Abstract

本发明涉及一种卫生巾，其包括：上部片材，由液体可渗透的有机纯棉形成；第一吸收片材，配置在所述上部片材的下部，由可吸收液体的有机纯棉形成；第二吸收片材，配置在所述第一吸收片材的下部，由可吸收液体的天然压缩纸浆形成；以及防水片材，配置在所述第二吸收片材的下部，具有透气性。

卫生巾
技术领域
本发明涉及卫生巾。
背景技术
大多数女性在生理期时使用片式卫生巾，该卫生巾由天然材料的压缩棉、固体物质以及包含它们并且加强吸收率和具有防漏功能的无纺布表面形成，附着在内裤内侧以吸收经血。
但是，卫生巾中使用了许多化学药品。卫生巾的经血吸收罩为聚乙烯类，卫生巾的棉内包含颗粒状化学品，即诸如聚丙烯酸酯的吸收凝胶。这种聚丙烯酸酯是由于价格低廉且容易制造而被广泛应用的化学物质，作为一次性卫生巾等的超强力吸收剂，每年消耗数十万吨，但是由于它无法生物降解且永久不腐烂，所以大量地废弃于填埋地而造成环境污染，并且发生由化学药品引起的皮肤溃烂、瘙痒等。
为了部分解决这些问题，在其上覆盖棉类，但是由于其本质上包含高吸收聚合物(Super Absorbent Polymer)，当长期使用时，会导致化学物质流入到女性体内等。

发明内容
技术问题
本发明的实施例旨在提供一种环保型卫生巾，其不使用高吸收树脂(SuperAbsorbent Polymer)，而是使用有机纯棉和天然压缩纸浆。
另外，旨在提供一种通过两张吸收片材提高吸收率以及吸收量的卫生巾。
另外，旨在提供一种使用有机纯棉以提高缓冲感和吸收率，并且使用天然压缩纸浆以增加吸收量的卫生巾。
另外，旨在提供一种使用通过无氯漂白工艺制造的天然压缩纸浆的卫生巾。
另外，旨在提供一种不使用粘合剂而使用只通过水和热进行压缩的天然压缩纸浆的卫生巾。
技术方案
根据本发明的一实施例，提供一种卫生巾，其包括：上部片材，由液体可渗透的有机纯棉形成；第一吸收片材，配置在所述上部片材的下部，由可吸收液体的有机纯棉形成；第二吸收片材，配置在所述第一吸收片材的下部，由可吸收液体的天然压缩纸浆形成；以及防水片材，配置在所述第二吸收片材的下部，具有透气性。
另外，提供一种卫生巾，所述第二吸收片材是通过无氯漂白工艺制造的。
另外，提供一种卫生巾，所述第二吸收片材是通过过氧化氢漂白工艺制造的。
另外，提供一种卫生巾，所述上部片材、所述第一吸收片材以及所述第二吸收片材分别包括在两侧沿着长度方向凸出形成的防漏凸起部。
另外，提供一种卫生巾，进一步包括长度调节部，该长度调节部配置在所述上部片材的上表面的后部，用于紧贴于使用者的臀部。
另外，提供一种卫生巾，所述长度调节部包括：罩部，其边缘可切开地与所述上部片材连接；以及吸收部，在所述罩部的内侧以多次折叠的状态配置，当展开折叠部分时，该折叠部分向所述上部片材的后方外侧展开。
另外，提供一种卫生巾，所述第一吸收片材包括凹部，所述第二吸收片材包括可***至所述凹部的凸部，所述第一吸收片材和所述第二吸收片材吸收液体，随着所述第一吸收片材和所述第二吸收片材的膨胀，所述凹部与所述凸部彼此紧贴。
发明效果
根据本发明的实施例，提供一种环保型卫生巾，其不使用高吸收树脂(SuperAbsorbent Polymer)，而是使用有机纯棉和天然压缩纸浆。
另外，可提供通过两张吸收片材提高了吸收率以及吸收量的卫生巾。
另外，可提供一种使用有机纯棉以提高缓冲感和吸收率，并且使用天然压缩纸浆以增加吸收量的卫生巾。
另外，可提供使用了通过无氯漂白工艺制造的天然压缩纸浆的卫生巾。
另外，可提供不使用粘合剂而使用只通过水和热进行压缩的天然压缩纸浆的卫生巾。

