Disclosure of Invention
The application provides a mobile phone detection method in a vehicle and a vehicle end, which are used for improving the technical problems that in the prior art, whether a mobile phone is charged or whether the mobile phone is left in the vehicle or not is determined by a fixed position such as in a storage box or not through a sensor in a vehicle-mounted charger or the storage box, when the mobile phone is placed at other positions such as beside a seat, the mobile phone in the vehicle is difficult to detect, and the detection function of the mobile phone in the vehicle cannot be realized.
In view of this, a first aspect of the present application provides an in-vehicle mobile phone detection method, which is applied to a vehicle end, where the vehicle end is in communication connection with a mobile phone end, and the method includes:
after receiving a vehicle locking request, detecting whether a person exists in the vehicle and whether a vehicle window and a vehicle door are closed;
if no person in the vehicle and the closing of the vehicle windows and doors are detected, stopping the power-off process, and sending a recording signal to the mobile phone end, so that the mobile phone end records a first preset sound when the first preset sound is output by the vehicle end, and recording data are obtained;
receiving the recording data returned by the mobile phone end, and judging whether the mobile phone is in the car according to the sound intensity information of the recording data to obtain a first judgment result; or receiving a second judgment result which is returned by the mobile phone end and is obtained by judging whether the mobile phone is in the car or not according to the sound intensity information of the recording data;
and determining whether to remind a vehicle driver according to the first judgment result or the second judgment result.
Optionally, determining whether the mobile phone is in the vehicle according to the sound intensity information of the recording data to obtain a first determination result or a second determination result, including:
acquiring a target intensity value based on the sound intensity information of the recording data, wherein the target intensity value is a maximum sound intensity value or an average sound intensity value;
and judging whether the target intensity value is greater than a preset intensity threshold value, if so, obtaining a first judgment result or a second judgment result of the mobile phone in the vehicle, and if not, obtaining a first judgment result or a second judgment result of the mobile phone not in the vehicle.
Optionally, determining whether the mobile phone is in the vehicle according to the sound intensity information of the recording data to obtain a first determination result or a second determination result, including:
converting a preset vehicle-end audio frequency and the recording data from a time domain to a frequency domain, wherein the preset vehicle-end audio frequency is the audio frequency of the vehicle-end used for outputting the first preset sound by a vehicle-interior loudspeaker;
calculating sound intensity difference values of the converted preset vehicle-end audio and the converted recording data in a plurality of same frequency ranges;
and judging whether the mobile phone is in the vehicle according to the sound intensity difference values to obtain a first judgment result or a second judgment result.
Optionally, the determining whether to remind the vehicle driver according to the first determination result or the second determination result includes:
when the first judgment result or the second judgment result is that the mobile phone is in the vehicle, reminding a driver of the vehicle through a vehicle lamp or a loudspeaker outside the vehicle;
and when the first judgment result or the second judgment result indicates that the mobile phone is not in the vehicle, reminding is not performed on a vehicle driver.
The second aspect of the application provides a method for detecting a mobile phone in a vehicle, which is applied to a vehicle end, wherein the vehicle end is in communication connection with a mobile phone end, and the method comprises the following steps:
after receiving a vehicle locking request, detecting whether a person exists in the vehicle and whether a vehicle window and a vehicle door are closed;
if no person in the vehicle and the vehicle windows and doors are detected to be closed, a power-off process is suspended, and a sound output request is sent to the mobile phone end, so that the mobile phone end outputs a second preset sound;
judging whether the mobile phone is in the vehicle according to the received sound intensity information of the second preset sound to obtain a third judgment result;
and determining whether to remind the driver of the vehicle according to the third judgment result.
The third aspect of the application provides a method for detecting a mobile phone in a vehicle, which is applied to a vehicle end, wherein the vehicle end is in communication connection with the mobile phone, and the method comprises the following steps:
after receiving a vehicle locking request, detecting whether a person exists in the vehicle and whether a vehicle window and a vehicle door are closed;
if no person in the vehicle and the closing of the vehicle windows and doors are detected, stopping the power-off process, and sending a recording signal to the mobile phone end, so that the mobile phone end records a first preset sound when the first preset sound is output by the vehicle end, and recording data are obtained;
receiving the recording data returned by the mobile phone end, and judging whether the mobile phone is in the car according to the sound intensity information of the recording data to obtain a first judgment result; or receiving a second judgment result which is returned by the mobile phone end and is obtained by judging whether the mobile phone is in the car or not according to the sound intensity information of the recording data;
sending a sound output request to the mobile phone end, enabling the mobile phone end to output a second preset sound through a mobile phone loudspeaker, and judging whether the mobile phone is in the vehicle or not according to the received sound intensity information of the second preset sound to obtain a third judgment result;
and determining whether to remind the vehicle driver according to the first judgment result and the third judgment result, or determining whether to remind the vehicle driver according to the second judgment result and the third judgment result.
