The leveling driving part 4 comprises a driving motor 401, a bidirectional screw 402, a horizontal sliding block 403, a push-pull connecting rod 404 and an inverted T-shaped sliding seat 405; the driving motor 401 is mounted on the cutting table 1; an output shaft of the driving motor 401 is in transmission connection with the bidirectional screw 402; the two ends of the bidirectional screw 402 are rotatably matched with the two ends of the cutting table 1 through the bearing rod seats; one end of the bidirectional screw 402 is a left-hand thread, and the other end of the bidirectional screw 402 is a right-hand thread; two ends of the bidirectional screw 402 are respectively in threaded transmission connection with a horizontal sliding block 403, and the two horizontal sliding blocks 403 are arranged oppositely; the two horizontal sliding blocks 403 are rotatably connected with one end of each of the two push-pull connecting rods 404; the other ends of the two push-pull connecting rods 404 are respectively in running fit with the two ends of the inverted T-shaped sliding seat 405; the inverted T-shaped sliding seat 405 is in sliding fit in the inner and outer slideways on the bottom surface of the cutting table 1 and is fixedly connected with the second positioning part 3; a tension spring is sleeved on the bidirectional screw rod 402 and is positioned between the two horizontal sliding blocks 403. The drive motor 401 inside the leveling drive part 4 can drive the two-way screw 402 to rotate after being started, the two-way screw 402 can drive the two horizontal sliding blocks 403 to move relatively or deviate from the movement when rotating, the two horizontal sliding blocks 403 drive the inverted T-shaped sliding seat 405 to slide in the inner and outer directions in the inner and outer slideways at the bottom surface of the cutting table 1 through the two push-pull connecting rods 404, so that the second positioning part 3 is controlled to move horizontally, the leather is rolled and leveled through the second positioning part 3, and the outer ends of the leather with different sizes are fixed.
The principle is as follows: the invention relates to a fast-positioning leather cutting device, a cutting table 1 is provided with a smooth leather cutting area, when the leather is cut, firstly, the leather is placed in the leather cutting area of the cutting table 1, then the first positioning part 2 is controlled to jack and fix one end of the leather placed on the cutting table 1, then the horizontal height of the second positioning part 3 is adjusted, and controls the initial position of the second positioning part 3 to be close to the first positioning part 2, controls the second positioning part 3 to be pressed on the leather, then the flattening driving part 4 is started, the flattening driving part 4 drives the second positioning part 3 to move on the cutting table 1 in the direction far away from the first positioning part 2 so as to roll and flatten the leather placed on the cutting table 1 until the other end of the leather, the leather can keep a better unfolding degree during cutting operation, and the final forming effect of the obtained leather is prevented from being changed by creasing or wrinkling during cutting; then the cutting part 5 is controlled by the control system to cut the leathers with different shapes according to a preset program; the first positioning part 2 and the second positioning part 3 which can quickly position two ends of the leather are adopted, so that the position of the leather does not need to be manually fixed during cutting, the leather is prevented from sliding during cutting, and the cutting quality of the leather is guaranteed; the first positioning part 2 and the second positioning part 3 which can move relatively are adopted, so that the leather positioning device can be suitable for positioning and fixing leather with different widths.

a cutting part (5) mounted on the cutting table (1) to cut the leather fixed on the cutting table (1) by the first positioning part (2) and the second positioning part (3);

a lifting carriage (302) which is in sliding fit with the horizontal carriage (301);

the second positioning portion (3) further includes: the device comprises a friction linkage wheel (305), a friction transmission wheel (306), a cross frame (307), an outer gear ring (308), a rack (309), a T-shaped sliding block (310) and a vertical sliding rod (311); the leveling positioning roller (304) is fixed in the middle of the roller shaft, and two ends of the roller shaft are rotationally matched with two ends of the lifting sliding frame (302); the friction driving wheel (306) is rotationally matched on the cross frame (307) through a wheel shaft, and the lower wheel surface of the friction driving wheel (306) is vertically connected with the friction linkage wheel (305) in a friction driving manner; the cross frame (307) is fixed on the lifting carriage (302); the friction linkage wheel (305) is positioned on the inner side of the axis of the friction transmission wheel (306) and is fixed at one end of the roller shaft; an outer gear ring (308) is fixed on the annular wheel surface of the friction transmission wheel (306); the outer gear ring (308) is in meshed transmission connection with the rack (309) and is positioned on one side of the rack (309); the other side of the rack (309) is provided with a T-shaped slide way in sliding fit with the T-shaped slide block (310); the T-shaped sliding block (310) is fixed on the lifting sliding frame (302); two ends of the rack (309) are respectively fixedly connected with a vertical sliding rod (311), and the middle parts of the two vertical sliding rods (311) are in sliding fit in longitudinal sliding holes at two ends of the cutting table (1);
the friction linkage wheel (305) comprises a linkage wheel body, a rotating shaft, an adjusting screw rod and a connecting disc; the inner end of the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the roll shaft through a connecting disc and is collinear with the axis of the roll shaft; one end of the adjusting screw is in running fit with the connecting disc, the other end of the adjusting screw is in threaded transmission connection with a linkage wheel body, and the linkage wheel body is in sliding fit with the rotating shaft; the linkage wheel body is in vertical friction transmission connection with the friction transmission wheel (306).

a first servo motor (201) is arranged on a side frame (202) arranged at one end of the cutting table (1); an output shaft of the first servo motor (201) is in transmission connection with a longitudinal screw rod (203) through a coupler, the longitudinal screw rod (203) is in threaded transmission connection with a lifting bracket (204), and one end of the lifting bracket (204) is in sliding fit with a longitudinal slide way of the side frame (202); the other end of the lifting bracket (204) is fixedly connected with the positioning pressing plate (205);
the positioning pressing plate (205) is arranged at one end of the cutting table (1) so as to press and fix one end of the leather placed on the cutting table (1) and is arranged opposite to the second positioning part (3).

The leather cutting device with quick positioning according to claim 1, wherein the height-adjusting assembly (303) comprises a top frame (303A), a lifting screw (303B), a buffering pressure spring (303C), a rotating pipe (303D), a fixed seat (303E) and a movable seat (303F); the top frame (303A) is fixed at the tops of the two lifting screw rods (303B); the middle parts of the two lifting screws (303B) are in sliding fit with the two movable seats (303F), and the two movable seats (303F) are fixed on the lifting sliding frame (302); the bottoms of the two lifting screws (303B) are in threaded fit in the two rotating pipes (303D); the two rotating pipes (303D) are rotatably matched in the longitudinal through holes of the two fixed seats (303E); the two fixed seats (303E) are fixed on the horizontal sliding frame (301); the lifting screw (303B) is sleeved with the buffer pressure spring (303C), and two ends of the buffer pressure spring (303C) are fixedly connected with the top frame (303A) and the movable seat (303F) respectively.
