Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Before the embodiment of the present invention is described, an application scenario of the embodiment of the present invention is exemplarily described: the types of consumable packaging materials in the e-commerce logistics of Business-to-Customer (Business-to-Customer, B2C) mainly include boxes, bags, bubble films (i.e., fillings), and combinations of at least two of them, and the current packaging matching method of B2C has the following problems:
1. the continuous dynamic optimization of the matching relationship without combining the latest logistics transportation situation leads to the problems that the article packaging cost of some articles is always higher, the article payment cost of some articles is high (namely, the protection effect after the articles are packaged is poor), and the like, and further leads to the problem that the cost related to the article packaging is higher. The logistics transportation situation described above may be that some transportation carriers, transportation lines, transportation seasons, etc. are prone to package breakage, while some transportation carriers, transportation lines, transportation seasons, etc. are not prone to package breakage, and is not limited herein.
2. The matching relationship between each article type and each packaging consumable type is a basic data relationship which needs to be preposed, and a large amount of cost needs to be invested for initial information configuration and later maintenance, so that the implementation cost is high.
3. When the matching relationship is optimized, a feedback link of feeding back package damage through the client-a salesperson receives order bad comments-a package manager receives feedback of the salesperson-and updating the matching relationship is generally needed, the time efficiency is long, and the current increasingly improved experience requirements of the client cannot be met.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a model generation method according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The present embodiment may be applied to the case of generating a package matching model that can guarantee a low cost associated with the packaging of the article. The method may be performed by a model generation apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present invention, where the model generation apparatus may be implemented by software and/or hardware, and the apparatus may be integrated on an electronic device, and the electronic device may be various user terminals or servers.
Referring to fig. 1, the method of the embodiment of the present invention specifically includes the following steps:
and S110, determining the article packaging cost of each packaged article according to the article packaging information of each packaged article acquired from the first database, and determining the article paying cost of each packaged article according to the article paying information of each packaged article acquired from the second database, wherein the article paying cost comprises the cost paid because the packaged article is damaged and damaged.
Wherein the packaged article may be an already packaged article, this article packaging process may be understood as secondary packaging in B2C for the article to be obtained in the article obtaining task. The item packing information of the packed item may be information stored in the first database that is associated with the packed item in the packing process, such as a type of consumable of a consumable used for packing the packed item, a consumable number, and the like. The article packaging cost may be a cost previously paid for packaging the packaged article, such as a cost of a packaging consumable, which may be a consumable employed in packaging the packaged article, a cost of an article packaging object, which may be an object of performing an article packaging process, and the like. The determining process of the article packaging cost has multiple implementation manners, for example, an article obtaining record may be generated when an article obtaining task is executed, and the article obtaining record may store multiple information, such as Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) of a packaged article, transportation line information including a shipping address and a receiving address, transportation carrier information of a carrier responsible for transporting the packaged article, article packaging information, and the like, because packaging consumables corresponding to different article packaging information have respective costs, the article packaging information may be obtained from the article obtaining record, and the article packaging cost is determined according to the article packaging information, optionally, the article packaging cost corresponding to each article packaging information may be preconfigured; of course, the article packaging cost can also be determined in other ways, and is not specifically limited herein.
The item claim information for the packaged item may be information stored in the second database relating to claims that may be made due to a package failure of the packaged item, such as SKU of the packaged item, quantity of items, value attribute value, item claim cost, and the like. The article payout cost may be a payout cost due to a package breakage of the packaged article, such as a payout cost due to a package breakage of the packaged article during the logistics transportation to the article acquirer, a payout cost due to a package breakage of the packaged article during the article packaging to the article repackage, and the like. The process of determining the claim price of the item has a plurality of implementation manners, for example, if the item acquirer finds that the packaged item is damaged after acquiring the packaged item, the acquirer can apply for a claim to the item owner, and the above process can generate an item claim information that is paid due to the damaged package, so that the item claim price can be directly acquired from the item claim information, or the item claim price can be calculated according to the quantity of the item and the value attribute directly acquired from the item claim information; of course, the item payment cost can also be determined in other ways, and is not specifically limited herein.
It should be noted that, in connection with an application scenario that may be involved in the embodiment of the present invention, for example, the various costs may be understood as cost, amount, time, labor force, and the like, and are not specifically limited herein.
And S120, aiming at the target packaged articles belonging to the same stock unit in the packaged articles, performing numerical comparison on the article packaging cost and the article claim payment cost of each target packaged article, and adjusting the type of the packaging consumables, which is stored in the third database and is currently matched with the stock unit, according to the numerical comparison result.
