The cooking utensil of the embodiment of the present invention can be provided with the pot handle 130 which can be drawn and hidden, and the pot 100 comprises a pot body 110, a pot handle 130 and a pot handle 120.
In this embodiment, the handle 120 and the pot body 110 may be fixedly connected, and the handle 130 and the handle 120 are slidably connected along the radial direction of the pot body 110.
As shown in fig. 5, the handle 130 moves outward relative to the handle 120 in a radial direction of the pot body 110, the handle 130 is away from the storage position of the pot body 110, and the handle 130 is in a spread state.
As shown in fig. 6, the handle 130 moves inward relative to the handle 120 in the radial direction of the pot body 110, the handle 130 is close to the storage position of the pot body 110, and the handle 130 is in the storage state.
In this embodiment, the handle 130 can reciprocate relative to the handle 120 along the radial direction of the pot body 110, and when the cooking appliance performs operations such as automatic dish discharging and automatic cleaning, the handle 130 can be in a storage state, so as to prevent dishes or cleaning products from contaminating the handle 130.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the pot ear 130 has a sliding slot 131 extending in a radial direction and an opening 132 communicating with the sliding slot 131, the opening 132 is located on a side of the sliding slot 131 close to the pot body 110, and the width of the sliding slot 131 is greater than that of the opening 132.
The panhandle 120 comprises a first section 121, a second section 122 and a third section 123 which are connected in sequence, the first section 121 is connected with the pan body 110, the second section 122 extends into the sliding groove 131 from the opening 132, the third section 123 is located in the sliding groove 131, and the width of the third section 123 is larger than that of the opening 132.
The second section 122 and the third section 123 of the handle 120 are both located in the sliding slot 131 of the handle 130, the sliding slot 131 extends along the radial direction of the pot body 110, the handle 130 and the handle 120 are connected in a sliding manner along the radial direction of the pot body 110, and the second section 122 and the third section 123 slide in the sliding slot 131.
It can be understood that the second section 122 of the handle 120 extends from the opening 132 into the sliding slot 131, the width of the sliding slot 131 is larger than the width of the opening 132, and the width of the sliding slot 131 is slightly larger than the width of the third section 123, so that the third section 123 can slide in the sliding slot 131.
The width of the third segment 123 is larger than that of the opening 132, so as to prevent the lug 130 from being disconnected from the radial sliding connection with the handle 120 when the lug 130 reciprocates relative to the handle 120 along the radial direction of the pot body 110.
In this embodiment, at least one wall of the sliding slot 131 is provided with a limiting protrusion 133, and when the handle 130 is close to the accommodating position of the pot body 110, one side of the limiting protrusion 133 departing from the pot body 110 stops against one side of the third section 123 close to the pot body 110.
The limiting protrusion 133 can lock the position of the handle 130 when the handle 130 is pushed in and hidden, so as to prevent the handle 130 from being pulled out as shown in fig. 5 due to the centrifugal force of rotation during the rotation of the cookware 100.
It can be understood that when the handle 130 is in the storage state, the side of the limiting protrusion 133 away from the pot body 110 and the side of the third section 123 close to the pot body 110 are abutted against each other, and the handle 130 is blocked on the handle 120, so that the handle 130 can be prevented from moving outward relative to the handle 120 along the radial direction of the pot body 110 due to the centrifugal force of rotation or other reasons.
In practical implementation, the height of the limiting protrusion 133 gradually increases from the side close to the pot body 110 to the side away from the pot body 110, the height of the limiting protrusion 133 close to the side of the pot body 110 is small, the height of the limiting protrusion 133 away from the side of the pot body 110 is large, a guide surface is formed along the direction from the side close to the side of the pot body 110 to the side away from the pot body 110, and the guide surface can guide the third section 123 to slide in the sliding groove 131.
In this embodiment, the height of the limiting protrusion 133 gradually increases from the side close to the pot body 110 to the side away from the pot body 110, the cross section of the limiting protrusion 133 may be a right triangle, and the guiding surface for guiding the sliding of the third section 123 is the hypotenuse of the right triangle.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the third section 123 protrudes from the second section 122 at both sides in the width direction of the chute 131.
The width of the sliding groove 131 is greater than that of the opening 132, the width of the third section 123 is greater than that of the opening 132, both sides of the third section 123 protrude out of the second section 122, and both sides of the third section 123 are positions for stopping the pot handle 130 from sliding out relative to the pot handle 120, so that the pot handle 130 is effectively prevented from being disconnected from the pot handle 120 in a radial sliding manner.
In some embodiments, the end of chute 131 facing away from pan body 110 and the end of third segment 123 facing away from pan body 110 are both curved.
It can be understood that, when the handle 130 moves relative to the handle 120 in the direction close to the pot body 110, and the handle 130 is in the storage state, one end of the sliding groove 131 departing from the pot body 110 contacts with one end of the third section 123 departing from the pot body 110, both the one end of the sliding groove 131 departing from the pot body 110 and the one end of the third section 123 departing from the pot body 110 are in the shape of an arc, which can reduce the impact force when the sliding groove 131 contacts with the third section 123, and the arc can also disperse the stress of the third section 123 and prevent the third section 123 from breaking.
In some embodiments, the first segment 121 is bent relative to the second segment 122, and the second segment 122 is flush with the third segment 123.
The handle 120 is fixed on the pot body 110 through the first section 121, and the first section 121 is bent relative to the second section 122 to ensure that the handle 130 can reciprocate relative to the handle 120 along the radial direction of the pot body 110.
The second section 122 and the third section 123 are both located in the sliding groove 131, and the second section 122 is flush with the third section 123, so that the second section 122 and the third section 123 can slide more stably in the sliding groove 131.
