Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a visual workflow processing method, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the method mainly includes:
100 dividing a workflow to be constructed into a plurality of workflow nodes, and determining the relationship among the workflow nodes, wherein each workflow node comprises required work resource information.
The workflow to be constructed may be a completed workflow, and the required work resource information corresponding to each workflow node of the workflow to be constructed may be acquired from historical data. For example, the required work resource information includes information of human roles, fund categories and the like. The human roles may include work duties assumed by human beings, such as project managers, developers, analysts, etc., and the work resource information required by different human roles is different. The fund categories may be classified according to the use of the fund, such as development costs, procurement costs, sales costs, administrative costs, and the like.
The workflow nodes are relatively independent units or stages in a work execution process, and the relationship between the workflow nodes may be a connection or dependency relationship between the workflow nodes, for example, a workflow is divided into A, B, C, D, E five workflow nodes, and according to the relationship between the workflow nodes, the execution result of the node a is transferred to the node B, and the execution results of the node B are respectively transferred to the node C and the node D, and the execution results of the node C and the node D are uniformly output to the node E. And constructing a corresponding work flow chart according to the divided flow nodes and the relationship among the flow nodes. Because each process node comprises the work resource information required by executing the process node, the resource information required by each process node can be conveniently seen through the constructed work flow chart.
The workflow to be constructed is an event that needs to be processed in order to achieve a set task goal, such as a short-term event of database management performed to accomplish a task goal of information maintenance of a database, or a long-term event of market research, development, and sales performed to accomplish a task goal of sales of a new product. In order to complete the task smoothly, before executing the workflow to be built, a flowchart of the workflow to be built is usually required to be formulated so as to guide the smooth completion of the workflow to be built.
For example, in a highly complex workflow to be constructed, different work departments may be involved in cooperation, and for each work department, work of different work categories may be involved, and each work category needs to be assigned with a corresponding number of workers, and so on. How to draw the complex information into a flow chart is a technical problem to be solved in the field in a colloquial and understandable way.
According to the technical scheme, before the workflow diagram is drawn, the workflow to be constructed can be divided into the workflow nodes by adopting the workflow nodes of the types corresponding to the user requirements according to the user requirements. The user's requirement may be a single preset division rule or a plurality of preset division rules. For a workflow to be constructed, the number of flow nodes divided by the workflow to be constructed is multiple, and it is easy to understand that, in general, for a workflow to be constructed with lower work complexity, the lower the complexity of the workflow is, the fewer the number of flow nodes is. For the workflow to be constructed with higher work complexity, the complexity of the workflow is increased, and the number of the flow nodes is increased.
In practice, step 100 may include:
dividing a plurality of workflow nodes according to different types of workflow nodes of a workflow to be constructed, wherein the workflow resource information required by each workflow resource node is determined according to the role of a person and the fund type.
The type of the selected workflow nodes may be determined according to actual requirements, for example, the workflow node of the first type may be a workflow node corresponding to an execution role, and the workflow node of the second type may be a workflow node corresponding to a flow department, and then a plurality of workflow nodes are divided according to the workflow nodes of different types respectively to be constructed, and the method may include: and dividing a group of workflow nodes according to the workflow nodes corresponding to the execution roles of the workflow to be constructed, and dividing another group of workflow nodes according to the workflow nodes corresponding to the respective flow departments of the workflow to be constructed.
200, according to the preset relation between each workflow node and each workflow node, constructing a workflow diagram.
In practice, step 200 may include:
acquiring a value corresponding to required work resource information of each kind of workflow node input by a user;
and the values of the corresponding required work resource information are different for different kinds of workflow nodes.
And constructing a workflow diagram corresponding to the workflow nodes of each kind according to the plurality of workflow nodes of each kind and the relationship among the workflow nodes.
According to the visual workflow processing method and device, in the process of making a flow chart of a workflow to be constructed, a plurality of workflow nodes are divided into the workflow to be constructed, and the relation of each workflow node is determined, wherein each workflow node comprises required work resource information; and constructing a workflow diagram according to the plurality of workflow nodes and the relation of each workflow node. Compared with the prior art, the user can check the work resource information required in each work flow node according to the constructed visual work flow diagram, so that the reasonable degree of the work resource configuration can be evaluated in time.
According to the visual workflow processing method and device, the required work resource information of the personnel types and the required work resource information of the fund types in the workflow nodes are constructed in the visual workflow diagram, and compared with the prior art, a user can check the requirements of the personnel roles and the fund types in each workflow node according to the visual workflow diagram, so that the reasonable degree of the workflow configuration is evaluated in time.
The source code of the flow of the workflow diagram to be constructed can be written based on a BPEL language of XML, a graphic editor of a BPMN (visualization flow chart language) is used for designing, the visualization modeling of the workflow diagram is completed, an executed flow diagram runtime engine browses the visualization flow diagram through a graphical list application program, and the steps are realized for displaying the workflow diagram to be constructed. Of course, it is to be understood that the method of presenting the flow chart is not limited to the above-described method.