The SKUs may be identification information of packaged items, some of the packaged items have the same SKU, and some of the packaged items have different SKUs, so that the target packaged items belonging to the same SKU can be determined from all the packaged items, that is, the target packaged items are packaged items with the same SKU in each packaged item, and the number of the target packaged items corresponding to the same SKU may be one, two or more.
Since the item package cost and item claim cost for all packaged items have been determined, the item package cost and item claim cost for each target packaged item having the same SKU have also been determined. Furthermore, the item packaging cost and the item paying cost of each target packaging item may be compared numerically, and it may be determined whether the type of the packaging consumable currently used by the target packaging item under the SKU is suitable or whether the type of the packaging consumable currently used by the target packaging item under the SKU is relatively expensive related to the item packaging according to the numerical comparison result. Therefore, the type of packaging consumable currently matching the SKU stored in the third database can be adjusted according to the value comparison result, and the adjustment can be aimed at reducing the price related to the packaging of the item under the SKU, and the price can be the comprehensive expression of the cost of packaging the item and the cost of paying for the item. It should be noted that, when the number of SKUs is at least two, the type of consumable packaging currently matched with each SKU can be adjusted based on the present step.
In combination with application scenarios that may be involved in the embodiments of the present invention, for example, the adjustment process of the type of the packaging consumable may be understood as follows: the currently matched packaging consumable type is adjusted to be a packaging consumable type with higher packaging firmness (namely packaging upgrade), so that the article payment cost is reduced; the currently matched packaging consumable type is adjusted to a packaging consumable type with lower packaging firmness (namely packaging degradation), so that the article packaging cost is reduced; the currently matched type of the packaging consumable is adjusted to the type of the packaging consumable with consistent packaging firmness (namely packaging maintenance), at the moment, the types of the packaging consumable before and after adjustment can be the same or different, and the same can be considered as the condition that the adjustment amplitude is 0; etc., and are not specifically limited herein.
In addition, for the three databases of the first database, the second database and the third database set forth above, they may be the same or different sub-databases in the same database, two of them are the same database and are not the same database as another database, the three are respectively different databases, and so on, and are not limited specifically herein; moreover, when the first database and the second database are the same sub-database in the same database, the item packing information and the item claim information may be different fields in the same information record from the sub-database, different information records, or the like, and are not limited in detail herein.
And S130, generating a packaging matching model according to the matching relation between each adjusted stock quantity unit and each packaging consumable type stored in the third database.
The adjusted matching relationships between the SKUs and the packaging consumable types can be obtained in the third database through the above steps, for example, the matching relationships before adjustment are SKU 1-packaging consumable type 1, SKU 2-packaging consumable type 2, SKU 3-packaging consumable type 3 and SKU 4-packaging consumable type 4, the packaging consumable type 1 matched with SKU1 is adjusted to packaging consumable type 2, the packaging consumable type 2 matched with SKU2 is adjusted to packaging consumable type 1, the packaging consumable type 3 matched with SKU3 is maintained, and the packaging consumable type 4 matched with SKU4 is adjusted to packaging consumable type 3, so that the adjusted matching relationships can be SKU 1-packaging consumable type 2, SKU 2-packaging consumable type 1, SKU 3-packaging consumable type 3 and SKU 4-packaging consumable type 3. And generating a package matching model according to the adjusted matching relationship, namely storing the adjusted matching relationship in the package matching model.
The technical scheme solves the problems of higher cost, higher implementation cost and longer optimized time-efficiency related to the packaging of the articles, which are explained in the exemplary description, and has the following advantages:
1. the type of the packaging consumables under each SKU is continuously and dynamically adjusted in response to the national green packaging call, and the multidirectional adjustment mode (such as upgrading, degrading and maintaining) effectively reduces the cost related to the packaging of the articles, avoids the situation of packaging waste caused by upgrading of a package, and reduces the packaging damage rate.
2. The matching relation in the embodiment of the invention is automatically updated and does not need artificial cultivation, so that the initial configuration cost is reduced, and the implementation cost is remarkably reduced without establishing the matching relation between the article type and the packaging consumable type in advance.
