(4) Napping: rolling coating a napping elastic coating, and napping by using a napping roller; the napping elastic coating comprises the following components in parts by mass: 15 parts of water, 4 parts of propylene glycol, 15 parts of XG-2139S pure acrylic elastic emulsion, 4 parts of titanium dioxide, 5 parts of calcined kaolin, 0.4 part of S-triazine sterilizing, corrosion preventing and mildew preventing agent and 0.3 part of propylene glycol alginate;
(5) Sealing primer: after the napping elastic coating in the step (4) is dried, spraying fluorocarbon primer;
(6) And (3) coating elastic intermediate paint: after the primer in the step (5) is dried, coating elastic intermediate paint; the elastic intermediate paint comprises the following components in parts by mass: 25 parts of water, 15 parts of acrylic emulsion, 0.4 part of wetting dispersant, 2.8 parts of methacrylic acid and ethyl acrylate copolymer, 3.2 parts of hydrophobic modified polyether hydrophobic modified ethoxy polyurethane rheological agent and 4 parts of modified montmorillonite; the wetting dispersant is sodium acrylate and acrylamide copolymer;
(7) Painting a finish: after the intermediate paint in the step (6) is dried, coating a finish paint, wherein in the coating process, a spray gun is 20cm away from the wall surface, and the outlet of the spray gun is vertical to the wall surface; the finishing paint comprises the following components in parts by mass: 60 parts of fluorocarbon resin, 1.2 parts of modified bentonite, 2 parts of ethylene glycol, 25 parts of water, 15 parts of butyl acetate, 0.5 part of heavy calcium powder, 0.05 part of active nano silicon dioxide, 0.24 part of flame retardant, and TZ-600C is selected as the flame retardant.
Example 4
A construction process of fluorocarbon paint, comprising the following steps:
(1) And (3) base layer treatment: checking the flatness of the wall surface, polishing and flattening the bulges, filling and flattening the pits, filling putty into cracks of the wall surface, cutting, polishing and flattening the cracks, and clearing out the particulate impurities and loose layers of the wall surface;
(2) Puttying and polishing: scraping a layer of leveling putty, polishing and leveling the putty, laying an anti-crack glass fiber net, scraping a layer of leveling putty, and polishing and leveling the putty after the putty is dried; the leveling putty comprises the following components in parts by mass: 18 parts of black cement, 18 parts of quartz sand, 5 parts of heavy calcium powder, 3.2 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 4 parts of redispersible emulsion powder and 0.6 part of polypropylene fiber; the thickness of the leveling putty is 20cm, and the defoamer is a mixture of polydimethylsiloxane and polyoxypropylene ethylene oxide glycerol ether, and the mass ratio of the mixture is 1:3.2;
(3) Elastic thread, dividing and sticking adhesive tape;
(4) Napping: rolling coating a napping elastic coating, and napping by using a napping roller; the napping elastic coating comprises the following components in parts by mass: 18 parts of water, 5 parts of propylene glycol, 18 parts of XG-2139S pure acrylic elastic emulsion, 5 parts of titanium dioxide, 6 parts of calcined kaolin, 0.5 part of S-triazine sterilizing, corrosion preventing and mildew preventing agent and 0.4 part of propylene glycol alginate;
(5) Sealing primer: after the napping elastic coating in the step (4) is dried, spraying fluorocarbon primer;
(6) And (3) coating elastic intermediate paint: after the primer in the step (5) is dried, coating elastic intermediate paint; the elastic intermediate paint comprises the following components in parts by mass: 28 parts of water, 18 parts of acrylic emulsion, 0.4 part of wetting dispersant, 3 parts of methacrylic acid and ethyl acrylate copolymer, 4.5 parts of hydrophobic modified polyether hydrophobic modified ethoxy polyurethane rheological agent and 5 parts of modified montmorillonite; the wetting dispersant is methylene dinaphthyl sodium sulfonate;
(7) Painting a finish: after the intermediate paint in the step (6) is dried, coating a finish paint, wherein in the coating process, a spray gun is 20cm away from the wall surface, and the outlet of the spray gun is vertical to the wall surface; the finishing paint comprises the following components in parts by mass: 70 parts of fluorocarbon resin, 1.6 parts of modified bentonite, 2.8 parts of ethylene glycol, 28 parts of water, 18 parts of butyl acetate, 0.5 part of heavy calcium powder, 0.06 part of active nano silicon dioxide and 0.3 part of flame retardant, wherein the flame retardant is TZ-600C.
