The feeding end of the light impurity separator is communicated with the light impurity discharging hole through a light impurity discharging pipe 19, and a light impurity suction pump 18 is arranged on the light impurity discharging pipe.
The feed inlet, the coarse impurity discharge port, the light impurity discharge port and the heavy impurity discharge port are all provided with valves.
The separator also comprises an oil collecting bin 26, and the oil collecting bin 26 is communicated with the oil outlet ends of the slurry separator and the light and impurity separator through an oil collecting pipeline 27.
When the kitchen waste treatment device works specifically, mixed liquid of kitchen waste to be treated enters the roller through the feeding hole, the roller is driven to rotate through the driving mechanism, and coarse impurities which cannot be discharged from the discharge hole are pushed to the coarse impurity discharge hole by the material pushing plate to flow out; the mixed liquid of the fine impurities and the organic matters of the kitchen waste filtered by the roller flows into a flotation hopper from a discharge hole, under the combined action of gravity stratification and a flotation hot water pipe, the light impurities float on the surface and are discharged from a light impurity outlet, then the light impurities are separated by a light impurity separator, the heavy impurities sink and are discharged from a heavy impurity discharge port at the bottom, the lighter organic matters of the kitchen waste in the middle layer flow into the organic matter hopper through an intermediate channel, are crushed by a crusher and then are discharged from an organic matter discharge port, and are pumped by a slurry lifting pump and then enter a slurry separator for separation, and the separated anaerobic materials are pumped to an anaerobic tank for anaerobic fermentation treatment by an anaerobic material delivery pump.
The oil separated by the light impurity separator and the slurry separator enters an oil collecting bin to be collected.
In conclusion, the hydraulic flotation anaerobic fermentation treatment system for kitchen waste is high in integration degree, achieves graded removal of impurities, improves the impurity removal effect of the kitchen waste, and ensures the stability of gas production.
