通常气泡枕是应用于对包裹进行运输保护使用,但通常为单层使用,并不适用于对较大体积的物件进行有效的包裹。对专利号为201820273418.3公开了公开了一种气泡枕的对折装置,包括底座,所述底座设有两个相互平行设置的第一支架,两个第一支架之间转动连接有第一从动辊和第二从动辊,所述第一从动辊位于第二从动辊的正上方;所述底座上还设有两个相互平行设置的第二支架,所述第二支架之间通过一转轴转动连接有传动辊,所述底座上还设有两个平行设置的第三支架,所述第三支架之间设有压辊,所述传动辊位于压辊和第二从动辊之间,所述压辊与传动辊的高度齐平;当需要进行对折处理时,驱动电机带动螺纹杆转动,并通过螺纹套带动第三支架移动,从而使得压辊朝传动辊方向移动,压辊在移动过程中会将第一从动辊与传动辊之间的气泡枕压平,完成对折操作。但是该设备无法自动快速加工出双层使用的气泡枕。

本发明的目的是提供气泡枕及其制备工艺,其有益效果为可以自动快速加工生产出双层或者多层的气泡膜组成的气泡枕。

本发明的目的是提供气泡枕制备工艺,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将两种需要组合的样式的气泡辊分别放置在装置上;

采用本发明提供的技术方案,与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果为自动快速加工生产出双层或者多层的气泡膜组成的气泡枕;在加工过程中,通过热熔粘贴后切割,使两种一样大小的气泡膜组合成气泡枕;可以根据不同样式气泡大小的气泡膜组成气泡枕,可以根据气泡膜的样式调整组合角度,进而生产出不同气泡膜贴合的气泡枕。

Claims (1)

1.气泡枕制备工艺,其特征在于:该工艺 包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将两种需要组合的样式的气泡辊分别放置在装置上;
步骤二、通过间歇驱动放料气泡辊上缠绕的气泡膜;
步骤三、通过挤压将位于上下层的两个气泡膜热熔封边后切割;
步骤四、组合成型后的双层气泡膜枕经过推动,自动下落排出回收包装;
该气泡枕制备工艺使用一种气泡枕制备***;
所述气泡枕制备***包括切刃下顶筒(1)、上切割顶筒(6)、变频驱动齿轮(10)和传递限位滑座(11),切刃下顶筒(1)和上切割顶筒(6)的外壁均固定连接传递限位滑座(11)用于纵向限定滑动,变频驱动齿轮(10)通过变频器控制电机间歇往复驱动,变频驱动齿轮(10)的两端分别通过齿条啮合传动上切割顶筒(6)与切刃下顶筒(1)上的传递限位滑座(11);
所述切刃下顶筒(1)的上端设置有用于剪切组合成形的切刃分割槽(2),切刃下顶筒(1)的内壁滑动设置有用于热熔封边的两个热熔下顶板(3),热熔下顶板(3)限位滑动连接在用于紧密封边的弹簧轴(4)上,弹簧轴(4)固定连接在切刃下顶筒(1)上;
所述弹簧轴(4)上套接有用于顶紧封边的弹簧(5),弹簧(5)设置在弹簧轴(4)和热熔下顶板(3)之间;
所述上切割顶筒(6)的下端固定连接有用于切割的圆形切刃(7),上切割顶筒(6)的外壁固定连接有用于反向驱动推动组合的上传递齿条(8);
所述上切割顶筒(6)的内壁固定连接有两个用于热熔封边的热熔上顶板(9);
所述切刃下顶筒(1)和上切割顶筒(6)均通过传递限位滑座(11)纵向限位滑动连接用于气泡膜组合的上限位加工框(15),上限位加工框(15)固定连接在用于气泡膜角度调节的中心圆座(16)上,中心圆座(16)固定连接在用于回收气泡膜的下底座(17)上;中心圆座(16)的内壁连通上限位加工框(15)和下底座(17);
所述中心圆座(16)的外壁设置有方便气泡膜角度调节的圆滑槽(20),圆滑槽(20)内滑动设置有用于气泡膜调节的限位调节滑块(19),限位调节滑块(19)的外壁固定连接有用于放置气泡膜辊的滑动底台(18),滑动底台(18)上通过螺栓固定连接有缠绕气泡膜的驱动放膜辊台(21);
所述驱动放膜辊台(21)上设置有变频电机间歇控制驱动的气泡辊,滑动底台(18)的下端固定连接有用于调节角度的下连接圆齿台(22),下连接圆齿台(22)通过啮合传动用于手动调节的手调角度驱动轴(23),手调角度驱动轴(23)转动连接在下底座(17)上。
