Description

Elevator internal visitor permission management method, readable storage medium and computer equipment
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of elevators, in particular to an elevator internal visitor permission management method, a readable storage medium and computer equipment.
Background
At present, in order to strengthen the security management of a cell, a cell owner is often equipped with a contactless card as an identification medium. When an owner needs to take the elevator to go upstairs or downstairs, the card information can be read only by enabling the non-contact card to be close to the card reader, so that the owner information is obtained, and the elevator can automatically register the destination floor of the elevator for passengers. Generally, for safety management, a property only provides the owner with access rights to the floor where the property is located and a public floor (such as a basement hall, a restaurant, etc.). Thus, the owner will only be able to register his house floor and the destination floor of the elevator on the public floor using the contactless card, but not on other floors.
However, in real life, such a scenario often occurs: different owners who live on different floors of the same residential building or on different buildings may for some reason need to visit other owners temporarily, and such visits are often very infrequent and may only occur once. If the visit authority of the floor where the visited person is located is opened for the visitor, on one hand, the visitor needs to go to a property management center to handle the opening procedure, so that the defects of complicated flow, increased work load of a material management pipe, waste of time, energy and physical strength of the passenger and the like exist, and if the visit authority cannot be timely withdrawn, potential hazards are brought to safety management due to accumulation; on the other hand, the interviewee may conflict with the opening of the authority, and the opening of the access authority for the rare interviewer is not agreed. In this case, the visitor may visit the visitor's home only in the following ways:
mode 1, a temporary visitor card is issued by property.
Specifically, the visitor goes to the property management center, requests the property management center to issue a temporary visitor card, opens the temporary access permission, and returns to the property management center again after the visitor completes the access to return the temporary visitor card. The method has the disadvantages of complicated flow, increased workload of the management pipe, waste of time, energy and physical strength of passengers, and the need of purchasing temporary visitor cards, and the risk of losing the temporary visitor cards;
in the mode 2, the passenger asks for help to the property.
The passenger uses the call system in the car to ask the property management center for help and requests it to register the destination floor to be visited. In this manner, it is necessary to develop and open a function for the property management center to register a destination floor for a passenger. In order to ensure safety, it is also necessary to provide the property management center with a means of verifying the identity of the passenger. The method has the defects of complicated flow, increased work load of a material pipe, waste of passenger time, occupation of communication resources of the lift car, additional functions and the like.
Mode 3, the visitor coordinates with the addressee.
If the visitor and the addressee live in the same residential building, the visitor is located in the 5 th building and the addressee live in the 10 th building. The visitor registers an uplink call at the landing, and the elevator responds to the uplink call and moves to the floor where the visitor is located; after the elevator arrives, the visitor enters the car and gives up registering the destination floor. The 10-floor visitor registers the landing call in the period between the visitor registering uplink call and the elevator arriving at the visitor floor. Thus, after the visitor enters the elevator car, the elevator car moves to the 10 th floor in response to the call of the visitor, so that the visitor is transported. Obviously, the method utilizes the characteristic that the elevator does not carry out identity verification (biological characteristic identification identity) on the passenger, and realizes the visit of the visitor to the visitor through the cooperation of the visitor and the visitor. The method has the defects of being only suitable for occasions of identifying identities by non-biological characteristics, requiring close cooperation between visitors and visitors, and the like.
From the above analysis, on one hand, in order to strengthen security management, the property management center needs to strictly limit the access authority of the owner non-contact card; on the other hand, in order to enhance the establishment of interaction and harmony between neighborhood of a street, it is necessary to provide convenience for access between owners of different floors and buildings. Thus, there is a conflict between security management and access convenience.
Therefore, how to provide convenience for rare inter-visits among different owners as much as possible while ensuring cell security management becomes a problem to be solved.

The invention mainly aims at the problem of access authority management when owners in the same district or the same building need to perform rare access to other floors or owners of other buildings outside the access authority of the owners. Since the visitor is the owner, strict access restriction does not need to be performed in a manner of treating the foreign visitor, but the access behavior outside the access right needs to be specified and managed for security. The invention fully considers the two points, allows the owner visitor to carry out rare access to other floors or owners of other buildings outside the own access authority without reporting modification authority to the property management center in advance, but the access information needs to be recorded while the access is allowed for subsequent query.
Compared with the prior visitor authority management, the invention has the characteristics that: a) distinguishing between alien and owner visitors (internal visitors); b) allowing owner visitors to access other owners; c) recording the access behavior of the owner visitor; d) adjusting the authority according to the access frequency of the owner visitor to the specific floor; e) the different owner visitor visits or returns from other owners.
The embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example one
The method for managing visitor rights in the elevator of the embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, includes the following steps:
step S1, receiving the identity information of the passenger;
step S2, judging whether the passenger is the owner of the local community according to the identity information, if so, entering step S3, otherwise, processing by adopting a conventional visitor access authority management mode, and ending;
step S3, receiving destination floor information input by passengers;
step S4, judging whether the destination floor information is out of the registrable floor range corresponding to the identity information, if so, entering step S5, otherwise, transporting passengers in a conventional owner elevator taking management mode, and ending;
step S5, the passenger is conveyed to the floor corresponding to the destination floor information;
in step S6, the present seating information of the passenger is recorded.
Wherein the riding information comprises the identity information and the destination floor. Alternatively, the riding information further includes a departure floor and/or a destination floor registration time.
The conventional visitor access right management method and the conventional owner elevator taking management method mentioned above belong to the prior art in the field, wherein the conventional visitor access right management method specifically refers to the technical content described in the invention patent application with the application number of 201710706001.1, and the conventional owner elevator taking management method specifically refers to the technical content described in the invention patent application with the application number of 201910392643.8 or the technical content disclosed in the invention patent publication of ZL 201810592941.7.
The procedure of the present embodiment will be described below by taking an assumed boarding scene as an example.
Suppose that owner a and owner B live in the same building, wherein owner a lives in building 5 and owner B lives in building 10. On a certain day, the owner B invites the owner A to go home to drink tea and play chess. The owner a registers an uplink call signal by using a hall call device in a 5-floor hall. The elevator responds to the ascending calling signal and moves to the 5 th floor from other floors to open the door. Next, a detailed description will be given of how the owner a visits the 10 th building:
firstly, an owner A enters a lift car;
secondly, the owner A swipes a card, and the elevator obtains identity information of the owner A;
thirdly, the elevator judges that the owner A is the owner of the community according to the identity information, namely the owner A is an internal visitor;
fourthly, the owner A registers a target floor by pressing a 10-floor button of the in-car registration device, and the target floor received by the elevator by the owner A is 10 floors;
fifthly, the elevator judges that the 10 th floor is out of the access authority range of the owner A;
sixthly, the elevator conveys the owner A to a 10 th floor;
and seventhly, recording the seating information of the owner A.
In this specific setting scenario, the riding information includes the identity information of the owner a, the departure floor, the destination floor, and the destination floor registration time.
Compared with the existing visitor authority management, the embodiment judges the identity of the passenger, namely distinguishes whether the passenger is an external visitor or an internal visitor (also called as a main visitor, namely the owner of the same cell), allows the passenger to visit the access floor (the floor where the visitor is located) outside the access authority range when the passenger is judged to be the internal visitor, and records the access behavior of the internal visitor, so that convenience can be provided for rare mutual visits among different owners as far as possible under the condition of ensuring the cell safety management.
Example two
On the basis of the first embodiment, the present embodiment adds an access information confirmation function. Specifically, the method for managing visitor rights in the elevator of the embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, includes the following steps:
step S1, receiving the identity information of the passenger;
step S2, judging whether the passenger is the owner of the local community according to the identity information, if so, entering step S3, otherwise, processing by adopting a conventional visitor access authority management mode, and ending;
step S3, receiving destination floor information input by passengers;
step S4, judging whether the destination floor information is out of the registrable floor range corresponding to the identity information, if so, entering step A1, otherwise, transporting passengers in a conventional owner elevator taking management mode, and ending;
step a1, providing the passenger with the destination floor information inputted by the passenger;
step A2, prompting the passenger to confirm operation;
step A3, judging whether the confirmation information of the passenger is received within the preset time, if so, entering step S5, otherwise, turning to step A2;
step S5, the passenger is conveyed to the floor corresponding to the destination floor information;
in step S6, the present seating information of the passenger is recorded.
Still taking the setting scenario of the first embodiment as an example, the new function of the present embodiment is described as follows:
firstly, an owner A enters a lift car;
secondly, the owner A swipes a card, and the elevator obtains identity information of the owner A;
thirdly, the elevator judges that the owner A is the owner of the community according to the identity information, namely the owner A is an internal visitor;
fourthly, the owner A registers a target floor by pressing a 10-floor button of the in-car registration device, and the target floor received by the elevator by the owner A is 10 floors;
fifthly, the elevator judges that the 10 th floor is out of the access authority range of the owner A;
sixthly, the elevator provides the information of the input destination floor of the elevator to the owner A, namely 10 floors;
seventhly, prompting the owner A to perform confirmation operation, such as prompting in a voice or text or flashing mode;
eighthly, the owner A confirms the input destination floor information within the preset time;
here, the confirmation operation may be a mode of pressing a button of the destination floor again, pressing a button of the destination floor for a long time, double-clicking a button of the destination floor, or the like;
the ninth step, the elevator transports the owner A to the 10 th floor;
and step ten, recording the seating information of the owner A.
