Abstract

一种海水水泵水轮机活动导叶的腐蚀防护方法
技术领域
本发明涉及活动导叶腐蚀防护技术领域,具体涉及一种海水水泵水轮机活动导叶的腐蚀防护方法。
背景技术
海水水泵水轮机的活动导叶长期在海水中或处于盐雾弥漫的空气中服役,活动导叶的上、下轴颈设置两道封水密封,轴颈与自润滑轴瓦之间相对旋转,轴肩与顶盖、底环之间为小间隙旋转,轴肩部位极易发生缝隙腐蚀和电偶腐蚀。因此,海水的强烈腐蚀性使活动导叶的腐蚀防护成为机组安全稳定运行的关键因素。在海水的强烈腐蚀环境中,在轴肩涂油的传统方法,对于海水水泵水轮机的活动导叶来说已无法满足耐腐蚀性要求,具体表现为:活动导叶的下轴肩与座环、上轴肩与顶盖之间易发生缝隙腐蚀和电偶腐蚀,并且活动导叶的服役时间短。
因此,开发一种海水水泵水轮机活动导叶的新型腐蚀防护方法,使活动导叶能够在海水腐蚀环境中安全服役,成为目前行业内亟待解决的技术难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要解决传统防腐蚀方法中活动导叶的下轴肩与座环、上轴肩与顶盖之间易发生缝隙腐蚀和电偶腐蚀,并且活动导叶的服役时间短的问题,而提供一种海水水泵水轮机活动导叶的腐蚀防护方法。
一种海水水泵水轮机活动导叶的腐蚀防护方法,按以下步骤完成:
一、清理活动导叶的上轴肩和下轴肩的表面:将活动导叶的上轴肩和下轴肩的表面进行打磨,然后使用有机溶剂进行清洗,吹干,得到预处理后的活动导叶;
二、上轴肩电弧喷涂和下轴肩超音速火焰喷涂:将预处理后的活动导叶的上轴肩的表面采用电弧喷涂设备进行喷涂,形成NiCr涂层,NiCr涂层的厚度小于上轴肩与顶盖之间的距离;将下轴肩的表面采用超音速火焰喷涂设备进行喷涂,形成Cr2C3-25%NiCr涂层,Cr2C3-25%NiCr涂层的厚度小于下轴肩与座环之间的距离,完成海水水泵水轮机活动导叶的腐蚀防护。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明一种海水水泵水轮机活动导叶的腐蚀防护方法,通过在活动导叶的下轴肩部位形成超音速火焰喷涂涂层Cr2C3-25%NiCr,Cr2C3-25%NiCr涂层与下轴肩呈冶金结合,Cr2C3-25%NiCr涂层的厚度为230μm,孔隙率为0.051%,显微硬度为1200HV,结合强度为70MPa。在活动导叶的上轴肩部位形成电弧喷涂涂层NiCr,NiCr涂层与上轴肩呈机械结合,NiCr涂层的厚度为280μm,孔隙率为0.136%,显微硬度为308HV,结合强度为40MPa。Cr2C3-25%NiCr涂层和NiCr涂层较低的孔隙率表明涂层的致密性较好,能够有效阻止腐蚀介质通过涂层中的孔隙渗入涂层/基体截面,较高的硬度及结合强度表明涂层的耐磨损和耐冲刷性能较好,微观形貌中熔融粒子的扁平化较为充分,组织均匀致密,没有明显的空洞和缺陷,因此对基体有较好的屏蔽作用。传统涂油的方法中,涂油层被海水冲蚀后,单凭活动导叶材料本身无法抵挡上轴肩和下轴肩部位的缝隙腐蚀,因此Cr2C3-25%NiCr涂层和NiCr涂层替代传统涂油的方法,避免活动导叶的下轴肩与座环、上轴肩与顶盖之间发生缝隙腐蚀和电偶腐蚀。
(2)本发明操作方便,应用性强,效果显著,与传统涂油的方法相比,经本发明进行腐蚀防护的海水水泵水轮机活动导叶,缝隙腐蚀和电偶腐蚀的发生概率下降至少80%,活动导叶的服役时间延长5倍以上,证明本发明腐蚀防护方法更好地完成对活动导叶的腐蚀防护。
