Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily cosmetics, and particularly relates to essence with sugar-resisting and oxidation-resisting functions and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Glycation is a physiological phenomenon, which refers to the addition of a reducing amino group at the end of a protein in vivo and an excess of an aldehyde group in a reducing sugar molecule to form reversible Schiff bases (Schiff bases), and then the rearrangement with glucosamine (Amadori) to form an early glycosylation product. The early glycosylation products are subjected to a series of chemical reactions such as dehydration condensation, rearrangement, oxidation, crosslinking and the like to finally generate advanced glycosylation end products (AGEs). With aging, metabolism of the skin becomes slow, which causes accumulation of Advanced Glycation Endproducts (AGEs) in the skin, leading to an increase in the skin renewal cycle, a decrease in the metabolic function of skin regeneration, and accelerated aging of the skin. The oxidation is mainly aging caused by skin influenced by environmental factors, mainly takes the influence of ultraviolet radiation as a main factor, and with the development of science and technology, modern people live in a digital environment at any moment, so that the skin is exposed to mobile phones, televisions, computers, various illuminating lamps and the like and is continuously radiated by blue light. When the skin is exposed to long-wave Ultraviolet (UVA), medium-wave Ultraviolet (UVB) and blue light for a long time, the skin generates Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS), which causes a series of oxidative damages, resulting in mitochondrial damage and apoptosis, DNA strand breakage in cell nucleus, stimulation of cell secretion of a large amount of inflammatory factors to induce inflammatory reaction, collagen synthesis reduction, skin barrier destruction, etc., and accelerates skin aging. In addition, after a large amount of free radicals generated by oxidation are accumulated in vivo, the free radicals also participate in the saccharification reaction, early glycosylation products can be changed back to sugar and protein through a reversible reaction, but after the early glycosylation products encounter the free radicals, the formation of AGEs is accelerated under the action of the free radicals.
In order to solve the problems, various anti-glycation and anti-oxidation oral and external products are successively developed in the prior art, and Chinese patent application 201910281558.4 discloses a skin care product with five-dimensional anti-wrinkle and anti-aging effects, wherein the skin care product comprises nicotinamide, membrane-coated yeast fermentation product filtrate, centella asiatica extract, beta-glucan, pomegranate fruit extract, rice extract, ceramide 3, palmitoyl tripeptide-5, acetyl hexapeptide-8, dimethyl silanol hyaluronate and other components, so that the adhesion degree of epidermis and dermis layers can be increased, the synthesis of collagen is promoted, nerves are relieved, expression lines are reduced, silicon is supplemented, the elasticity of skin is improved, glycation is prevented, and the skin is improved in five dimensions to achieve the effects of resisting wrinkle and aging. However, the formulation has no antioxidant effect, and due to the inseparable relationship between saccharification and oxidation, the product has difficulty in achieving optimal anti-saccharification and antioxidant requirements. Chinese patent publication CN109125205A, utilizes antioxidant vitamin C ethyl ether, fullerene derivatives to eliminate Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) and free radicals to achieve anti-aging effect; however, it is difficult to achieve anti-glycation and fails to meet the requirement of anti-aging in all aspects. Although various active ingredients are usually combined in various skin care products to achieve better anti-sugar or anti-oxidation effects, the requirements of anti-saccharification and anti-oxidation cannot be met simultaneously, and the traditional Chinese medicine has no synergistic effect among the active ingredients and cannot achieve the expected optimal anti-aging effect.
Therefore, how to provide a multi-component synergistic product with anti-sugar and anti-oxidation functions is a problem to be solved by those skilled in the art.

Test examples
First, test of oxidation resistance
The products of the above examples and comparative examples were tested for radical scavenging effect by the DPPH method. DPPH is also called 1, 1-diphenyl-2-trinitrophenylhydrazine, has a single electron, has strong absorption at 517nm, and the absolute ethanol solution of DPPH is purple. In the presence of a free radical scavenger, its absorption gradually disappears by pairing with its single electron, and its degree of discoloration is quantitatively related to the number of electrons it receives, so that a rapid quantitative analysis can be performed with a spectrophotometer.
The test method comprises the following steps: DPPH is accurately weighed and prepared into a solution with 0.2mmol/L DPPH, and the solution is stored in a brown bottle in dark at low temperature. And diluting the antioxidant moisturizing composition sample to 1.0mg/mL by using deionized water to obtain a sample solution. Taking 2mL of sample liquid into a test tube, adding 2mL and 0.2mmol/L of DPPH solution, uniformly mixing, standing in a dark place for 30min at room temperature, measuring the absorbance value at 517nm by using an ultraviolet spectrophotometer, and calculating the absorbance value as Ai, simultaneously measuring 2mL of sample liquid and 2mL of absolute ethyl alcohol, standing in a dark place for 30min at room temperature, measuring the absorbance value at 517nm by using an ultraviolet spectrophotometer, and calculating the absorbance value as Aj, and measuring the absorbance value at 517nm by using 2mL of 0.2mmol/LDPPH solution and 2mL of distilled water, standing, and calculating the absorbance value at Ac by using an ultraviolet spectrophotometer. The DPPH radical clearance rate of the sample is calculated according to the following formula: DPPH radical clearance ═ 1- (Ai-Aj)/Ac ] × 100%, the test results are given in the following table:
DPPH radical scavenging ratio (%) | |
Example 1 | 86.59% |
Example 2 | 89.23% |
Example 3 | 82.21% |
Example 4 | 81.32% |
Example 5 | 84.28% |
Comparative example 1 | 62.12% |
Comparative example 2 | 70.34% |
Comparative example 3 | 74.54% |
Comparative example 4 | 75.27% |
Comparative example 5 | 78.95% |
Comparative example 6 | 78.97% |
The test results show that the essence prepared by the technical scheme of the invention has a good free radical removal function, namely, the essence has good anti-aging capability. In comparative example 1 and comparative example 2, the antioxidant and the anti-sugar agent were not added, respectively, and the removal effect was poor; in comparative examples 3 to 6, the compositions of the antioxidants are different from those of the present invention, and although the removal effect is due to comparative examples 1 to 2, the requirements are difficult to satisfy due to the lack of the optimal synergistic effect among the components, so that the essence prepared by the formula of the components of the present invention has the optimal antioxidant and saccharification effects, and the optimal synergistic effect among the components.