In the eighth step, if the owner a does not perform the confirmation operation within the preset time, the owner a is prompted to input the destination floor information thereof again.
Of course, on the basis of the above concept, those skilled in the art may also adjust step a1 in the elevator internal visitor right management method of this embodiment, for example:
step S1, receiving the identity information of the passenger;
step S2, judging whether the passenger is the owner of the local community according to the identity information, if so, entering step S3, otherwise, processing by adopting a conventional visitor access authority management mode, and ending;
step S3, receiving destination floor information input by passengers;
step a1, providing the passenger with the destination floor information inputted by the passenger;
step S4, judging whether the destination floor information is out of the registrable floor range corresponding to the identity information, if so, entering step A2, otherwise, transporting passengers in a conventional owner elevator taking management mode, and ending;
step A2, prompting the passenger to confirm operation;
step A3, judging whether the confirmation information of the passenger is received within the preset time, if so, entering step S5, otherwise, turning to step A2;
step S5, the passenger is conveyed to the floor corresponding to the destination floor information;
in step S6, the present seating information of the passenger is recorded.
At this time, in step a1, the passenger may be provided with the destination floor information that he or she has registered by, for example, lighting a floor button corresponding to the destination floor information.
This embodiment requires the owner a to confirm the destination floor information inputted by the owner a again, so as to accurately identify the identity of the passenger, thereby ensuring the accuracy of the identification result.
EXAMPLE III
In the first embodiment, the present embodiment performs verification and judgment on the passenger's operation of inputting the destination floor information, and performs processing based on the verification and judgment. Specifically, the method for managing visitor rights in the elevator of the embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, includes the following steps:
step S1, receiving the identity information of the passenger;
step S2, judging whether the passenger is the owner of the local community according to the identity information, if so, entering step S3, otherwise, processing by adopting a conventional visitor access authority management mode, and ending;
step S3, receiving destination floor information input by passengers;
step S4, judging whether the destination floor information is out of the registrable floor range corresponding to the identity information, if so, entering step B1, otherwise, transporting passengers in a conventional owner elevator taking management mode, and ending;
step B1, judging whether the operation mode of the passenger for inputting the destination floor information is a preset operation mode, if so, turning to step S5, otherwise, prompting the passenger to input the destination floor information again, and turning to step S3;
step S5, the passenger is conveyed to the floor corresponding to the destination floor information;
in step S6, the present seating information of the passenger is recorded.
In this embodiment, the passenger must input the destination floor information outside the access right range in an agreed operation mode, such as double-clicking the destination floor button, long-pressing the destination floor button, etc., which is only known by the internal visitor.

step S6, recording the riding information of the passenger at this time;
and step S7, judging whether the passenger returns to the self floor from the access floor, if so, recording the return information of the passenger and adding the return information into the riding information.
EXAMPLE six
In the first embodiment, the access frequency of the internal visitor to the specific floor is monitored based on the riding information, and the access right is adjusted based on the monitoring. Specifically, the method for managing visitor rights in the elevator of the embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, includes the following steps:
step S1, receiving the identity information of the passenger;
step S2, judging whether the passenger is the owner of the local community according to the identity information, if so, entering step S3, otherwise, processing by adopting a conventional visitor access authority management mode, and ending;
step S3, receiving destination floor information input by passengers;
step S4, judging whether the destination floor information is out of the registrable floor range corresponding to the identity information, if so, entering step S5, otherwise, transporting passengers in a conventional owner elevator taking management mode, and ending;
step S5, the passenger is conveyed to the floor corresponding to the destination floor information;
step S6, recording the riding information of the passenger at this time;
step S7, counting the riding information within a set time, and if the number of times that the passenger visits a specific floor exceeds a first threshold α, the property management center opens the access right for the specific floor for the passenger after the owner of the specific floor agrees.
The embodiment carries out statistical analysis based on the riding information, and adjusts and manages the access authority of the passengers when the access behaviors of the passengers to the specific floors meet the set conditions, so that communication between owners is more convenient.
