the second telescopic mechanism (11) comprises a second telescopic plate (1101), a sliding block (1105), a second adjusting screw (1107) and a limiting block (1108), wherein a plurality of second telescopic grooves (1102) which extend to the end part far away from the two parts along the length direction of the two parts of the side plate (2) are formed in the two parts of the side plate (2), the second telescopic plate (1101) is connected in the second telescopic grooves (1102) in a sliding mode, a communicating groove (1103) communicated with the second telescopic grooves (1102) is formed in the outer end face of the side plate (2), guide strips (1104) extend from the end faces of the two sides of the communicating groove (1103), sliding grooves (1106) are formed in the end faces of the two sides of the sliding block (1105), the sliding block (1105) is connected in the communicating groove (1103) in a sliding mode through the guide strips (1104) and the sliding grooves (1106), the second adjusting screw (1107) penetrates through and is connected to the sliding block (1105) and the second telescopic plate (1103) in a threaded mode, and the limiting block (1108) is fixedly connected to the end part (4) of the communicating groove (1108);
