The method for cultivating a greening big seedling of Cynanchum komarovii according to claim 1, wherein the trunk cultivation in S3 is that when the scion sprouts to 60cm, a bamboo rod with a height greater than 4m is inserted into the root of the tree, a branch with a greater upward growth tendency is selected as the trunk to be bound to guide the upward growth of the branch, and other sprouts are trimmed to remove too many dense sprouts and to cut short the scion exceeding 50cm, and the cultivation of the crown of the first layer of the scion is performed; the dormancy season of the second year is cut horizontally at the position of 100cm of the newly cultured trunk, and the dormancy season of the third year is cut horizontally at the position of 100cm of the newly cultured trunk.
5. The method for cultivating the greening big seedlings of the hackberry as claimed in claim 1, wherein the auxin is sprayed to the trees after each pruning in S4, and the concentration is 800 mg/L.

The method for cultivating greening seedlings of Cynanchum komarovii as claimed in claim 1, wherein 2kg of urea is applied to each plant per month in the vigorous growing season of 6-7 months as described in S5; 9kg of decomposed farmyard manure is applied to each plant in the dormancy stage of 12 months to 1 month in the next year.