EXAMPLE seven
On the basis of the sixth embodiment, the present embodiment further monitors the number of times that the passenger visits the specific floor, and cancels the access authority of the passenger to the specific floor in time when the set condition is satisfied.
Specifically, in this embodiment, after the access right for the specific floor is opened, the number of times of visits to the specific floor by the passenger within a set time is monitored, and if the number of times of visits is smaller than the second threshold β, the property management center cancels the access right for the specific floor by the passenger.
Or, if the owner of the specific floor complains to the property management center about the access passenger or requests to prohibit the access, the property management center cancels the access authority of the passenger for the specific floor.
Of course, when the behavior of the passenger to access other floors outside the access authority range meets any one of the following conditions, the access authority of the passenger to access other floors outside the access authority range can be cancelled:
condition 1, the accumulated total number of times of visiting other floors outside the access authority range is less than a third threshold value gamma;
condition 2, the accumulated total times of visiting other floors outside the access authority range within a certain time is less than a fourth threshold value delta;
the condition 3 is that the accumulated total times of visiting a certain specific floor outside the access authority range of the specific floor is less than a fifth threshold epsilon and the specific floor is not approved by the addressee after the addressee is requested;
the condition 4 is that the accumulated total times of visiting a certain specific floor outside the access authority range within a certain time is less than a sixth threshold value zeta, and the visitor is not approved after the visitor is requested;
and condition 5, visiting other floors outside the access authority range and being complained by the interviewee.
The elevator taking method and the elevator taking system have the advantages that statistical analysis is carried out based on the taking information, the elevator taking behaviors of passengers are monitored after the access permissions of the passengers are increased, and the access permissions of the passengers are adjusted and managed when the access behaviors of the passengers to specific floors meet set conditions, so that convenience of communication between owners can be guaranteed, and safety management of cells can be guaranteed.
Example eight
As shown in fig. 7, the method for managing visitor rights in an elevator of the present embodiment includes the following steps:
step S1, receiving the identity information of the passenger and the destination floor information of the passenger;
step S2, judging whether the target floor corresponding to the target floor information is an unlimited access floor, wherein the unlimited access floor is a floor which can be accessed without verifying the identity information, if so, controlling the elevator in a conventional mode (normal response of the elevator) and ending; otherwise, go to step S3;
step S3, judging whether the passenger is the owner of the local community according to the identity information, if so, entering step S4, otherwise, processing by adopting a conventional visitor access authority management mode, and ending;
step S4, the passenger is conveyed to the destination floor corresponding to the destination floor information;
step S5, judging whether the departure floor of the passenger is out of the range of the registrable floor corresponding to the identity information, if so, recording the passenger' S taking information, and ending; otherwise, ending.
The procedure of the present embodiment will be described below by taking an assumed boarding scene as an example.
Scene one
Assuming that the owner a lives on the 5 th floor and the owner a goes out for dining, a hall call device registers a down call signal in the 5 th hall so as to leave the residential building from the 1 st floor, and it is obvious that the 1 st floor is an unlimited access floor. The elevator responds to the descending call signal and moves to the 5 th floor from other floors to open the door. Next, the description will be made for the owner a who arrives from floor 5 to floor 1:
firstly, an owner A registers a downlink calling signal by using a landing calling device in a 5-floor elevator hall;
secondly, the owner A enters the cage after the elevator responds to the descending calling signal and reaches the 5 th floor door;
thirdly, registering a destination floor of the owner A, namely a floor 1;
fourthly, judging that the floor 1 is an unrestricted access floor;
and fifthly, controlling the elevator in a conventional mode (normal response of the elevator) (namely responding to a call signal of the owner A going down the floor 5 and sending the call signal to the floor 1), and ending.
Scene two
Suppose that owner a and owner B live in the same building, wherein owner a lives in building 5 and owner B lives in building 10. Owner B, after making a call with owner a, goes from his 10 homes to owner B's 5 homes.
Next, a detailed description will be given of how the owner B takes the elevator from floor 10 to floor 5:
firstly, registering a downlink calling signal by using a landing calling device in a 10-floor waiting hall by an owner B;
secondly, the owner B enters the lift car after the lift responds to a descending calling signal and reaches a 10-th floor door;
thirdly, the owner B swipes the card and registers the destination floor, namely 5 floors;
fourthly, the elevator receives the identity information and the destination floor information of the owner B;
fifthly, judging that the destination floor 5 is a limited access floor, wherein the limited access floor is a floor which needs to be authenticated and can be accessed within a registrable floor range corresponding to identity information;
sixthly, the elevator judges that the owner B is the owner of the community according to the identity information, namely the owner B is an internal visitor;
seventhly, the elevator conveys the owner B to the 5 th floor;
eighthly, judging that the destination floor 5 is not in the registrable floor range corresponding to the identity information according to the identity information of the owner B;
and step nine, recording the riding information of the owner B at this time.