The application fourth aspect provides an in-vehicle mobile phone detection method, which is applied to a vehicle end, wherein the vehicle end is in communication connection with a mobile phone end, and the method comprises the following steps:
after receiving a vehicle locking request, detecting whether a person exists in the vehicle and whether a vehicle window and a vehicle door are closed;
if no person in the vehicle and the vehicle windows and doors are detected to be closed, a power-off process is suspended, and a sound output request is sent to the mobile phone end, so that the mobile phone end outputs a second preset sound;
judging whether the mobile phone is in the vehicle according to the received sound intensity information of the second preset sound to obtain a third judgment result;
sending a recording signal to the mobile phone end, so that when the mobile phone end outputs a first preset sound at the vehicle end, the first preset sound is recorded to obtain recording data;
receiving the recording data returned by the mobile phone end, and judging whether the mobile phone is in the car according to the sound intensity information of the recording data to obtain a first judgment result; or receiving a second judgment result which is returned by the mobile phone end and is obtained by judging whether the mobile phone is in the car or not according to the sound intensity information of the recording data;
and determining whether to remind the vehicle driver according to the third judgment result and the first judgment result, or determining whether to remind the vehicle driver according to the third judgment result and the second judgment result.
The fifth aspect of the application provides a car end, car end and cell-phone end communication connection, the car end includes:
the detection unit is used for detecting whether a person exists in the automobile and whether the automobile window and the automobile door are closed or not after the automobile locking request is received;
the sending unit is used for pausing a power-off process and sending a recording signal to the mobile phone end if no person is detected in the vehicle and the doors of the vehicle windows and the doors are closed, so that the mobile phone end records a first preset sound when the first preset sound is output by the vehicle end to obtain recording data;
the receiving unit is used for receiving the recording data returned by the mobile phone end, judging whether the mobile phone is in the car or not according to the sound intensity information of the recording data, and obtaining a first judgment result; or receiving a second judgment result which is returned by the mobile phone end and is obtained by judging whether the mobile phone is in the car or not according to the sound intensity information of the recording data;
and the reminding unit is used for determining whether to remind the driver of the vehicle according to the first judgment result or the second judgment result.

the second sending unit is used for sending a sound output request to the mobile phone end, so that the mobile phone end outputs second preset sound through a mobile phone loudspeaker, and judging whether the mobile phone is in the vehicle or not according to the received sound intensity information of the second preset sound to obtain a third judgment result;
and the reminding unit is used for determining whether to remind the vehicle driver according to the first judgment result and the third judgment result, or determining whether to remind the vehicle driver according to the second judgment result and the third judgment result.

In the application, the vehicle end is in communication connection with the mobile phone end, so that the vehicle end and the mobile phone end can perform data communication, when the vehicle end receives a vehicle locking request and detects that no person is in the vehicle and the vehicle door is closed, a power-off process is suspended, a recording signal is sent to the mobile phone end to trigger the mobile phone end to record, the vehicle end records through the mobile phone end after outputting a first preset sound, so that sound intensity information of the first preset sound received by the mobile phone end can be obtained, whether the mobile phone is in the vehicle can be judged according to the sound intensity information to determine whether a vehicle driver is reminded, whether the mobile phone is in the vehicle is judged through the sound intensity information, whether the mobile phone is in the vehicle is fixed in the vehicle or not can be realized, and whether the mobile phone is in the vehicle is left in the vehicle or not is determined through detecting whether the mobile phone is in a charging position or whether the mobile phone is stored in the vehicle or not through a sensor in the storage box in the prior art, when the mobile phone is placed beside a seat or other positions, the mobile phone in the vehicle is difficult to detect, and the technical problem of the detection function of the mobile phone in the vehicle cannot be realized.
