axle 31 adjustable, in order to adapt to cooking container 200 of different degree of depth.
Alternatively, the elastic member 316 may be a spring. The spring has a certain telescopic force, can drive the movable shaft 315 to move, and is low in cost and easy to control.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the end of the fixed shaft 314 facing the movable shaft 315 is provided with a second profiled hole 3141, and the end of the movable shaft 315 facing the fixed shaft 314 is provided with a second profiled shaft 3151 that is matched with the second profiled hole 3141. The fixed shaft 314 and the movable shaft 315 are detachably connected through the second profiled shaft 3151 and the second profiled hole 3141, so that the movable shaft 315 can move up and down relative to the fixed shaft 314, and the fixed shaft 314 can drive the movable shaft 315 to rotate together in the rotating process.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, a first positioning portion 3142 is extended towards a direction away from the second profiled hole 3141 on the outer side of the fixed shaft 314, a second positioning portion 3152 is extended towards the second profiled shaft 3151 on the side of the movable shaft 315 close to the fixed shaft 314, and the first positioning portion 3142 and the second positioning portion 3152 cooperate to define positions of the fixed shaft 314 and the movable shaft 315, so that the movable shaft 315 can move relative to the fixed shaft 314 without falling off the fixed shaft 314.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 11, the elastic member 316 is installed inside the movable shaft 315, one end of the elastic member 316 contacts the inner bottom surface of the movable shaft 315, the other end of the elastic member 316 contacts the bottom surface of the first positioning portion 3142, and the elastic member 316 is always in a compressed state, so that the elastic member 316 has a force to normally drive the movable shaft 315 to move away from the fixed shaft 314.
Optionally, a stirring sheet 32 is attached to a side of the movable shaft 315 remote from the fixed shaft 314, and the stirring sheet 32 is in contact with the bottom of the cooking container 200 during the cooperation of the stirring device 100 with the cooking container 200. On the one hand, the stirring blade 32 can be ensured to stir the food to be cooked, which is attached to the bottom of the cooking container 200, in the stirring process, so that the stirring quality is improved; on the other hand, the stirring sheet 32 and the cooking container 200 cooperate to compress the elastic member 316 to a certain extent, so that the movable shaft 315 can automatically move according to the depth of the cooking container 200, that is, the stirring shaft 31 can automatically adjust the length according to the depth of the cooking container 200, so that the stirring device 100 can adapt to cooking containers 200 of various specifications, especially to cooking containers 200 of different depths, and the universality of the stirring device 100 is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in connection with fig. 2 and 3, the driving member 2 is a motor 22, and the driving member 2 is connected in the housing case 12. By connecting the driving piece 2 in the accommodating case 12, the accommodating case 12 is used for protecting the driving piece 2, ensuring that food to be cooked in the cooking container 200 and external sharp objects or foreign matters cannot fall on the driving piece 2, improving the electrical safety of the motor 22 and prolonging the service life of the motor 22; on the other hand, the accommodating housing 12 is also used for limiting the position of the motor 22, so that the motor 22 is stable in position and can effectively drive the stirring assembly 3 to rotate.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, a motor shaft 221 of the motor 22 protrudes from the housing case 12, and the motor shaft 221 is detachably connected to the stirring shaft 31. The motor shaft 221 extending from the housing 12 is used to connect with the stirring shaft 31, when the motor 22 drives the motor shaft 221 to rotate, the motor shaft 221 can drive the stirring shaft 31 to rotate together, and the stirring shaft 31 can stir the food to be cooked in the cooking container 200.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 12, an end of the motor shaft 221 of the motor 22 facing the stirring shaft 31 is a first profiled shaft 2211, and an end of the stirring shaft 31 facing the motor shaft 221 is provided with a first profiled hole 312 matched with the first profiled shaft 2211. The motor shaft 221 and the stirring shaft 31 are detachably connected through the first special-shaped shaft 2211 and the first special-shaped hole 312, and the stirring shaft 31 can be driven to rotate by the motor shaft 221 in the working process of the motor 22.
