Abstract
The invention discloses a method for producing a potato virus-free seed potato matrix by utilizing crop straws, which comprises the following steps of a, preparing a matrix material, namely 5% of astragalus straws, 5% of angelica straws, 60% of corn straws, 15% of waste mushroom sticks, 5% of cow dung and 10% of garden soil without potatoes; b. preparing strains including actinomycetes, saccharomycetes, lactic acid bacteria, bacillus subtilis or composite strains; c. crushing the matrix material in the step a to 1cm in length, mixing, adding the strains in the step b, piling to form a trapezoidal pile with the thickness of 1.2 m, covering garden soil on which potatoes are not planted, performing stacking type fermentation for 15 days, turning materials after the fermentation is finished, uniformly mixing the turned materials, adding a retention agent, performing compound tempering, drying and packaging.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of potato cultivation processes, in particular to a method for producing a potato virus-free seed potato matrix by using crop straws.
Background
Mineral vermiculite is used as a culture technical substrate for producing traditional potato mini-potatoes (virus-free seed potatoes), and most vermiculite production enterprises are in a production stop state or an off-line state along with environmental protection requirements, so that the virus-free seed potato breeding substrate is in short supply, and therefore, the method for producing the virus-free seed potatoes by fermenting crop straws has good market prospect. Compared with vermiculite mineral, the plant substrate has the advantages of heat preservation, moisture preservation, looseness, good air permeability and partial nutrients required by potato production.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present application provides a method for producing a potato virus-free seed potato matrix by using crop straws, which is used for solving the current potato cultivation problem.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:
a method for producing potato seed matrix without virus by using crop straws comprises the following steps:
a. preparing a substrate material, namely 5% of astragalus membranaceus straws, 5% of angelica sinensis straws, 60% of corn straws, 15% of waste mushroom sticks, 5% of cow dung and 10% of garden soil without potatoes;
b. preparing strains including actinomycetes, saccharomycetes, lactic acid bacteria, bacillus subtilis or composite strains;
c. crushing the matrix material in the step a to 1cm in length, mixing, adding the strains in the step b, piling to form a trapezoidal pile with the thickness of 1.2 m, covering garden soil on which potatoes are not planted, performing stacking type fermentation for 15 days, turning materials after the fermentation is finished, uniformly mixing the turned materials, adding a retention agent, performing compound tempering, drying and packaging.
Wherein, the composite strain is EM.
Compared with the prior art, the detailed description of the application is as follows:
the invention improves the yield and quality of the minitype potato, has low production cost, and the bred minitype tuber has obvious advantages from stress resistance, growth potential, initial disease period and the like. The method can quickly obtain the miniature potatoes, has short period for obtaining the miniature potatoes, produces more miniature potatoes, has the potato production rate of 100 percent, has good quality, and lays a good foundation for obtaining and storing the potato breeder seeds and producing the potato breeder seeds in a large scale. The invention provides nutrients for the miniature potatoes, promotes the growth of the miniature potatoes and improves the yield of the miniature potatoes.

FIG. 1 is a flow chart of the present invention.
Detailed Description
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solution of the present invention, the following detailed description of the present invention is provided with reference to specific embodiments.
As shown in figure 1, a method for producing a potato virus-free seed potato matrix by using crop straws comprises the following steps:
a. preparing a substrate material, namely 5% of astragalus membranaceus straws, 5% of angelica sinensis straws, 60% of corn straws, 15% of waste mushroom sticks, 5% of cow dung and 10% of garden soil without potatoes;
b. preparing strains including actinomycetes, yeast, lactobacillus, Bacillus subtilis or EM;
c. crushing the matrix material in the step a to 1cm in length, mixing, adding the strains in the step b, piling to form a trapezoidal pile with the thickness of 1.2 m, covering garden soil on which potatoes are not planted, performing stacking type fermentation for 15 days, turning materials after the fermentation is finished, uniformly mixing the turned materials, adding a retention agent, performing compound tempering, drying and packaging.
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that the above preferred embodiment should not be considered as limiting the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention should be subject to the scope defined by the claims. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and adaptations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and these modifications and adaptations should be considered within the scope of the invention.