In the embodiment, whether the destination floor is a limited access floor is judged, whether the passenger belongs to an external visitor or an internal visitor is identified, and the taking information of the passenger is recorded, so that the condition that the internal visitor is accessed and returned by other owners is identified, and the management of the access authority is realized.
Example nine
The foregoing first and eighth embodiments identify and record the case where the owner a makes a home visit to the owner B and the case where the owner a returns a home visit from the owner B, respectively, but both are internal accesses in nature, and thus it is possible to perform uniform identification and manage access rights based on the identification result, as in the sixth and seventh embodiments. Based on the foregoing consideration, the method for managing visitor right in elevator of the embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, includes the following steps:
step S1, receiving the identity information of the passenger, the destination floor information and the departure floor information of the passenger;
step S2, judging whether the passenger is the owner of the local community according to the identity information, if so, entering step S3, otherwise, processing by adopting a conventional visitor access authority management mode, and ending;
step S3, judging whether the destination floor information and the departure floor information are both in the registrable floor range corresponding to the identity information, if so, transporting passengers in a conventional owner elevator taking management mode, and ending; otherwise, go to step S4;
step S4, the passenger is conveyed to the floor corresponding to the destination floor information;
in step S5, the present seating information of the passenger is recorded.
According to the identity information of the passenger, the departure floor information and the destination floor information, two pieces of riding information related to one-time access of the passenger are combined into one piece of riding information. Or, the two pieces of riding information related to the one-time visit of the passenger are combined into one piece of riding information according to the riding time of the passenger for going to the floor corresponding to the target floor information and the riding time of leaving the floor corresponding to the target floor.
The procedure of the present embodiment will be described below by taking an assumed boarding scene as an example.
Suppose that owner a and owner B live in the same building, wherein owner a lives in building 5 and owner B lives in building 10. Owner B encounters owner a in the cell and invites owner a to return home with him to obtain a gift for owner a. After taking the gift, owner a returns from 10 th floor where owner B is located to 5 th floor where owner B is located. Next, a detailed description will be given of how the owner a returns to the 5 th floor:
firstly, an owner A registers a downlink calling signal by using a landing calling device in a 10-floor elevator hall;
secondly, after the elevator responds to a downlink calling signal and reaches a 10-floor door, the owner A enters the elevator car;
thirdly, the owner A swipes the card and registers the destination floor, namely 5 floors;
fourthly, the elevator receives the identity information, the departure floor information and the destination floor information of the owner A;
fifthly, the elevator judges that the owner A is the owner of the community according to the identity information, namely the owner A is an internal visitor, and the destination floor 5 is in the registrable floor range corresponding to the identity information of the owner A but the departure floor 10 is not in the registrable floor range corresponding to the identity information;
sixthly, the elevator conveys the owner A to a 5 th floor;
and seventhly, recording the seating information of the owner A.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, when the departure floor or the destination floor is not within the registrable floor range corresponding to the identity information of the passenger, the elevator taking record of the passenger is recorded. However, from the viewpoint of the passenger's access to another owner, since the passenger takes the elevator record with two internal accesses in one access, that is, the passenger takes the elevator to go to the access floor (the destination floor in this case) to generate the riding information with one internal access, and the passenger returns from the access floor (the departure floor in this case) to generate the riding information with one internal access, the two related riding information can be combined into one riding information according to the logical relationship between the identity information of the passenger (the access owner) and the departure floor and the destination floor (or also in combination with the time information in the elevator taking record).
The embodiment judges based on the identity information and the departure floor of the passenger, identifies whether the passenger belongs to an external visitor or an internal visitor, and records the taking information of the passenger, thereby identifying the condition that the internal visitor is accessed and returned by other owners and realizing the management of the access authority.
Furthermore, the present invention also provides a readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when executed by a processor, is capable of implementing the method of any of the preceding embodiments.
Meanwhile, the invention also provides a computer device, which comprises a memory and a processor, wherein the memory stores a computer program, and the processor realizes the method of any one of the foregoing embodiments when executing the computer program.
The present invention has been described in detail with reference to the specific embodiments, which are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments. Equivalent alterations and modifications made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention should be considered to be within the technical scope of the invention.
