背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对消费品的要求也越来越高,其中,对于织物产品的要求,已经从最开始追求的保暖向舒适、美观、有益健康等功能性方向发展,功能性纺织品应运而生;各种功能性织物产品被不断被开发,其中,对于抗菌织物而言,人们除了要求其具有普通织物的吸湿排汗性能外,还具有较佳的抗菌性能。
由于内衣紧贴人体皮肤,因此面料的选择尤为重要,特别是对过敏性皮肤,如果内衣面料选择不当,穿着后会有不适的感觉,随着节能低碳的盛行,环保型面料成为了内衣面料的主角,一些新型的轻薄舒适的保暖内衣面料受到了人们的青睐,主要是采用纳米技术加入竹纤维和珍珠粉等天然材料织成的保健内衣面料,其具有良好的透气性,对皮肤具有滋润效果,但是这类面料的弹性较差,极易变形,并且不具备抗菌功效。
发明内容
为解决上述现有难题,本发明提供了一种舒适度高、有效抑菌、吸湿排汗、适合制作内衣面料的基于大豆蛋白的抑菌织物。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种基于大豆蛋白的抑菌织物,包括表层、抑菌层和内层,所述表层、抑菌层和内层相互贴合,所述表层由下述重量份的原料织造而成:棉纤维70-90份、大豆蛋白纤维5-10份、吸湿排汗纤维5-20份,表层采用80%-90%棉纤维和10%-20%大豆蛋白纤维的大豆蛋白混纺纱线作经纱,纱支为21S~60S,采用60%-90%棉纤维和10%-40%吸湿排汗纤维的吸湿混纺纱线作纬纱,纱支为21S~60S,在织机上交织形成;抑菌层由下述重量份的原料织造而成:棉纤维50-60份、大豆蛋白纤维10-20份、聚酯纤维5-10份、银纤维5-10份、吸湿排汗纤维5-10份;抑菌层采用50%-60%棉纤维、10%-20%聚酯纤维、20%-40%大豆蛋白纤维的混纺棉纱作经纱,纱支为40S~50S,采用60%-80%棉纤维、10%-20%银纤维、10%-20%吸湿排汗纤维的混纺抑菌棉纱作纬纱,纱支为40S~50S,在织机上交织形成;内层采用莫代尔混纺纱线交织形成,莫代尔混纺纱线由下述重量份的原料混纺而成:棉纤维50-60份、莫代尔纤维20-30份、大豆蛋白纤维5-15份、甲壳素纤维5-15份;经纱采用70/30MDL/CJ9.7tex莫代尔混纺纱线,纬纱采用70/30MDL/CJ9.7tex莫代尔混纺纱线,经密681根/10cm,纬密551根/10cm,幅宽175.5cm。

3)内层制作:按照如下重量比:棉纤维50-60份、莫代尔纤维20-30份、大豆蛋白纤维5-15份、甲壳素纤维5-15份,将棉纤维、莫代尔纤维、大豆蛋白纤维和甲壳素纤维经混纺工艺制得莫代尔混纺纱线;经纱采用70/30MDL/CJ9.7tex莫代尔混纺纱线,纬纱采用70/30MDL/CJ9.7tex莫代尔混纺纱线,经密681根/10cm,纬密551根/10cm,幅宽175.5cm,织布机交织形成得内层织物;
4)织物贴合:将表层、抑菌层和内层按照顺序连接得抑菌织物。

1)表层制作:按重量份准备棉纤维80份、大豆蛋白纤维7份、吸湿排汗纤维15份,采用85%棉纤维和15%大豆蛋白纤维的大豆蛋白混纺纱线作经纱,纱支为45S,采用70%棉纤维和30%吸湿排汗纤维的吸湿混纺纱线作纬纱,纱支为45S,在织机上按照平纹组织交织形成表层织物;
2)抑菌层制作:按重量份准备棉纤维55份、大豆蛋白纤维20份、聚酯纤维7份、银纤维8份、吸湿排汗纤维10份;将棉纤维、聚酯纤维、大豆蛋白纤维按照46%:14%:40%的重量比例经混纺工艺制得混纺棉纱作经纱,纱支为45S,将棉纤维、银纤维、吸湿排汗纤维按照64%:16%:20%的重量比例经混纺工艺制得混纺抑菌棉纱作纬纱,纱支为45S,在织机上按照平纹组织交织形成抑菌层织物;
3)内层制作:按照如下重量比:棉纤维55份、莫代尔纤维25份、大豆蛋白纤维15份、甲壳素纤维5份,将棉纤维、莫代尔纤维、大豆蛋白纤维和甲壳素纤维经混纺工艺制得莫代尔混纺纱线;经纱采用70/30MDL/CJ9.7tex莫代尔混纺纱线,纬纱采用70/30MDL/CJ9.7tex莫代尔混纺纱线,经密681根/10cm,纬密551根/10cm,幅宽175.5cm,织布机交织形成得内层织物;
4)织物贴合:将表层、抑菌层和内层按照顺序连接得抑菌织物。
实施例3,一种基于大豆蛋白的抑菌织物,包括表层、抑菌层和内层,所述表层、抑菌层和内层相互贴合,所述表层由下述重量份的原料织造而成:棉纤维90份、大豆蛋白纤维5份、吸湿排汗纤维5份,表层采用90%棉纤维和10%大豆蛋白纤维的大豆蛋白混纺纱线作经纱,纱支为60S,采用90%棉纤维和10%吸湿排汗纤维的吸湿混纺纱线作纬纱,纱支为60S,在织机上交织形成;抑菌层由下述重量份的原料织造而成:棉纤维60份、大豆蛋白纤维20份、聚酯纤维5份、银纤维5份、吸湿排汗纤维10份;抑菌层采用50%棉纤维、10%-聚酯纤维、40%大豆蛋白纤维的混纺棉纱作经纱,纱支为50S,采用70%棉纤维、10%银纤维、20%吸湿排汗纤维的混纺抑菌棉纱作纬纱,纱支为50S,在织机上交织形成;内层由下述重量份的原料混纺而成:棉纤维60份、莫代尔纤维20份、大豆蛋白纤维10份、甲壳素纤维10份;经纱采用70/30MDL/CJ9.7tex莫代尔混纺纱线,纬纱采用70/30MDL/CJ9.7tex莫代尔混纺纱线,经密681根/10cm,纬密551根/10cm,幅宽175.5cm。

