The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, in particular to a wall surface dry hanging device and a construction method thereof.
Background
Wall surface dry hanging is a wall surface construction process which is popular gradually in recent years, and the wall surface is directly hung on a building through a hanging piece. The construction speed is high, laying cavities are avoided, and later-stage cracking of the plate is reduced. However, the existing hanging pieces do not have a uniform standard, hanging pieces produced by different manufacturers are different, the same hanging pieces as those used for installation are required to be used when the wall surface is replaced and maintained at the later stage, and the problem that the construction period is delayed due to waiting for accessories often occurs.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a wall surface dry hanging device and a construction method thereof, which can overcome the defects of the prior art and improve the universality of a hanging piece.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows.
A wall surface dry hanging device comprises a support, wherein a plurality of mounting grooves are fixed on the support, a wallboard is hung on each mounting groove through a connecting piece, a supporting frame is arranged in each mounting groove, elastic clamping pieces are respectively arranged at the top and the bottom of the inner side wall of each supporting frame through a plurality of supporting pins, a sliding rail is arranged on the outer side surface of each elastic clamping piece, a clamping seat in sliding clamping connection with the sliding rail is arranged at the top of each supporting pin, a through groove is arranged in the middle of each supporting frame and is positioned between the two elastic clamping pieces, a first fastening bolt penetrates through the through groove and is in threaded connection with a first threaded hole in the connecting piece, a nut is movably clamped in the through groove, a screw is in threaded connection with the nut, two supporting arms are symmetrically hinged on the side wall of the screw, a pressing roller is fixed at the free end of each supporting arm and is in compression connection with the elastic clamping pieces, a core column in threaded connection is arranged in the center of the screw, a rotating disc is axially connected with the core column at the bottom end, the turntable is connected with the supporting arm through a connecting rod in shaft connection, a plurality of threaded through holes are obliquely arranged at the edge of the mounting groove, second threaded holes in one-to-one correspondence with the threaded through holes are formed in the outer side of the supporting frame, and second fastening bolts are connected with the second threaded holes after passing through the threaded through holes.
Preferably, the support is connected with a backing plate through an adjusting bolt, the mounting groove is fixed on the backing plate through a third fastening bolt, and a gasket is arranged between the mounting groove and the backing plate.
Preferably, a rubber layer is provided inside the elastic clamping piece.
Preferably, hard supporting strips are fixed on two sides of the rubber layer, and arc-shaped parts are arranged on the top surface of the rubber layer.
A construction method of the wall surface dry hanging device comprises the following steps:
A. placing the connector within the support frame;
B. selecting a fixed position of the nut according to the shape of the connecting piece, rotating the screw to perform compression joint fixation on the nut, and selecting the core column to enable the compression roller to compress the elastic clamping piece on the surface of the connecting piece;
C. using a first fastening bolt to fix the connecting piece for the second time;
D. and fixing the mounting groove on the support, and fixing the wallboard and the connecting piece.
Preferably, at least one rotary screw is arranged between two adjacent first fastening bolts.
Adopt the beneficial effect that above-mentioned technical scheme brought to lie in: the support frame provided by the invention has a highly flexible fixing structure. Firstly, the screw can flexibly select a positioning position by utilizing the mounting mode that the nut slides in the through groove; secondly, the compression joint position and angle of the compression roller can be adjusted by moving the core column up and down, and the elastic deformation of the elastic clamping piece is matched, so that good compression joint matching with the compression joint surface of the connecting piece is realized; and thirdly, the first fastening bolt can be flexibly inserted and fixed according to the position of the threaded hole in the connecting piece, so that the connecting piece is stably fixed. Most of the commercially available types of connectors can be used, and if some types of connectors do not have suitable threaded holes, the connectors can be punched in situ before use. The surface of the elastic clamping piece is provided with a rubber layer for improving the compression joint stability with the connecting piece, and the hard supporting strip is used for improving the lateral support performance of the rubber layer. Through set up arc portion at the rubber layer top surface, can improve the area of contact of rubber layer and connecting piece when the rubber layer along with elasticity centre gripping piece deformation.

