two symmetrical vertical plates (21) are fixedly mounted at the bottom of the mounting plate (9), a second electric push rod (22) is fixedly mounted on the side face, close to each other, of each of the two vertical plates (21), a semi-cylindrical shell (25) is arranged at the output end of the second electric push rod (22), a second opening (26) and a third opening (27) are formed in the top and the bottom of the semi-cylindrical shell (25) respectively, and the bottom of the lifting plate (15) penetrates through the second opening (26) and extends into the semi-cylindrical shell (25);