具体实施方式
以下，将参照附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。但这仅仅是示例，本发明不限于此。
对本发明进行说明时，如果认为对本发明和关联公知技术的具体说明有可能不必要地混淆本发明的宗旨，则省略其详细说明。并且，以下术语是考虑本发明的功能而定义的术语，该术语可以根据使用者的意图或惯例等而不同。因此，以本说明书全文内容为基础进行定义。
本发明的技术思想由权利要求书确定，以下的实施例仅是为了向本领域技术人员有效说明本发明的技术思想的方法。
图1以及图2是示出本发明的一实施例的卫生巾1的图。
参照图1以及图2，卫生巾1可包括上部片材10、第一吸收片材20、第二吸收片材30以及防水片材40。
上部片材10作为与使用者的皮肤接触的面，上部片材10可以由液体可渗透的有机纯棉形成。附图中虽未示出，但上部片材10可以形成有多个空气孔，以便液体(即，经血)被吸收到第一吸收片材20和第二吸收片材30。
有机纯棉是通过有机耕作，在三年以上未曾使用栽培一般棉时所使用的大量化肥和枯叶剂的健康土地中栽培的棉，对皮肤无刺激，且可以赋予柔和感。与使用了化肥和枯叶剂的棉不同，有机纯棉可以令人感受到干爽、柔软且无刺激的使用感。如此，上部片材10由纯棉罩形成，即使与使用者的皮肤接触，也不会对皮肤产生刺激。
第一吸收片材20可配置在上部片材10的下部，由可吸收液体的有机纯棉形成。第一吸收片材20作为在上部片材10之后最紧贴于皮肤的层，可以由有机纯棉形成，以免刺激使用者的皮肤。
由有机纯棉形成的第一吸收片材20的瞬间吸收力高，且具有缓冲感。第一吸收片材20可以以比上部片材10更厚的规定厚度形成。第一吸收片材20可以以能够吸收规定的液体量的厚度形成。
第二吸收片材30可配置在第一吸收片材20的下部，由可吸收液体的天然压缩纸浆形成。第二吸收片材30为不使用粘合剂而是只通过水和热进行压缩的天然压缩纸浆。
具体地，第二吸收片材30可以以天然压缩纸浆被压缩的形态形成。由天然压缩纸浆形成的第二吸收片材30本身的吸收量高，因此可弥补纯棉吸收量的不足。另外，第二吸收片材30的天然压缩纸浆可以是通过无氯漂白工艺制造的。作为一例，第二吸收片材30可以是通过过氧化氢漂白工艺制造的。
当通过过氧化氢漂白工艺制造时，过氧化氢漂白由于不与木质纤维素反应，可以减少在生产天然压缩纸浆时水的使用量。另外，与氯漂白不同，过氧化氢漂白可以减少洗涤后废水的排出。
如此，没有化学吸收体，而是将分别由有机纯棉和天然压缩纸浆形成的第一吸收片材20和第二吸收片材20配置成双重，以吸收经血，从而可以消除由化学吸收体引起的副作用，并通过以双重配置的第一吸收片材20和第二吸收片材30，增加吸收量。
防水片材40可配置在第二吸收片材30的下部，由具有透气性的防水材料形成。防水片材40可在最底部防止液体外漏。
图3是示出本发明的一实施例的卫生巾1形成有防漏凸起部50的图。
参照图3，卫生巾1可进一步包括防漏凸起部50。防漏凸起部50可分别在上部片材10、第一吸收片材20以及第二吸收片材30的两侧沿着长度方向凸出形成。
防漏凸起部50可以凸起状凸出，以防止经血向翼侧泄露。通过凸出形成防漏凸起部50，可与使用者的皮肤紧密接触。本发明的防漏凸起部50由有机纯棉形成，从而可以不刺激皮肤。
图4至图6是示出本发明一实施例的卫生巾1形成有长度调节部60的图。
参照图4至图6，卫生巾1可进一步包括长度调节部60。长度调节部60防止在使用者躺下的状态下经血泄露，或者能够延长卫生巾1的长度。
长度调节部60可配置在上部片材10的上表面的后部。长度调节部60配置在上部片材10的后部，能以越向后方越凸出的形态形成。
长度调节部60可包括罩部61和吸收部62。
罩部61的边缘可切开地与上部片材10连接。罩部61的内表面可以由防水面形成，并且与皮肤接触的外表面由规定厚度的有机纯棉形成。即，通过防水面，经血无法吸收到内侧，只能吸收于配置在外表面的有机纯棉。
吸收部62可以以能够延长卫生巾1的长度或者宽度的规定的长度和面积形成。吸收部62能够以折叠状态置于罩部61内部，或者当罩部61被切开时，能够暴露到外部并展开。
具体地，当罩部61处于没有从上部片材10切开且罩部61的边缘与上部片材10连接的状态时，吸收部62能以多次折叠的状态收纳在罩部61的内侧。在这种情况下，从卫生巾1的后部(臀部侧)凸出的长度调节部60能够与使用者的臀部紧贴。作为一例，当长度调节部60处于从上部片材凸出的状态时，与臀部更加紧贴，从而可以防止在使用者躺下的状态下经血泄露。
当罩部61从上部片材切开并脱离时，吸收部62的折叠部分可以在展开的同时，从上部片材10的上表面向后方外侧展开。当展开长度调节部60的吸收部62时，可以增加卫生巾1的长度或者增加长度和宽度。可根据吸收部62的长度或者宽度来确定卫生巾1增加的长度或者宽度。
如此，通过展开吸收部62，增加卫生巾1的大小，从而能够无需分别购买小型、中型、大型的卫生巾1，就可以根据需要来调节一种卫生巾1的尺寸后进行使用。
图7以及图8是示出本发明一实施例的卫生巾1的第一吸收片材20和第二吸收片材30的截面的图。
参照图7以及图8，第一吸收片材20的下表面可以形成有凹部21，第二吸收片材30的上表面可以形成有凸部31。
在第二吸收片材30的凸部31***至第一吸收片材20的凹部21的状态下，第一吸收片材20和第二吸收片材30可随着液体的吸收而发生膨胀。如图8所示，液体被第一吸收片材20和第二吸收片材30吸收，随着凹部21和凸部31的膨胀，凹部21与凸部31彼此紧贴。因此，能够增加第一吸收片材20与第二吸收片材30之间的固定力。
以上，通过代表性的实施例对本发明进行了详细说明，然而应当理解在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下，本领域技术人员能够对上述实施例进行各种变形。因此，本发明的权利范围不限于所说明的实施例，由所附的权利要求以及与权利要求等同的概念来确定。