Detailed Description
The standard parts used in the invention can be purchased from the market, the special-shaped parts can be customized according to the description and the description of the attached drawings, and the specific connection mode of each part adopts the conventional means of mature bolts, rivets, welding, sticking and the like in the prior art, and the detailed description is not repeated.
Referring to fig. 1-4, a specific embodiment of the present invention includes a bracket 1, a plurality of mounting grooves 2 are fixed on the bracket 1, a wall plate 4 is hung on the mounting grooves 2 through a connecting member 3, a supporting frame 5 is installed in the mounting grooves 2, elastic clamping pieces 7 are respectively installed on the top and bottom of the inner side wall of the supporting frame 5 through a plurality of supporting pins 6, a sliding rail 8 is arranged on the outer side surface of the elastic clamping piece 7, a clamping seat 9 which is slidably clamped with the sliding rail 8 is arranged on the top of the supporting pin 6, a through groove 10 is arranged in the middle of the supporting frame 5, the through groove 10 is positioned between the two elastic clamping pieces 7, a first fastening bolt 12 is threaded with a first threaded hole 13 on the connecting member 3 after penetrating through the through groove 10, a nut 17 is movably clamped in the through groove 10, a screw 18 is in the nut 17, two supporting arms 19 are symmetrically hinged on the side wall of the screw 18, and a pressing roller 20 is fixed on the free end of the supporting arm 19, the compression roller 20 is in compression joint with the elastic clamping piece 7, the center of the screw rod 18 is provided with a core column 21 in threaded connection, the bottom end of the core column 21 is in shaft connection with the rotary table 11, the rotary table 11 is connected with the supporting arm 19 through a connecting rod 22 in shaft connection, the edge of the mounting groove 2 is obliquely provided with a plurality of threaded through holes 14, second threaded holes 15 in one-to-one correspondence with the threaded through holes 14 are formed in the outer side of the supporting frame 5, and the second fastening bolts 16 are connected with the second threaded holes 15 after passing through the threaded through holes 14. The support 1 is connected with a backing plate 24 through an adjusting bolt 23, the mounting groove 2 is fixed on the backing plate 24 through a third fastening bolt 25, and a gasket 26 is arranged between the mounting groove 2 and the backing plate 24. The inner side of the elastic clamping piece 7 is provided with a rubber layer 27. Hard support bars 28 are fixed on two sides of the rubber layer 27, and an arc-shaped part 29 is arranged on the top surface of the rubber layer 27.
The elastic grip piece 7 is provided with a slit 30, the slit 30 is parallel to the arc-shaped portion 29, and a hard insert 31 is fixed to the top surface of the rubber layer 27 so as to penetrate the slit 30. When the pressing roller 20 is pressed against the elastic clamping piece 7, the pressing roller 20 presses the hard insertion piece 31 downwards, so that the hard insertion piece 31 presses and supports the arc-shaped part 29 at the corresponding position, and the arc-shaped part 29 is stably contacted with the connecting piece 3.
A construction method of the wall surface dry hanging device comprises the following steps:
A. placing the connecting member 3 in the support frame 5;
B. selecting a fixing position of the nut 17 according to the shape of the connecting piece 3, rotating the screw 18 to press and fix the nut 17, and selecting the core column 21 to enable the pressing roller 20 to press and connect the elastic clamping piece 7 on the surface of the connecting piece 3;
C. the connecting piece 3 is secondarily fixed by using the first fastening bolt 12;
D. the mounting groove 2 is fixed on the bracket 1, and the wall plate 4 is fixed with the connecting piece 3.
At least one rotary screw 18 is arranged between two adjacent first fastening bolts 12.
Before the installation groove 2 is fixed, the heights of the backing plates 24 at different positions are changed through the adjusting bolts 23, so that the installation angle of the installation groove 2 can be finely adjusted. The gasket 26 can ensure that the installation groove 2 and the backing plate 24 are stably and fixedly connected under the condition of slight angle difference.