In a specific example, as shown in fig. 12, the first special-shaped shaft 2211 is formed as a D-shaped shaft, the first special-shaped hole 312 is formed as a D-shaped hole, and the stirring shaft 31 is fixedly connected with the D-shaped shaft of the motor shaft 221 through the D-shaped hole at the top, so that the stirring shaft 31 can move up and down relative to the motor shaft 221, and the motor shaft 221 can drive the stirring shaft 31 to rotate together in the rotating process.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3, a cavity 123 is formed in the storage case 12, a circumferential limiting portion 1231 is provided in the cavity 123, and the circumferential limiting portion 1231 is limited to the circumferential side of the motor 22. The cavity 123 is adapted to house the motor 22, and the circumferential stop 1231 is adapted to define the position of the motor 22 such that the motor 22 is positionally stable within the cavity 123 to drive rotation of the agitator assembly 3.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 3, a supporting portion 1232 is also formed in the storage case 12. The supporting part 1232 is formed inside the circumferential limiting part 1231 and limited at one side of the motor 22 away from the motor shaft 221, and the supporting part 1232 is used for limiting the position of the motor 22, so that the motor 22 is stable in position inside the storage housing 12; on the other hand, because the supporting portion 1232 has a certain height, the supporting portion 1232 can enable the motor 22 to be arranged at intervals with the accommodating housing 12, and the space arranged at intervals forms a heat dissipation area, so that heat is easily dissipated in the process of working of the motor 22, the heat dissipation area is conducive to heat dissipation, and the excessive temperature rise inside the accommodating housing 12 is prevented, namely, the heat is prevented from damaging the motor 22 inside the accommodating housing 12, so that the safety of the motor 22 is improved, and the service life of the motor 22 is prolonged.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 3, a limiting support part 1233 is further formed in the housing case 12, and the limiting support part 1233 is limited to the circumferential side of the motor shaft 221. Since the motor shaft 221 is formed on the motor 22, the limit supporting portion 1233 and the circumferential limit portion 1231 cooperate to further limit the motor 22 such that the motor 22 is stably coupled within the housing case 12, the motor 22 can effectively exert its own function to drive the rotation of the stirring assembly 3.
It should be noted that, because the spacing supporting portion 1233 has a certain height, the spacing supporting portion 1233 can also enable the motor 22 to be spaced from the housing 12, further improving the safety of the motor 22 and prolonging the service life of the motor 22.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 8, the cover 122 is provided with a second through hole 1222, and the motor shaft 221 (the specific structure of the motor shaft 221 may be seen in fig. 3) extends out from the second through hole 1222. The second through hole 1222 is used for avoiding the motor shaft 221, so that the motor shaft 221 arranged in the accommodating housing 12 can be connected with the stirring assembly 3 through the cover 122, that is, the motor 22 can drive the stirring assembly 3 to rotate together in the rotating process, so as to achieve the purpose of stirring the to-be-cooked objects in the cooking container 200, and the second through hole 1222 can also limit the maximum moving range of the motor shaft 221, so that the motor shaft 221 can only rotate relative to the second through hole 1222 and cannot move transversely or longitudinally relative to the second through hole 1222.
It should be noted that, this application rotates through motor 22 drive stirring subassembly 3, need not manual handheld stirring subassembly 3 and carries out manual stirring for whole stirring process labour saving and time saving promotes user experience.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the driving member 2 is a hand shaking device (not shown in the drawings), and both ends of the hand shaking device are respectively formed with a shaking portion and an output shaft 21, and the shaking portion and the output shaft 21 are respectively protruded from different portions of the storage case 12. That is, when the output shaft 21 of the hand shaking device extends from one side of the housing 12, the shaking portion of the hand shaking device may extend from the other side of the housing 12, and the shaking portion is manually held by hand, and the output shaft 21 is driven to rotate by rotating the shaking portion, so that one end of the output shaft 21 is connected to the stirring shaft 31, and the stirring shaft 31 is driven to rotate.
By providing the driving element 2 as a hand-operated device, the hand-operated device can be operated continuously even when power is cut off, and the limitation of the hand-operated device is small compared with the case where the driving element 2 is provided as the motor 22.
The cooking appliance 1000 of the embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the drawings of the specification.
A cooking appliance 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 13, includes: cooking vessel 200 and stirring device 100.
As shown in fig. 14, a cooking cavity 210 is formed in the cooking container 200, and a limit matching portion 240 is provided on the cooking container 200. Here, the cooking container 200 has a hollow structure.