Claims (7)

1.一种卫生巾，其特征在于，包括：
上部片材，由液体可渗透的有机纯棉形成；
第一吸收片材，配置在所述上部片材的下部，由可吸收液体的有机纯棉形成；
第二吸收片材，配置在所述第一吸收片材的下部，由可吸收液体的天然压缩纸浆形成；以及
防水片材，配置在所述第二吸收片材的下部，具有透气性。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卫生巾，其特征在于，
所述第二吸收片材是通过无氯漂白工艺制造的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的卫生巾，其特征在于，
所述第二吸收片材是通过过氧化氢漂白工艺制造的。
4.根据权利要求1所述的卫生巾，其特征在于，
所述上部片材、所述第一吸收片材以及所述第二吸收片材分别包括在两侧沿着长度方向凸出形成的防漏凸起部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的卫生巾，其特征在于，
进一步包括长度调节部，该长度调节部配置在所述上部片材的上表面的后部，且以越向后方越凸出的形态配置，用于紧贴于使用者的臀部。
6.根据权利要求5所述的卫生巾，其特征在于，
所述长度调节部包括：
罩部，其边缘可切开地与所述上部片材连接；以及
吸收部，在所述罩部的内侧以多次折叠的状态配置，当展开折叠部分时，该折叠部分向所述上部片材的后方外侧展开。
7.根据权利要求1所述的卫生巾，其特征在于，
所述第一吸收片材包括凹部，
所述第二吸收片材包括可***至所述凹部的凸部，
所述第一吸收片材和所述第二吸收片材吸收液体，随着所述第一吸收片材和所述第二吸收片材的膨胀，所述凹部与所述凸部彼此紧贴。
