The method comprises the steps of taking a selected intersection as a center, enlarging a map according to a corresponding proportion, facilitating detection point operation, clicking an adding button to form a small rectangular frame, dragging the small rectangular frame to be long and wide, placing the small rectangular frame at a corresponding position of the map, selecting a road direction, selecting an entrance and an exit, filling a correct sequence, converting four rectangular points into coordinates on the map when submitting, clicking the map to generate one point at the corresponding position of the map by a left mouse button by a user, clicking the first generated point when drawing is completed to generate a closed graph, then selecting a road direction, selecting the entrance and the exit, filling the correct sequence, converting each corner point of the closed graph into the coordinates on the map when submitting, and transmitting the coordinates to a server in a character string mode.
The equipment with the sending and positioning functions is added and authorized to be managed on the GPS management interface, a person with certain authority can add the equipment in the system and authorize the equipment to a common user, the common user manages the police line under the equipment through the equipment, and all traffic police teams of the equipment cannot use the equipment for other people.
The user terminal can manage, apply, modify and delete the police lines of all the equipment of the user terminal, and adds the authority of examination and approval on the basis of the functions of the user terminal.
The guard route and special service route control of the invention comprises automatic control and manual control. The automatic control is that when the GPS positioning device triggers a detection point, the GPS positioning device, the guard line under the intersection and the passing intersection are displayed. And judging which warning line is according to the direction of the intersection and the exit, or driving away from the intersection and the warning line, and judging the driving-in intersection and possible warning lines according to the direction of the intersection and the entrance. When the vehicle enters the intersection, the lamp is not reddened, the guard line can be manually selected, and the function is locked.
The control system and the control method can be matched with the camera, and a guard route and a special service route are preset through the camera and are associated with the license plate number of the guard vehicle. When the camera identifies the license plate, a preset guard route and a special service route are executed, and the traffic light component is changed into a green light state.
Meanwhile, the control system and the control method can be networked with wireless 2.4G or 5.8G WiFi for signal transmission.
The user terminal is a mobile phone, a tablet personal computer or various high-precision terminals, is arranged on a guard vehicle or a special duty vehicle, and does not need to be separately provided with a battery for power supply.

A guard route and special service route control system is characterized by comprising a control terminal, a user terminal, a signal machine arranged at each intersection, a GPS positioning device arranged in a vehicle, a traffic light component arranged at each intersection and a plurality of detectors arranged at each intersection, each annunciator, each GPS positioning device, the user terminal and the control terminal are connected with each other through a network connecting component, each annunciator is connected with a traffic light component and a plurality of detectors of a corresponding intersection, the control terminal comprises a permission management module, a control end monitoring point configuration module, a GPS equipment management module, a guard route and special service route auditing module and a control end guard route and special service route control module, the user terminal comprises a user terminal monitoring point configuration module, a guard route and special service route management module and a user terminal guard route and special service route control module;
the authority management module is used for distributing a user terminal account, setting the authority of the account and managing the account;
the control end monitoring point configuration module is used for inputting and managing monitoring point information, performing monitoring point configuration on a road junction and outputting the configured monitoring point information to a corresponding detector;
the GPS equipment management module is used for inputting GPS positioning equipment information and distributing and managing the input GPS positioning equipment;
the guard route and special service route auditing module is used for receiving and auditing the guard route and special service route, sending the auditing result to the control end guard route and special service route control module or the user end guard route and special service route control module, and managing the checked guard route and special service route;
the control module of the guard line and the special service line of the control end is used for acquiring the information of the checked guard line and the special service line and acquiring GPS signals, and generating control information according to the acquired information of the checked guard line and the special service line and the acquired GPS signals and outputting the control information to the annunciator of the corresponding intersection;
the user side monitoring point configuration module is used for inputting and managing monitoring point information, performing monitoring point configuration on a road junction and outputting the configured monitoring point information to a corresponding detector;
the guard route and special service route management module is used for inputting a guard route and a special service route, transmitting the input guard route and special service route to the guard route and special service route auditing module, and managing the input guard route and special service route;
the user side guard route and special service route control module is used for acquiring the information of the checked guard route and special service route and acquiring GPS signals, and generating control information according to the acquired information of the checked guard route and special service route and the acquired GPS signals and outputting the control information to the annunciator of the corresponding intersection;
the annunciator arranged at each intersection is used for acquiring control information of a control end guard route and a special duty route control module or a user end guard route and a special duty route control module and outputting the acquired control information to the traffic light component of the corresponding intersection;
the GPS positioning equipment arranged in the vehicle is used for outputting GPS signals in real time;
the traffic light component arranged at each intersection is used for acquiring control information of a signal machine at the corresponding intersection and changing a display state according to the acquired control information;
the detectors arranged at each intersection are used for acquiring GPS signals and outputting the acquired GPS signals to the control end guard route and special duty route control module or the user end guard route and special duty route control module.

The system according to claim 1, wherein the network connection component comprises a traffic signal machine management and control platform server and a special duty management and control server, the signal machine and control terminal is connected with the traffic signal machine management and control platform server, the user terminal and the GPS positioning device are connected with the special duty management and control server, and the traffic signal machine management and control platform server and the special duty management and control server are connected through a network.

6. A control method of a guard route and special service route control system is characterized by comprising the following steps:

7. The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein in step 30, the guard route and the special service route are automatically generated after being approved.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the user terminal modifies the automatically generated routing scheme and sends the modified routing scheme to the control terminal for review in step 30.
9. The method as claimed in claim 8, wherein the guard and special service routes in steps 20 and 30 include at least a first guard route and a special service route and a second guard route and a special service route.