3. The type of the packaging consumables is adjusted in time based on the dynamic change of the article packaging cost and the article paying cost, the updating timeliness of the matching relation is shortened, and the current increasingly improved experience requirements of clients can be met.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the article packaging cost of each packaged article can be determined through the article packaging information of each packaged article acquired from the first database, and the article paying cost of each packaged article can be determined according to the article paying information of each packaged article acquired from the second database, wherein the article paying cost can be understood as the cost required to be paid due to package damage of the packaged article, so that the article packaging cost and the article paying cost of the target packaged article belonging to the same stock unit in each packaged article can be obtained; furthermore, according to the numerical comparison result obtained after the item packaging cost and the item paying cost of each target packaging item are numerically compared, whether the type of the packaging consumable currently matched with each target packaging item brings higher cost related to the packaging of the item can be determined, i.e. whether the type of packaging consumable currently matching the stock level unit of the respective target packaged item would incur a higher cost in connection with the packaging of the item, therefore, the type of the packaging consumables, which is stored in the third database and is currently matched with the stock quantity unit, can be adjusted according to the numerical comparison result between the article packaging cost and the article paying cost of each target packaging article, so that the matching relationship between each stock quantity unit and each packaging consumable type after adjustment, which is stored in the third database, is obtained, and the adjusted matching relationship can effectively ensure lower cost related to article packaging; and generating a packaging matching model according to the matching relation between each stock quantity unit and each packaging consumable type after adjustment stored in the third database, so that the packaging matching model is helpful for matching a proper packaging consumable type for the to-be-packaged article with a packaging requirement subsequently. According to the technical scheme, the effect of generating the packaging matching model which can ensure that the cost related to the packaging of the articles is low is achieved.
On this basis, an optional technical solution is that before determining the article packaging cost of each packaged article, the model generation method may further include: obtaining packaging satisfaction of each packaged item, wherein the packaging satisfaction comprises satisfaction of packaging quality of the packaged item determined by customer complaint rate and/or customer service line rate; and screening the packaged articles with the adjustment requirements on the types of the packaging consumables from the packaged articles according to the packaging satisfaction degrees, and updating the packaged articles according to the screening result.
In order to adjust the type of the packaging consumables of the packaged articles with lower packaging satisfaction more specifically, the packaging satisfaction of each packaged article can be obtained respectively, the packaging satisfaction can present the satisfaction of the packaging quality of the packaged articles, and can be determined by a customer complaint rate and/or a customer service line rate, wherein the customer complaint rate can be the probability of a customer complaint about the packaging quality of the packaged articles, and the customer service line rate can be the probability of customer service access for solving the complaint of the customer about the packaging quality of the packaged articles. Furthermore, packaged articles with adjustment requirements on the type of packaging consumables are screened out from packaged articles according to the packaging satisfaction of each packaged article, for example, the packaged articles with the packaging satisfaction lower than a preset satisfaction threshold are sorted, the packaging satisfaction of each packaged article is sorted, the sorting from small to large is taken as an example, the packaged articles sorted in the top preset percentage and the like are taken as the packaged articles with adjustment requirements on the type of packaging consumables, and the adjustment mode of the type of the packaging consumables of the packaged articles can be packaging upgrading; if packaged articles with packaging satisfaction higher than a preset satisfaction threshold, packaged articles ranked at a later preset percentage and the like are taken as packaged articles with adjustment requirements on packaging consumable types, the adjustment mode of the packaging consumable types of the packaged articles can be packaging degradation; and the like. Finally, the packaged articles for which the adjustment requirement exists for the type of packaging consumable are updated to all packaged articles, i.e. only the packaged articles for which the adjustment requirement exists for the type of packaging consumable are reserved, thereby simultaneously ensuring lower cost related to object packaging and higher overall packaging satisfaction.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a model generation method provided in the second embodiment of the present invention. The present embodiment is optimized based on the above technical solutions. In this embodiment, optionally, the numerically comparing the item packing cost and the item loss cost of each target packed item, and adjusting the type of the packaging consumables, which is currently matched with the stock quantity unit and stored in the third database according to the numerical comparison result may include: determining unit packing cost of the stock unit according to the article packing cost of each target packed article, and determining unit paying cost of the stock unit according to the article paying cost of each target packed article; and comparing the unit packaging cost with the unit paying cost, and adjusting the type of the packaging consumables, which is stored in the third database and is currently matched with the stock unit, according to the value comparison result. The same or corresponding terms as those in the above embodiments are not explained in detail herein.
Referring to fig. 2, the method of the present embodiment may specifically include the following steps:
s210, determining the article packaging cost of each packaged article according to the article packaging information of each packaged article acquired from the first database, and determining the article paying cost of each packaged article according to the article paying information of each packaged article acquired from the second database, wherein the article paying cost comprises the cost paid because the packaged article is damaged and damaged.
