The marine diesel engine is mainly formed by assembling a base, a frame, a cylinder body, a scavenging manifold and accessories arranged on the scavenging manifold, and the assembly operation flow of a main engine on a test bed position before the test of a bullet train is shown in figure 1. 2) under the condition that the number of the test run stations on the production site is unchanged and the standard production period of a single marine diesel engine is fixed, the capacity of the test run stations is limited, and the capacity cannot be continuously expanded;
3) if a certain host on the test run table is subjected to plan adjustment, and the time for occupying the test run table needs to be prolonged, the host assembly plan subsequently related to the test run table is also affected, and even the submission time is affected.