3)内层制作:按照如下重量比:棉纤维60份、莫代尔纤维20份、大豆蛋白纤维10份、甲壳素纤维10份,将棉纤维、莫代尔纤维、大豆蛋白纤维和甲壳素纤维经混纺工艺制得莫代尔混纺纱线;经纱采用70/30MDL/CJ9.7tex莫代尔混纺纱线,纬纱采用70/30MDL/CJ9.7tex莫代尔混纺纱线,经密681根/10cm,纬密551根/10cm,幅宽175.5cm,织布机交织形成得内层织物;
4)织物贴合:将表层、抑菌层和内层按照顺序连接得抑菌织物。

1.一种基于大豆蛋白的抑菌织物,其特征在于,包括表层、抑菌层和内层,所述表层、抑菌层和内层相互贴合,所述表层由下述重量份的原料织造而成:棉纤维70-90份、大豆蛋白纤维5-10份、吸湿排汗纤维5-20份,表层采用80%-90%棉纤维和10%-20%大豆蛋白纤维的大豆蛋白混纺纱线作经纱,纱支为21S~60S,采用60%-90%棉纤维和10%-40%吸湿排汗纤维的吸湿混纺纱线作纬纱,纱支为21S~60S,在织机上交织形成;抑菌层由下述重量份的原料织造而成:棉纤维50-60份、大豆蛋白纤维10-20份、聚酯纤维5-10份、银纤维5-10份、吸湿排汗纤维5-10份;抑菌层采用50%-60%棉纤维、10%-20%聚酯纤维、20%-40%大豆蛋白纤维的混纺棉纱作经纱,纱支为40S~50S,采用60%-80%棉纤维、10%-20%银纤维、10%-20%吸湿排汗纤维的混纺抑菌棉纱作纬纱,纱支为40S~50S,在织机上交织形成;内层采用莫代尔混纺纱线交织形成,莫代尔混纺纱线由下述重量份的原料混纺而成:棉纤维50-60份、莫代尔纤维20-30份、大豆蛋白纤维5-15份、甲壳素纤维5-15份;经纱采用70/30MDL/CJ9.7tex莫代尔混纺纱线,纬纱采用70/30MDL/CJ9.7tex莫代尔混纺纱线,经密681根/10cm,纬密551根/10cm,幅宽175.5cm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于大豆蛋白的抑菌织物,其特征在于,所述表层和抑菌层采用平纹组织。
3.一种基于大豆蛋白的抑菌织物的制作方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
1)表层制作:按重量份准备棉纤维70-90份、大豆蛋白纤维5-10份、吸湿排汗纤维5-20份,采用10%-90%棉纤维和10%-20%大豆蛋白纤维的大豆蛋白混纺纱线作经纱,纱支为21S~60S,采用10%-90%棉纤维和10%-20%吸湿排汗纤维的吸湿混纺纱线作纬纱,纱支为21S~60S,在织机上按照平纹组织交织形成表层织物;
2)抑菌层制作:按重量份准备棉纤维50-60份、大豆蛋白纤维10-20份、聚酯纤维5-10份、银纤维5-10份、吸湿排汗纤维5-10份;将棉纤维、聚酯纤维、大豆蛋白纤维按照50%-60%:10%-20%:20%-40%的重量比例经混纺工艺制得混纺棉纱作经纱,纱支为40S~50S,将棉纤维、银纤维、吸湿排汗纤维按照60%-80%:10%-20%:10%-20%的重量比例经混纺工艺制得混纺抑菌棉纱作纬纱,纱支为40S~50S,在织机上按照平纹组织交织形成抑菌层织物;
3)内层制作:按照如下重量比:棉纤维50-60份、莫代尔纤维20-30份、大豆蛋白纤维5-15份、甲壳素纤维5-15份,将棉纤维、莫代尔纤维、大豆蛋白纤维和甲壳素纤维经混纺工艺制得莫代尔混纺纱线;经纱采用70/30MDL/CJ9.7tex莫代尔混纺纱线,纬纱采用70/30MDL/CJ9.7tex莫代尔混纺纱线,经密681根/10cm,纬密551根/10cm,幅宽175.5cm,织布机交织形成得内层织物;
4)织物贴合:将表层、抑菌层和内层按照顺序连接得抑菌织物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种基于大豆蛋白的抑菌织物的制作方法,其特征在于,所述表层、防晒层、抑菌层以及内层连接方式为缝合或粘合。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种基于大豆蛋白的抑菌织物的制作方法,其特征在于,所述混纺工艺的流程为:预处理→清棉→梳棉→并条→粗纱→细纱→络筒。
