A blanking device of an automobile steel pipe production line comprises a steel pipe conveying mechanism of the automobile production line, wherein a steel pipe containing frame (2) is arranged on one side of the steel pipe conveying mechanism, and a blanking device is arranged at a position, corresponding to the steel pipe containing frame (2), of the steel pipe conveying mechanism, and is characterized in that the blanking device comprises symmetrically arranged support frames (301);
a transverse moving rail (302) is arranged between the upper ends of the support frames (301), a transverse moving slider (303) is slidably mounted on the transverse moving rail (302), a transverse moving threaded rod (304) is connected to the middle of the transverse moving slider (303) in a penetrating and threaded manner, one end of the transverse moving threaded rod (304) is rotatably connected with the support frame (301) on one side, a transverse moving driving motor (305) is arranged at the upper end of the side wall of the support frame (301) on the other side, the other end of the transverse moving threaded rod (304) penetrates through the support frame (301) on the other side and is fixedly connected with the output end of the transverse moving driving motor (305), the lower end of the transverse moving slider (303) is symmetrically connected with a lifting telescopic rod (306), a mounting block (307) is fixedly connected with the lower end of the lifting telescopic rod (306) on one side, the lower extreme of lifting telescopic link (306) of opposite side is connected with locating piece (309), the flexible end of clamping telescopic link (308) runs through locating piece (309) and is equipped with and stretches into piece (310).

The blanking device of the automobile steel tube production line as claimed in claim 1, wherein the blanking device further comprises a mounting frame (311), the mounting frame (311) is arranged on the steel tube conveying mechanism close to the positioning block (309), and an infrared sensor (312) is arranged on the mounting frame (311) and above the steel tube conveying mechanism.

The blanking device of the automobile steel tube production line as claimed in claim 2, wherein a controller (313) is arranged on the support frame (301), and the traverse driving motor (305), the lifting telescopic rod (306), the clamping telescopic rod (308) and the infrared sensor (312) are all electrically connected with the controller (313).