Example 5
A construction process of fluorocarbon paint, comprising the following steps:
(1) And (3) base layer treatment: checking the flatness of the wall surface, polishing and flattening the bulges, filling and flattening the pits, filling putty into cracks of the wall surface, cutting, polishing and flattening the cracks, and clearing out the particulate impurities and loose layers of the wall surface;
(2) Puttying and polishing: scraping a layer of leveling putty, polishing and leveling the putty, laying an anti-crack glass fiber net, scraping a layer of leveling putty, and polishing and leveling the putty after the putty is dried; the leveling putty comprises the following components in parts by mass: 20 parts of black cement, 20 parts of quartz sand, 6 parts of heavy calcium powder, 3.6 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 5 parts of redispersible emulsion powder and 0.8 part of polypropylene fiber; the thickness of the leveling putty is 1.2mm, and the defoamer is a mixture of polydimethylsiloxane and polyoxypropylene ethylene oxide glycerol ether, and the mass ratio of the defoamer to the mixture is 1:3.6;
(3) Elastic thread, dividing and sticking adhesive tape;
(4) Napping: rolling coating a napping elastic coating, and napping by using a napping roller; the napping elastic coating comprises the following components in parts by mass: 20 parts of water, 6 parts of propylene glycol, 20 parts of XG-2139S pure acrylic elastic emulsion, 6 parts of titanium dioxide, 8 parts of calcined kaolin, 0.6 part of S-triazine sterilizing, corrosion preventing and mildew preventing agent and 0.5 part of propylene glycol alginate;
(5) Sealing primer: after the napping elastic coating in the step (4) is dried, spraying fluorocarbon primer;
(6) And (3) coating elastic intermediate paint: after the primer in the step (5) is dried, coating elastic intermediate paint; the elastic intermediate paint comprises the following components in parts by mass: 30 parts of water, 20 parts of acrylic emulsion, 0.5 part of wetting dispersant, 3.2 parts of methacrylic acid and ethyl acrylate copolymer, 4.8 parts of hydrophobic modified polyether hydrophobic modified ethoxy polyurethane rheological agent and 6 parts of modified montmorillonite; the wetting dispersant is methylene dinaphthyl sodium sulfonate;
(7) Painting a finish: after the intermediate paint in the step (6) is dried, coating a finish paint, wherein in the coating process, a spray gun is 20cm away from the wall surface, and the outlet of the spray gun is vertical to the wall surface; the finishing paint comprises the following components in parts by mass: 80 parts of fluorocarbon resin, 1.8 parts of modified bentonite, 3 parts of ethylene glycol, 30 parts of water, 20 parts of butyl acetate, 0.6 part of heavy calcium powder, 0.08 part of active nano silicon dioxide, 0.32 part of flame retardant, and TZ-600C is selected as the flame retardant.

1. A construction process of fluorocarbon paint is characterized in that: the construction process comprises the following steps:
(1) And (3) base layer treatment: checking the flatness of the wall surface, polishing and flattening the bulges, filling and flattening the pits, filling putty into cracks of the wall surface, cutting, polishing and flattening the cracks, and removing the particles, sundries and loose layers of the wall surface;
(2) Puttying and polishing: scraping a layer of leveling putty, polishing and leveling the putty, laying an anti-crack glass fiber net, scraping a layer of leveling putty, and polishing and leveling the putty after the putty is dried;
(3) Elastic thread, dividing and sticking adhesive tape;
(4) Napping: rolling coating a napping elastic coating, and napping by using a napping roller;
(5) Sealing primer: after the napping elastic coating in the step (4) is dried, spraying fluorocarbon primer;
(6) And (3) coating elastic intermediate paint: after the primer in the step (5) is dried, coating elastic intermediate paint;
(7) Painting a finish: after the intermediate paint in the step (6) is dried, coating a finish paint, wherein in the coating process, a spray gun is 20cm away from the wall surface, and the outlet of the spray gun is vertical to the wall surface;
the napping elastic coating comprises the following components in parts by mass: 10-20 parts of water, 2-6 parts of propylene glycol, 10-20 parts of XG-2139S pure propylene elastic emulsion, 2-6 parts of titanium dioxide, 3-8 parts of calcined kaolin, 0.2-0.6 part of S-triazine sterilizing, anti-corrosion and mildew-proofing agent and 0.1-0.5 part of propylene glycol alginate;
the elastic intermediate paint comprises the following components in parts by mass: 20-30 parts of water, 10-20 parts of acrylic emulsion, 0.2-0.5 part of wetting dispersant, 1.2-3.2 parts of methacrylic acid and ethyl acrylate copolymer, 1.6-4.8 parts of hydrophobic modified polyether hydrophobic modified ethoxy polyurethane rheological agent and 2-6 parts of modified montmorillonite;
the finishing paint comprises the following components in parts by mass: 50-80 parts of fluorocarbon resin, 0.5-1.8 parts of modified bentonite, 1-3 parts of ethylene glycol, 15-30 parts of water, 10-20 parts of butyl acetate, 0.2-0.6 part of heavy calcium powder, 0.02-0.08 part of active nano silicon dioxide and 0.12-0.32 part of flame retardant.
2. The construction process of the fluorocarbon paint as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the thickness of the leveling putty is 0.8-1.2mm.

The construction process of the fluorocarbon paint as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the leveling putty comprises the following components in parts by mass: 10-16 parts of KT-103 rubber powder, 2.5-5 parts of montmorillonite, 1.2-1.6 parts of attapulgite, 0.12-0.35 part of defoamer, 0.2-0.5 part of DO75 wetting agent, 1.2-5 parts of dodecanol film-forming additive and 20-30 parts of water.
4. A process for the construction of fluorocarbon paint as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the defoamer is a mixture of polydimethylsiloxane and polyoxypropylene ethylene oxide glycerol ether, and the mass ratio of the defoamer to the mixture is 1:1.2-3.6.
5. The construction process of the fluorocarbon paint as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the wetting dispersant is one or more of methylene dinaphthyl sodium sulfonate, sodium acrylate and acrylamide copolymer and sodium polyacrylate.
6. The construction process of the fluorocarbon paint as set forth in claim 5, wherein: the flame retardant is one of TZ-600C, FR-305.
