Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of decorative paint, in particular to a construction process of fluorocarbon paint.
Background
Fluorocarbon paint is also called fluorocarbon paint, fluorine resin paint, etc., and refers to paint with fluorine resin as main film forming matter. Among various coatings, the fluororesin coating has particularly excellent properties such as weather resistance, heat resistance, low temperature resistance, chemical resistance, and unique non-tackiness and low friction properties due to the large electronegativity of the introduced fluorine element and the strong fluorocarbon bond energy.
Technical problems such as paint surface flowering, sagging, undercut and the like often occur in the fluorocarbon paint construction process, and paint surface flowering is mainly caused by the fact that a spray gun is too close to a few surfaces, so that large-area spraying cannot be performed uniformly, and construction marks occur; sagging is mainly due to low construction viscosity, too thick spraying of the disposable metal fluorocarbon paint or excessive solvent content of high boiling point; orange peel is because the construction viscosity is too high, and the volatilization speed of the diluent is too high; the biting is mainly caused by that the primer coating is not dried completely, the paint surface is sprayed prematurely, the primer coating is not matched with the surface coating, and the primer coating can not be dissolved or swelled under the action of the strong solvent of the surface coating.

(6) And (3) coating elastic intermediate paint: after the primer in the step (5) is dried, coating elastic intermediate paint;
(7) Painting a finish: and (3) after the intermediate paint in the step (6) is dried, coating a finish paint, wherein in the coating process, the spray gun is 20cm away from the wall surface, and the outlet of the spray gun is vertical to the wall surface.
Further, the thickness of the leveling putty is 0.8-1.2mm.
Further, the leveling putty comprises the following components in parts by mass: 10-16 parts of KT-103 rubber powder, 2.5-5 parts of montmorillonite, 1.2-1.6 parts of attapulgite, 0.12-0.35 part of defoamer, 0.2-0.5 part of DO75 wetting agent, 1.2-5 parts of dodecanol film-forming auxiliary agent and 20-30 parts of water.
Furthermore, the defoamer is a mixture of polydimethylsiloxane and polyoxypropylene ethylene oxide glycerol ether, and the mass ratio of the defoamer to the mixture is 1:1.2-3.6.
Further, the napping elastic coating comprises the following components in parts by mass: 10-20 parts of water, 2-6 parts of propylene glycol, 10-20 parts of XG-2139S pure propylene elastic emulsion, 2-6 parts of titanium dioxide, 3-8 parts of calcined kaolin, 0.2-0.6 part of S-triazine sterilizing, anti-corrosion and mildew-proofing agent and 0.1-0.5 part of propylene glycol alginate.
Further, the elastic intermediate paint comprises the following components in parts by mass: 20-30 parts of water, 10-20 parts of acrylic emulsion, 0.2-0.5 part of wetting dispersant, 1.2-3.2 parts of methacrylic acid and ethyl acrylate copolymer, 1.6-4.8 parts of hydrophobic modified polyether hydrophobic modified ethoxy polyurethane rheological agent and 2-6 parts of modified montmorillonite.
Furthermore, the wetting dispersant is one or more of sodium methylene dinaphthyl sulfonate, sodium acrylate and acrylamide copolymer and sodium polyacrylate.
Further, the finishing paint comprises the following components in parts by mass: 50-80 parts of fluorocarbon resin, 0.5-1.8 parts of modified bentonite, 1-3 parts of ethylene glycol, 15-30 parts of water, 10-20 parts of butyl acetate, 0.2-0.6 part of heavy calcium powder, 0.02-0.08 part of active nano silicon dioxide and 0.12-0.32 part of flame retardant.
Further, the flame retardant is one of TZ-600C, FR-305.
The technical scheme of the invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the invention, the black cement is added into the leveling putty, so that the strength and rigidity of the leveling putty can be improved, and the anti-cracking glass fiber net is arranged between two layers of leveling putty, so that the anti-cracking performance of the leveling putty is enhanced, and the spraying effect of fluorocarbon paint is improved.
According to the invention, the flame retardant is added into the top-coat paint of the fluorocarbon paint, so that the flame retardant effect and the use safety of the paint layer are improved, and the fluorocarbon resin, the modified bentonite, the ethylene glycol, the water, the butyl acetate, the heavy calcium powder and the active nano silicon dioxide are added into the top-coat paint, so that the strength of the top-coat paint layer is higher, the impact resistance is good, and meanwhile, the top-coat paint also has good weather resistance, stain resistance, abrasion resistance and good construction performance.