Detailed Description
The application provides a mobile phone detection method in a vehicle and a vehicle end, which are used for improving the technical problems that in the prior art, whether a mobile phone is charged or whether the mobile phone is left in the vehicle or not is determined by a fixed position such as in a storage box or not through a sensor in a vehicle-mounted charger or the storage box, when the mobile phone is placed at other positions such as beside a seat, the mobile phone in the vehicle is difficult to detect, and the detection function of the mobile phone in the vehicle cannot be realized.
In order to make the technical solutions of the present application better understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
For convenience of understanding, please refer to fig. 1, in a first embodiment of a method for detecting a mobile phone in a vehicle, the method is applied to a vehicle end, the vehicle end is in communication connection with the mobile phone end, and the method includes:
step 101, after receiving a vehicle locking request, detecting whether a person is in a vehicle and whether a vehicle window and a vehicle door are closed.
After a vehicle driver starts a vehicle and the mobile phone of the vehicle driver is in a power-on state, the vehicle end can establish communication connection with the mobile phone of the vehicle driver through Bluetooth, 4G, 5G and the like.
When the vehicle operator stops the vehicle at the destination, the vehicle doors are typically closed and then ready to lock and alight. After receiving the car locking request, the car end usually starts a power-off process. In order to realize mobile phone detection in the vehicle, after the vehicle end receives a vehicle locking request, the vehicle end detects the state of each vehicle window through the vehicle window sensor of the vehicle end, detects the state of each vehicle door through the vehicle door sensor, and detects whether a person is in the vehicle through the seat sensor or the camera in the vehicle so as to determine whether a vehicle driver gets off the vehicle.
Step 102, if it is detected that no person is in the vehicle and the vehicle windows and doors are closed, stopping a power-off process, and sending a recording signal to the mobile phone end, so that the mobile phone end records the first preset sound when the first preset sound is output by the vehicle end, and recording data are obtained.
When detecting that no person is in the vehicle and the vehicle windows and doors are closed, the vehicle end suspends the power-off process at the moment, and starts the mobile phone detection in the vehicle. Specifically, the vehicle end sends a recording signal to the mobile phone end, so that when the mobile phone end outputs a first preset sound at the vehicle end, the first preset sound is recorded to obtain recording data.
The recording signal that the car end sent to the cell-phone end is the signal that triggers the cell-phone end and begin the recording, and the car end sends recording signal to the cell-phone end after, with the preset car end audio output of prestoring to loudspeaker in the car for loudspeaker output first preset sound in the car, after having broadcast first preset sound, the car end sends and ends recording signal to the cell-phone end, makes the cell-phone end record the first preset sound between recording signal and the end recording signal. Because the preset playing time of the car end audio is fixed, the car end can determine whether the first preset sound is played completely according to the playing time.
Step 103, receiving the recording data returned by the mobile phone end, and judging whether the mobile phone is in the car according to the sound intensity information of the recording data to obtain a first judgment result; or receiving a second judgment result which is returned by the mobile phone end and is obtained by judging whether the mobile phone is in the vehicle or not according to the sound intensity information of the recording data.
The embodiment of the application considers that after the vehicle window and the vehicle door are closed, the sound intensity of the sound emitted by the vehicle interior loudspeaker received by the mobile phone in the vehicle is different from the sound intensity of the sound emitted by the vehicle interior loudspeaker received by the mobile phone outside the vehicle. Because the door of the car window is closed, the sound insulation effect can be achieved, and the sound intensity of the sound in the car received by the mobile phone outside the car is far smaller than that of the sound in the car received by the mobile phone in the car. Therefore, whether the mobile phone is inside or outside the vehicle can be detected based on the sound intensity information, wherein the unit of the sound intensity is decibel.
In one embodiment, after the vehicle end outputs the first preset sound through the in-vehicle speaker, a second judgment result obtained by judging whether the mobile phone is in the vehicle or not according to the sound intensity information of the recording data returned by the mobile phone end is received. Specifically, after the vehicle end outputs a first preset sound through a loudspeaker in the vehicle, the mobile phone end records the first preset sound to obtain recording data; and the mobile phone end judges whether the mobile phone is in the vehicle according to the sound intensity information of the recording data to obtain a second judgment result, and then the second judgment result is returned to the vehicle end.