In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 15, one end of the cooking container 200 forms an opening 220. The opening 220 provides a avoiding space for the arrangement of the stirring device 100, so that the stirring assembly 3 in the stirring device 100 can extend into the cooking cavity 210 through the opening 220; alternatively, the item to be cooked may be introduced into the cooking cavity 210 through the opening 220 or the item to be cooked after the completion of the stirring may be discharged through the opening 220.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 15, a handle 230 is provided on the cooking container 200 near the opening 220, the limiting part 113 is limited on the handle 230, and the stirring shaft 31 is adjusted in length so that the stirring sheet 32 stirs near the bottom wall of the cooking container 200. By providing the handle 230 on the cooking container 200, on one hand, the cooking container 200 is convenient to take, and user experience is improved; on the other hand, the handle 230 may be limited in the limiting part 113 during the assembly of the cooking container 200 and the stirring device 100, so that the cooking container 200 is fixed in position with respect to the stirring device 100, and the cooking container 200 does not shake while the stirring device 100 stirs the food to be cooked in the cooking cavity 210.
The following describes a specific structure of a stirring device 100 and a cooking appliance 1000 having the same in a specific embodiment of the present invention with reference to the drawings. The embodiments of the present invention may be all the embodiments of the combination of the foregoing technical solutions, but are not limited to the following specific embodiments, which fall within the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
A stirring device 100, as shown in connection with fig. 1 and 2, comprises a housing assembly 1, a driving member 2 and a stirring assembly 3.
As shown in fig. 1, the storage assembly 1 includes a support arm 11 and a storage housing 12, where the support arm 11 is provided with a plurality of limiting portions 113, and the limiting portions 113 are adapted to be limited on a cooking container 200 (the specific structure of the cooking container 200 can be seen in fig. 13).
As shown in fig. 2, the driving element 2 is provided in the housing case 12, and an output shaft 21 of the driving element 2 protrudes from the housing case 12.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the stirring assembly 3 includes a stirring shaft 31 and a stirring blade 32, the length of which is adjustable, one end of the stirring shaft 31 is connected with the output shaft 21, and the stirring blade 32 is connected with the stirring shaft 31.
Example 2
Unlike the stirring device 100 of the embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 4, the stopper 113 includes a plurality of stopper grooves 1131, and the stopper grooves 1131 are each provided with a notch opening toward the same side.
Example 3
Unlike the stirring device 100 of the embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 5, the limiting part 113 includes a limiting groove 1131 and a plurality of limiting teeth 1132, the tips of the limiting teeth 1132 face in a direction parallel to the opening direction of the notch of the limiting groove 1131, and the limiting teeth 1132 are formed on the side wall of the supporting arm 11.
Example 4
Unlike the stirring device 100 of the embodiment 3, as shown in fig. 2 and 6, the supporting arms 11 include two supporting arms 11, the two supporting arms 11 are respectively rotatably connected to two sides of the housing 12, the supporting arms 11 are provided with an open housing cavity 111, and after the supporting arms 11 are drawn toward the output shaft 21, at least part of the stirring assembly 3 is located in the housing cavity 111.
The stirring blade 32 is rotatably connected to the stirring shaft 31.
Example 5
Unlike the stirring device 100 of the embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the stirring shaft 31 includes a fixed shaft 314, a movable shaft 315, and an elastic member 316, one end of the fixed shaft 314 is connected to the output shaft 21, the elastic member 316 is provided between the other end of the fixed shaft 314 and the movable shaft 315, and the movable shaft 315 is connected to the stirring blade 32.
Example 6
As shown in fig. 13, a cooking appliance 1000 includes: cooking vessel 200 and stirring device 100.
As shown in fig. 14, a cooking cavity 210 is formed in the cooking container 200, and a limit matching portion 240 is provided on the cooking container 200.
As shown in fig. 14, the stirring device 100 is the stirring device 100, and the support arm 11 is connected to the cooking container 200 in an anti-rotation manner when the limit portion 113 is matched with the limit matching portion 240, and the stirring assembly 3 extends into the cooking cavity 210.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless explicitly specified and limited otherwise, the terms "mounted", "connected" and "connected" are to be construed broadly, and may be, for example, fixedly connected, detachably connected or integrally connected; either mechanically or electrically. Two stirring blades 32 and two support arms 11 are shown in fig. 1 for illustrative purposes, but it is obvious to a person skilled in the art that it is within the scope of the present invention to apply the solution to one, three or more stirring blades 32 and support arms 11 after reading the above solution.