(7) Painting a finish: after the intermediate paint in the step (6) is dried, coating a finish paint, wherein in the coating process, a spray gun is 20cm away from the wall surface, and the outlet of the spray gun is vertical to the wall surface; the finishing paint comprises the following components in parts by mass: 50 parts of fluorocarbon resin, 0.5 part of modified bentonite, 1 part of ethylene glycol, 15 parts of water, 10 parts of butyl acetate, 0.2 part of heavy calcium powder, 0.02 part of active nano silicon dioxide, 0.12 part of flame retardant, and TZ-600C is selected as the flame retardant.
Example 2

(5) Sealing primer: after the napping elastic coating in the step (4) is dried, spraying fluorocarbon primer;
(6) And (3) coating elastic intermediate paint: after the primer in the step (5) is dried, coating elastic intermediate paint; the elastic intermediate paint comprises the following components in parts by mass: 22 parts of water, 12 parts of acrylic emulsion, 0.3 part of wetting dispersant, 1.5 parts of methacrylic acid and ethyl acrylate copolymer, 1.8 parts of hydrophobic modified polyether hydrophobic modified ethoxy polyurethane rheological agent and 3 parts of modified montmorillonite; the wetting dispersant is a mixture of methylene dinaphthyl sodium sulfonate and a copolymer of sodium acrylate and propionamide, and the mass ratio of the wetting dispersant to the copolymer of sodium acrylate and propionamide is 1:1;
(7) Painting a finish: after the intermediate paint in the step (6) is dried, coating a finish paint, wherein in the coating process, a spray gun is 20cm away from the wall surface, and the outlet of the spray gun is vertical to the wall surface; the finishing paint comprises the following components in parts by mass: 55 parts of fluorocarbon resin, 0.6 part of modified bentonite, 1.5 parts of ethylene glycol, 18 parts of water, 12 parts of butyl acetate, 0.3 part of heavy calcium powder, 0.03 part of active nano silicon dioxide and 0.15 part of flame retardant, wherein the flame retardant is TZ-600C.

(2) Puttying and polishing: scraping a layer of leveling putty, polishing and leveling the putty, laying an anti-crack glass fiber net, scraping a layer of leveling putty, and polishing and leveling the putty after the putty is dried; the leveling putty comprises the following components in parts by mass: 15 parts of black cement, 15 parts of quartz sand, 4 parts of heavy calcium powder, 1.8 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 1.8 parts of redispersible emulsion powder and 0.3 part of polypropylene fiber; the thickness of the leveling putty is 20cm, and the defoamer is a mixture of polydimethylsiloxane and polyoxypropylene ethylene oxide glycerol ether, and the mass ratio of the mixture is 1:1.5;
(3) Elastic thread, dividing and sticking adhesive tape;
(4) Napping: rolling coating a napping elastic coating, and napping by using a napping roller; the napping elastic coating comprises the following components in parts by mass: 15 parts of water, 4 parts of propylene glycol, 15 parts of XG-2139S pure acrylic elastic emulsion, 4 parts of titanium dioxide, 5 parts of calcined kaolin, 0.4 part of S-triazine sterilizing, corrosion preventing and mildew preventing agent and 0.3 part of propylene glycol alginate;

(7) Painting a finish: after the intermediate paint in the step (6) is dried, coating a finish paint, wherein in the coating process, a spray gun is 20cm away from the wall surface, and the outlet of the spray gun is vertical to the wall surface; the finishing paint comprises the following components in parts by mass: 60 parts of fluorocarbon resin, 1.2 parts of modified bentonite, 2 parts of ethylene glycol, 25 parts of water, 15 parts of butyl acetate, 0.5 part of heavy calcium powder, 0.05 part of active nano silicon dioxide, 0.24 part of flame retardant, and TZ-600C is selected as the flame retardant.

(7) Painting a finish: after the intermediate paint in the step (6) is dried, coating a finish paint, wherein in the coating process, a spray gun is 20cm away from the wall surface, and the outlet of the spray gun is vertical to the wall surface; the finishing paint comprises the following components in parts by mass: 80 parts of fluorocarbon resin, 1.8 parts of modified bentonite, 3 parts of ethylene glycol, 30 parts of water, 20 parts of butyl acetate, 0.6 part of heavy calcium powder, 0.08 part of active nano silicon dioxide, 0.32 part of flame retardant, and TZ-600C is selected as the flame retardant.