In another embodiment, considering that the computing capability of the mobile phone is weak, the process of judging whether the mobile phone is in the vehicle can be put to the vehicle end. Specifically, after the vehicle end outputs a first preset sound through a loudspeaker in the vehicle, the recording data returned by the mobile phone end is received, whether the mobile phone is in the vehicle or not is judged according to sound intensity information of the recording data, and a first judgment result is obtained. The mobile phone end records a first preset sound output by the vehicle end, then the recorded data is returned to the vehicle end, and the vehicle end judges whether the mobile phone is in the vehicle according to the sound intensity information of the recorded data to obtain a first judgment result. The specific process of acquiring the sound intensity information belongs to the prior art, and is not described herein again.
In an embodiment, the vehicle end or the mobile phone end determines whether the mobile phone is in the vehicle according to the sound intensity information of the recording data, and obtains a first determination result or a second determination result, which may be:
a1, acquiring a target intensity value based on the sound intensity information of the recording data, wherein the target intensity value is the maximum sound intensity value or the average sound intensity value;
a2, judging whether the target intensity value is larger than a preset intensity threshold value, if so, obtaining a first judgment result or a second judgment result of the mobile phone in the vehicle, and if not, obtaining a first judgment result or a second judgment result of the mobile phone not in the vehicle.
The preset intensity threshold is related to the preset car end audio frequency, the corresponding preset intensity threshold may be different according to different preset car end audio frequencies, and the preset intensity threshold may be specifically set according to actual conditions, which is not described herein again.
In another embodiment, the vehicle end or the mobile phone end determines whether the mobile phone is in the vehicle according to the sound intensity information of the recording data, and obtains a first determination result or a second determination result, which may be:
and B1, converting the preset vehicle-end audio and the recording data from a time domain to a frequency domain, wherein the preset vehicle-end audio is the audio of the vehicle-end for outputting the first preset sound by the loudspeaker in the vehicle.
The preset vehicle-end audio and the recording data can be regarded as waveforms in a time domain, and the vehicle-end or the mobile phone end can convert the preset vehicle-end audio and the recording data from the time domain to a frequency domain through methods such as Fourier transform and the like. When the mobile phone end judges whether the mobile phone is in the vehicle or not, the vehicle end can send the preset vehicle end audio to the mobile phone end when sending the recording signal to the mobile phone end, so that the mobile phone end processes the preset vehicle end audio and the recording data to judge whether the mobile phone is in the vehicle or not, and a second judgment result is obtained.
And B2, calculating sound intensity difference values of the converted preset car-end audio and the converted recording data in a plurality of same frequency ranges.
After the preset vehicle-end audio frequency and the recording data are converted from the time domain to the frequency domain, the vehicle end or the mobile phone end can select a plurality of frequency ranges, and the sound intensity difference value of the converted preset vehicle-end audio frequency and the converted recording data in each same frequency range is calculated, wherein the sound intensity difference value can be the average difference value of the sound intensity in the frequency range.
B3, judging whether the mobile phone is in the vehicle according to the sound intensity difference values to obtain a first judgment result or a second judgment result.
In order to improve the accuracy of the first judgment result or the second judgment result, the vehicle end or the mobile phone end compares the sound intensity difference value corresponding to each frequency range with the preset intensity difference threshold value corresponding to each frequency range, judges whether the mobile phone is in the vehicle, and finally obtains the final first judgment result or the second judgment result by combining the judgment results of each frequency range. Specifically, when the sound intensity difference value is smaller than a preset intensity difference threshold value, the judgment result corresponding to the frequency range is judged to be that the mobile phone is in the vehicle; and when the sound intensity difference is larger than or equal to a preset intensity difference threshold, judging that the judgment result corresponding to the frequency range is that the mobile phone is not in the vehicle, wherein the preset intensity difference thresholds corresponding to the frequency ranges are different. After the judgment results of each frequency range are obtained, the corresponding judgment results can be weighted according to the preset weights corresponding to each frequency range to obtain a final first judgment result or a final second judgment result, and the preset weights of each frequency range can be set according to actual conditions, which is not specifically limited herein.
And step 104, determining whether to remind the driver of the vehicle according to the first judgment result or the second judgment result.
When the first judgment result or the second judgment result is that the mobile phone is in the vehicle, the vehicle end reminds a driver of the vehicle through the vehicle lamp or the loudspeaker outside the vehicle; and when the first judgment result or the second judgment result indicates that the mobile phone is not in the vehicle, the vehicle end does not remind a driver of the vehicle and starts a power-off process. When the vehicle end judges that the mobile phone is in the vehicle, the vehicle end reminds a vehicle driver that the mobile phone is left in the vehicle through the vehicle lamp or the external loudspeaker, and after the reminding action is continuously carried out for a preset time, the vehicle end starts a lower current process to complete vehicle locking.