The driving principle of the stirring device 100 and other structures of the cooking utensil 1000 having the same, such as the motor 22, according to the embodiment of the present invention is known to those skilled in the art, and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (12)

1. A stirring device, characterized by comprising:
the storage assembly comprises a support arm and a storage shell which are connected, wherein a plurality of limiting parts are arranged on the support arm, and the limiting parts are suitable for limiting the cooking container;
the driving piece is arranged on the storage shell, and an output shaft of the driving piece extends out of the storage shell;
The stirring assembly comprises a stirring shaft and a stirring sheet, the length of the stirring shaft is adjustable, one end of the stirring shaft is connected with the output shaft, and the stirring sheet is connected to the stirring shaft;
the limiting part comprises a plurality of limiting grooves or a plurality of limiting teeth;
when the limiting part is a plurality of limiting grooves, the limiting grooves are all provided with notches which are opened towards the same side; when the limiting part is a plurality of limiting teeth, a plurality of limiting teeth are arranged on two opposite side walls of the supporting arm;
the support arms comprise two support arms which are respectively and rotatably connected to two sides of the storage shell, an open storage cavity is formed in each support arm, and after the support arms face towards the output shafts, at least part of the stirring assembly is located in each storage cavity.
2. The stirring device of claim 1, wherein the limit portion comprises at least one limit groove and a plurality of limit teeth, wherein tooth tips of the limit teeth face a direction parallel to a notch opening direction of the limit groove, and the limit teeth are formed on side walls of the support arm.
3. The stirring device according to claim 2, wherein the limit groove is one, a plurality of limit teeth are formed on at least one side wall of the support arm, and a first clamping groove is formed between two adjacent limit teeth; and a second clamping groove is formed between the limiting teeth adjacent to the groove wall of the limiting groove and the groove wall.
4. A stirring device as set forth in claim 3, wherein a plurality of sets of limiting teeth are provided on each of the opposite side walls of the support arm.
5. The stirring device of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a limiting cavity is formed in the limiting groove, the limiting cavity is communicated with the accommodating cavity, the opening direction of the accommodating cavity is parallel to the notch direction of the limiting groove, the limiting cavity is located at one side of the supporting arm away from the accommodating shell, and the accommodating cavity is located at one side of the supporting arm close to the accommodating shell.
6. A stirring device as set forth in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein said stirring blade is rotatably connected to said stirring shaft.
7. A stirring device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the stirring shaft comprises a plurality of stirring bars connected in a telescopic nested manner in the axial direction, wherein one stirring bar on one side in the axial direction is connected with the output shaft, and wherein the other stirring bar on the other side in the axial direction is connected with the stirring blade.
8. The stirring device of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the stirring shaft comprises a fixed shaft, a movable shaft and an elastic member, one end of the fixed shaft is connected with the output shaft, the elastic member is arranged between the other end of the fixed shaft and the movable shaft, and the stirring blade is connected to the movable shaft.
9. A stirring device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the drive member is a motor, which is connected in the housing, from which housing a motor shaft of the motor protrudes, which motor shaft is detachably connected to the stirring shaft.
10. The stirring device of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the driving member is a hand shaking device, both ends of which form a shaking portion and the output shaft, respectively, which protrude from different portions of the housing case, respectively.
11. A cooking appliance, comprising:
a cooking container, wherein a cooking cavity is formed in the cooking container, and a limit matching part is arranged on the cooking container;
stirring device, wherein the stirring device is a stirring device according to any one of claims 1-10, the support arm is connected to the cooking container in an anti-rotation way when the limit part is matched with the limit matching part, and the stirring assembly stretches into the cooking cavity.
12. The cooking appliance of claim 11, wherein an opening is formed at one end of the cooking container, a handle is provided on the cooking container adjacent to the opening, the limiting portion is limited on the handle, and the stirring shaft is adjusted in length so that the stirring sheet is stirred adjacent to the bottom wall of the cooking container.