S220, aiming at target packaged articles belonging to the same stock quantity unit in all packaged articles, determining unit packaging cost of the stock quantity unit according to the article packaging cost of each target packaged article, and determining unit paying cost of the stock quantity unit according to the article paying cost of each target packaged article.
The unit packaging cost may be a cost corresponding to the item packaging cost calculated based on the SKU, which may be a sum, an average, and the like of the item packaging costs of the target packaged items; the unit payout cost may be a cost corresponding to an item payout cost calculated based on the SKU, which may be a sum, average, or the like of the item payout costs of the respective target packaged items.
And S230, carrying out numerical comparison on the unit packaging cost and the unit paying cost, and adjusting the type of the packaging consumables, which is stored in the third database and is currently matched with the stock unit, according to the numerical comparison result.
The unit packaging cost and the unit paying cost are calculated results obtained by taking the SKU as a reference, so that the numerical relationship between the unit packaging cost and the unit paying cost can show whether the type of the packaging consumable currently matched with the SKU brings higher cost related to article packaging, and the type of the packaging consumable currently matched with the SKU can be adjusted according to the numerical comparison result between the unit packaging cost and the unit paying cost.
And S240, generating a packaging matching model according to the matching relation between each adjusted stock quantity unit and each packaging consumable type stored in the third database.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the unit packing cost calculated by taking the stock unit as the reference is obtained according to the article packing cost of each target packed article, and the unit paying cost calculated by taking the stock unit as the reference is obtained according to the article paying cost of each target packed article; further, the numerical relationship between the unit packaging cost and the unit paying cost can show whether the packaging consumable type currently matched with the stock unit brings higher cost related to article packaging or not, so that the packaging consumable type currently matched with the stock unit can be adjusted according to the numerical comparison result between the unit packaging cost and the unit paying cost, and the effect of accurately adjusting the packaging consumable type in the stock unit is achieved.
On this basis, an optional technical solution, different types of packaging consumables correspond to different packaging firmness degrees, and the type of the packaging consumable currently matched with the stock quantity unit stored in the third database is adjusted according to the numerical comparison result, which may include: acquiring the type of the packaging consumable matched with the stock unit at present; if the numerical comparison result comprises that the unit packaging cost is less than the unit paying cost, the type of the packaging consumable stored in the third database is adjusted to be the type of the packaging consumable with higher packaging firmness; and/or if the numerical comparison result comprises that the unit packaging cost is greater than the unit paying cost, adjusting the type of the packaging consumable stored in the third database into the type of the packaging consumable with lower packaging firmness; and/or if the numerical comparison result comprises that the unit packaging cost is equal to the unit paying cost, adjusting the type of the packaging consumables stored in the third database to the type of the packaging consumables with consistent packaging firmness. Wherein, the packing consumables under each packing consumables type all have respective packing firmness degree, therefore the adjustment of packing consumables type can be understood as the adjustment of packing firmness degree. It should be noted that although a higher degree of firmness of the package means a better quality of the package, unnecessarily firm packaging also leads to an unnecessarily increased cost of packaging the article. Therefore, the unit packaging cost and the unit paying cost can be compared, when the unit packaging cost is smaller than the unit paying cost, the packaging firmness degree is insufficient, and the packaging damage probability is too high, so that the type of the packaging consumable matched currently can be adjusted to be the type of the packaging consumable with higher packaging firmness degree, and the item paying cost is remarkably reduced by properly increasing the item packaging cost; when the unit packing cost is greater than the unit paying cost, the unit packing cost shows that the packing firmness is over-sufficient and the packing damage probability is lower, so that the type of the packing consumable matched currently can be adjusted to be the type of the packing consumable with lower packing firmness, and the article packing cost is obviously reduced by properly increasing the article paying cost; when unit packing cost equals unit reimbursement cost, this shows that the firm degree of packing at this moment is just, and the damaged probability of packing is just, consequently can adjust the packaging consumables type that matches at present for the packaging consumables type that the firm degree of packing is unanimous, need not to adjust the packaging consumables type that matches at present promptly. Above-mentioned technical scheme, respectively with the corresponding packing consumables type of the firm degree of packing of the current adjustment of the packing consumables type that matches under the different situation, reached the effect of the accurate adjustment of packing consumables type from this.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a model generation method provided in the third embodiment of the present invention. The present embodiment is optimized based on the above technical solutions.
