a primary-secondary platform building step, including a primary platform and a secondary platform, and the primary platform is equipped with a through hole, and the secondary platform is placed in the through hole to form the primary-secondary platform, and the bottom of the primary-secondary platform is equipped with several second pivot portions and several connecting portions, and every second pivot portion is respectively connected with a third connecting rod, and the primary-secondary platform is pivoted with every first connecting rod and every connecting portion is pivoted with every second connecting rod, and the several second pivot portions and third connecting rods are partially connected with the primary platform and partially connected with the secondary platform, and the several connecting portions are partially connected with the primary platform and partially connected with the secondary platform.