In the embodiment of the application, the vehicle end is in communication connection with the mobile phone end, so that the vehicle end and the mobile phone end can perform data communication, after the vehicle end receives a vehicle locking request and detects that no person is in the vehicle and a vehicle window and a vehicle door are closed, a power-off process is suspended, a recording signal is sent to the mobile phone end to trigger the mobile phone end to record, after the vehicle end outputs a first preset sound, the recording is performed through the mobile phone end, so that sound intensity information of the first preset sound received by the mobile phone end can be obtained, whether the mobile phone is in the vehicle can be judged according to the sound intensity information, whether a vehicle driver is reminded or not is determined, whether the mobile phone is left in the vehicle or not is judged through the sound intensity information, whether the mobile phone is in the vehicle or not is in a fixed position in the vehicle or not is determined by detecting whether the mobile phone is in a charging or storing box or not through a sensor in the vehicle-mounted charger or the storing box, and the like When the mobile phone is placed beside a seat or other positions, the mobile phone in the vehicle is difficult to detect, and the technical problem of the detection function of the mobile phone in the vehicle cannot be realized.
The above is a first embodiment of the in-vehicle mobile phone detection method provided by the present application, and the following is a second embodiment of the in-vehicle mobile phone detection method provided by the present application.
Referring to fig. 2, a method for detecting a mobile phone in a vehicle provided in an embodiment of the present application is applied to a vehicle end, where the vehicle end is in communication with the mobile phone, and the method includes:
step 201, after receiving a vehicle locking request, detecting whether a person is in the vehicle and whether the vehicle window and the vehicle door are closed.
After a vehicle driver starts a vehicle and the mobile phone of the vehicle driver is in a power-on state, the vehicle end can establish communication connection with the mobile phone of the vehicle driver through Bluetooth, 4G, 5G and the like.
When a vehicle driver stops the vehicle at a destination, the vehicle window and the vehicle door are usually closed, then the vehicle is ready to lock and get off, and after the vehicle end receives a vehicle locking request, a power-off process is usually started. In order to realize mobile phone detection in the vehicle, after the vehicle end receives a vehicle locking request, the vehicle end detects the state of each vehicle window through the vehicle window sensor of the vehicle end, detects the state of each vehicle door through the vehicle door sensor, and detects whether a person is in the vehicle through the seat sensor or the camera in the vehicle so as to determine whether a vehicle driver gets off the vehicle.
Step 202, if it is detected that no person is in the vehicle and the vehicle windows and doors are closed, a power-off process is suspended, and a sound output request is sent to the mobile phone end, so that the mobile phone end outputs a second preset sound.
When detecting that nobody and door of the window are closed in the car, the car end suspends the power-off process at the moment, and starts the mobile phone detection in the car. Specifically, the vehicle end sends a sound output request to the mobile phone end, so that the mobile phone end outputs a second preset sound. When the mobile phone end receives a sound output request sent by the vehicle end, the pre-stored preset mobile phone end audio frequency is output to the mobile phone loudspeaker, so that the mobile phone loudspeaker outputs a second preset sound.
And step 203, judging whether the mobile phone is in the vehicle according to the received sound intensity information of the second preset sound to obtain a third judgment result.
The embodiment of the application considers that after the vehicle window and the vehicle door are closed, the sound intensity of the sound emitted by the mobile phone received by the vehicle end in the vehicle is greatly different from the sound intensity of the sound emitted by the mobile phone received by the vehicle end outside the vehicle. Because the door of the car window is closed, the effect of sound insulation can be achieved, and the sound intensity of sound emitted by the mobile phone received by the car end outside the car is far smaller than the sound intensity of sound emitted by the mobile phone received by the car end inside the car. Therefore, whether the cellular phone is inside or outside the vehicle can be detected based on the sound intensity information.

Referring to fig. 3, a method for detecting a mobile phone in a vehicle provided in an embodiment of the present application is applied to a vehicle end, where the vehicle end is in communication with the mobile phone, and the method includes:

The embodiment of the application considers that when the mobile phone end outputs the first preset sound to the vehicle end outside the vehicle for recording, when the environment outside the vehicle has noises such as speaking sound of people, vehicle sound and the like, the mobile phone end easily records the noise outside the vehicle, thereby influencing the accuracy of the first judgment result or the second judgment result.