Through visual modeling, complicated flows of enterprises can be displayed in a popular and easy-to-understand mode, a plurality of enterprise flows can be integrated into a whole (the original enterprise flows cannot display the complicated flows and can only be displayed by adopting a plurality of flow charts respectively), and the quantity of the enterprise flows is greatly reduced. Moreover, after the number is simplified, the number of crossed and repeated processes can be reduced. The method is convenient for finding out the crux in the flow chart, and after the crux of the flow chart is modified, the flow cycle is greatly shortened, the cost is reduced, the work quality is improved, the enterprise flow is solidified, the flow automation is realized, and the unification, the concentration, the combination and the conversion of the functions are finally realized, so that the enterprise responsible personnel do not worry about the incapability and the execution incapability, the middle-layer management personnel do not require affair invitation and mutual dereliction, and all the staff know who does all the affair work of the enterprise respectively, how to do and the standard of how to make the affair work is clear and clear at a glance.
In the process of displaying the flow chart, the execution sequence relation among the plurality of workflow nodes is determined by the sequence relation parameter, and the execution sequence relation among the plurality of workflow nodes is displayed by means of connecting lines, arrows and the like. The node parameters of each workflow node are displayed in one or any combination of characters, data and pictures.
In some embodiments, the workflow to be constructed divides a plurality of workflow nodes according to at least two kinds of workflow nodes, the workflow includes a first workflow corresponding to the workflow node of the first kind for displaying and a second workflow corresponding to the workflow node of the second kind for displaying, and during the displaying, the workflow corresponding to the kind of the workflow node selected by the user is displayed according to the kind of the workflow node selected by the user. By selecting different types of the workflow nodes, the workflow can be displayed by taking the flow nodes, which are made by the staff, of the flow chart, the flow nodes made by the work categories, the flow nodes made by the work departments or the work stages, and the like as the flow nodes.
In practical applications, the flow charts formulated for different persons or different enterprises in the same event are different, so that various enterprises treat the same event and have diversified flow charts. In practical implementation of different flowcharts, the work index (such as work efficiency or work cost) to achieve the task goal may be good or bad, for example, if the work efficiency of the first flowchart is higher than that of the second flowchart, the work cost of the first flowchart is lower than that of the second flowchart. Then it is determined that the first flowchart is better than the second flowchart. In the implementation of the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the displaying the flowchart of the workflow to be constructed includes:
receiving the type of the workflow node selected by the user;
and displaying a workflow diagram corresponding to the type of the workflow node selected by the user: and displaying the workflow data of the workflow model of the workflow to be constructed by different users, wherein the displayed required work resource information is the required work resource information of the workflow model of the workflow to be constructed under the category of the workflow node selected by the user. According to the type of the workflow node selected by the user, the workflow graph can be used as the workflow node according to the workflow node or the workflow type formulated by the staff, or the workflow node formulated by the working department or the working stage, and the workflow data of different users (such as different enterprises) can be displayed. Therefore, different enterprises can more efficiently process different processing modes of the preset events on the flow chart corresponding to the same preset event, thereby being convenient for solving some troubles of the enterprises, optimizing the enterprise flow, enabling the enterprise management to be standardized and programmed, being beneficial to forming the flow chart into the knowledge graph of the enterprise and gradually forming the industry standard.
In some embodiments, different enterprises may be aligned by different execution roles, different classes of processes, different departments, and so on, through the constructed knowledge graph. Therefore, different processing modes of different enterprises in the same process are more efficient, and the difficulties of the enterprises are fundamentally solved. In implementation, based on the visualized workflow processing method described in the foregoing embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the method further includes:
300 extracting the inclusion relationship between at least one kind of required work resource information and each work flow node from a plurality of work flow diagrams respectively;
the inclusion relationship between the required work resource information and each workflow node may be divided into an inclusion relationship and a non-inclusion relationship, that is, the required work resource information and the workflow section in the inclusion relationship are included in the workflow node, and the required work resource information and the workflow section in the non-inclusion relationship are not included in the workflow node.
400 constructing a knowledge graph of the plurality of workflow diagrams from the extracted containment relationships.
Through the constructed knowledge graph, the difference of different kinds of required work resources corresponding to the workflow of different enterprises can be shown. For example, at least one of the required work resource information includes an execution role, a process category and a department, and then the processes of enterprises with different execution roles, different process categories and different departments can be checked through the knowledge graph, so that the difference can be conveniently checked.
500, monitoring the actual working resource information of the preset workflow nodes to be tracked in each workflow node;
and 600, if the actual resource information is larger than the required working resource information, sending an alarm.
In the embodiment of the invention, the actual consumed resource information of the monitoring workflow node is compared with the required workflow resource information, so that the progress monitoring and warning of the workflow can be realized. For example, when the actual work resource information of the workflow node to be tracked is a fund type, it may be monitored whether the fund consumption of each workflow node exceeds the expectation.
