In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
In the following description, specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. The invention can be implemented in a number of ways different from those described herein and similar generalizations can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the invention. The elastic hanging piece comprises a connecting plate, a positioning plate and an elastic connecting plate, wherein the connecting plate is fixedly connected with a target object, and one side of the connecting plate is connected with the positioning plate and the elastic connecting plate. One end of the elastic connecting plate is fixedly connected with the connecting plate, the bottom of the other end of the elastic connecting plate is connected with a pressing plate which inclines towards the target object, and the bottom of the elastic connecting plate is lower than the lower surface of the positioning plate. The elastic connecting plate is made of elastic materials, so that the elastic connecting plate can generate elastic deformation under the action of external force. The elastic connecting plate is arc-shaped and protrudes towards the upper surface of the positioning plate. Because the elastic connecting plate is arc-shaped, when the elastic connecting plate generates different elastic deformations, the elastic connecting plate can reach different lengths, so that even if certain errors occur in field installation, the use of the elastic hanging piece cannot be influenced, and the fault-tolerant rate of field installation is higher.
When the elastic hanging piece is used, the elastic hanging piece is fixedly connected with a target object through the connecting plate, and then the target object is pushed to move towards the direction of the section bar. When the bottom of one end of the elastic connecting plate is in contact with the section bar, the section bar applies upward thrust to the elastic connecting plate, so that the elastic connecting plate generates elastic deformation. After the bottom end of the elastic connecting plate is separated from the section bar, under the action of the elastic force of the elastic connecting plate, the bottom end of the elastic connecting plate applies thrust to the section bar in the direction of a target object to press the section bar on the target object, so that the connection between the section bar and the target object is realized. The elastic hanging piece can be connected with the section bar in a pushing mode and can also be connected with the section bar in a hanging or side-mounted mode which is commonly used at present. Firstly, fixedly connecting a target object with a connecting plate; then, the elastic hanging piece moves to a proper position on the section bar from top to bottom or from right, and the section bar is fixedly clamped between the elastic hanging piece and the target object by utilizing the elasticity of the elastic hanging piece, so that the connection between the section bar and the target object is realized. After the use is finished, the target object with the elastic hanging piece is pulled out according to the installation path or directly and transversely pulled out, and then the elastic hanging piece can be reused.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the elastic hanger in this embodiment includes a connecting plate 1, a positioning plate 2 and an elastic connecting plate 4, wherein the connecting plate 1 is provided with a connecting hole 5, and the connecting plate 1 is fixedly connected with an object through a connecting member in the connecting hole 5. One side of the connecting plate 1 is fixedly connected with two positioning plates 2 which are arranged at intervals, and the elastic connecting plate 4 is positioned between the two positioning plates 2. The positioning plate 2 is flat, the positioning plate 2 is vertically connected with the connecting plate 1, and when the elastic hanging piece is in contact with the section bar, the positioning plate 2 plays a role in positioning and supporting. In order to improve the supporting strength of the positioning plate 2, a reinforcing rib 3 is arranged between the connecting plate 1 and the positioning plate 2.
The elastic connecting plate 4 is made of elastic material, and can generate elastic deformation under the action of external force. Elastic connection board 4 includes arc 6 and elastic pressure plate 7, and arc 6 is protruding to the locating plate upper surface, one end of arc 6 and one side fixed connection of connecting plate 1, and the bottom of the 6 other ends of arc is equipped with the bending plate, and the bottom of bending plate and elastic pressure plate 7 are to the bottom fixed connection of target object direction slope to form the blank pressing in the bottom of arc. The pressing edge is lower than the lower surface of the positioning plate 2. In this embodiment, the connecting plate 1, the positioning plate 2, the arc-shaped plate 6, the bending edge and the pressing plate 7 are of an integrated structure. When the blank pressing at the bottom of the arc-shaped plate 6 is contacted with the sectional material, the elastic pressing plate 7 applies thrust to the sectional material in the direction of the target object, so that the compression effect between the sectional material and the target object is improved, and the connection between the sectional material and the target object is firmer.
The elastic hanging piece in this embodiment can be hung or side-mounted to connect the target object with the profile 10. As shown in fig. 5, first, the connection plate 1 is fixedly connected to the object by a connector. Then, the elastic hanging piece 9 with the target object is arranged at a certain position on the outer side of the section bar 10 in a sliding mode from top to bottom or from left to right, the target object is in contact with one side of the section bar, the bottom of the elastic hanging piece 9 is in contact with the other side of the section bar, pushing force towards the direction of the target object is applied to the section bar, and therefore the section bar 10 is clamped and fixed between the target object and the elastic hanging piece 9, and the connection between the section bar 10 and the target object is achieved.
The elastic suspension element also allows the connection of the object to the profile 10 by a simple transverse pushing. As shown in fig. 6, first, the connection plate 1 is fixedly connected to the object by a connector. Then, the elastic hanger 9 with the target object is horizontally pushed towards the direction of the section bar. When the pressing edge at the bottom of the elastic hanging piece 9 is pushed to be in contact with the section bar 10, the section bar 10 applies upward pushing force to the elastic hanging piece 9 through the pressing edge, so that the elastic hanging piece 9 generates elastic deformation. The elastic hanging piece 9 is continuously pushed, after the pressing edge leaves the section bar 10, under the elastic action of the elastic hanging piece 9, the pressing edge at the bottom of the elastic hanging piece 9 applies pushing force to the section bar 10 towards the target object, the section bar 10 is fastened between the elastic hanging piece 9 and the target object, and connection of the section bar 10 and the target object is achieved.
As shown in fig. 7, when the section bar 10 is fixed between the elastic hanging piece 9 and the target object, the elastic pressing plate 7 and the bending plate 8 at the bottom of the arc-shaped plate 6 exert a pushing force on the section bar 10, so that the connection between the section bar 10 and the target object is realized.
