s1: preparing the following raw materials in parts by weight:
75-80 parts of calcium hydroxide, 5-10 parts of calcium chloride, 20-30 parts of brown granulated sugar, 1-2 parts of xanthan gum, 125 parts of maltose, 10-15 parts of glutinous rice flour, 1-2 parts of a sweetening agent, 1-3 parts of natural essence and 15-30 parts of a tea selenium extract;
s2: weighing calcium hydroxide, calcium chloride, brown granulated sugar and xanthan gum according to the corresponding weight, uniformly mixing, adding water, and uniformly stirring to obtain an alkaline suspension;
s3: weighing maltose and glutinous rice flour with corresponding weight, heating with water bath until the maltose has certain fluidity, adding the glutinous rice flour, stirring thoroughly, placing in a pressure cooker, and steaming to obtain composite maltose syrup for use;
s4: heating the alkaline suspension to above 80 deg.C in boiling water bath, adding the composite maltose syrup at a temperature not lower than 90 deg.C, and stirring until all composite maltose syrups react completely to obtain raw bittern;
s5: weighing the sweetening agent, the natural essence and the tea selenium extract according to the corresponding weight, adding the sweetening agent, the natural essence and the tea selenium extract into the raw brine, and uniformly stirring to obtain finished brine;
s6: spreading the dry areca nuts on a clean areca nut marinating table, and adding the finished marinate into the abdomen of the dry areca nuts;
s7: and (5) airing the marinated areca nuts into slices and packaging.
And in the step S2, mixing the calcium hydroxide, the calcium chloride, the brown granulated sugar and the xanthan gum by using a dry powder mixing device for 20-40 min.

The temperature in the high-pressure cooker in the step S3 is 100-130 ℃, and the cooking time is 10-15 min.

the invention provides a preparation method of novel healthy areca nuts, and the brine prepared by the method can ensure that the brine is chewy, meanwhile, the brine cannot burn and grind, so that the damage to oral cavities is small, and meanwhile, the brine is well formed and has good properties; the problem of bittern return and whitening in betel nut brine can be well inhibited by adding a certain tea selenium extract, product properties are improved, the tea selenium extract has a certain antibacterial function, the betel nuts added with the tea selenium extract have unique flavor and good mouthfeel, and the phenomena of grinding and burning which are easy to occur in the process of chewing the betel nuts can be well improved.
Second embodiment:
based on the method for preparing the novel healthy betel nuts provided by the first embodiment of the present application, the second embodiment of the present application provides another method for preparing the novel healthy betel nuts. The second embodiment is merely a preferred way of the first embodiment, and the implementation of the second embodiment does not affect the implementation of the first embodiment alone.

Referring to fig. 2-3, the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the dry powder mixing device includes a base 1, a plurality of universal wheels 15 are installed on a top side of the base 1, a rotating base 2 is fixedly installed on the top side of the base 1, a tank 3 is rotatably connected to the rotating base 2, a feed inlet 13 is disposed on the top side of the tank 3, a discharge outlet 14 is disposed on a bottom side of the tank 3, a valve is disposed on the discharge outlet 14, a pillar 4 is fixedly installed on the top side of the base 1, a top plate 5 is fixedly installed on the top side of the pillar 4, an installation base 6 is installed on the top side of the top plate 5, a hydraulic cylinder 7 is installed on the installation base 6, a first fixing ring 8 is installed on an output shaft of the hydraulic cylinder 7, a steel wire rope 9 is connected to the first fixing ring 8, a second fixing ring, the other end of the steel wire rope 9 is connected with the second fixing ring 12.
First fixed pulley 10 is installed to the top side of roof 5, second fixed pulley 11 is installed to one side of roof 5, first fixed pulley 10 with second fixed pulley 11 all with wire rope 9 contacts.
The bottom side inner wall of the tank body 3 is designed to be an inclined plane, and the lowest part of the inclined plane is connected with the discharge hole 14.
When dry powder needs to be mixed, raw materials are added into the tank body 3 through the feeding hole 13, the hydraulic cylinder 7 is started, the output shaft of the hydraulic cylinder 7 drives the tank body 3 to swing up and down around the rotating seat 2 in a reciprocating mode through the steel wire rope 9, the raw materials in the tank body 3 are uniformly mixed, the raw materials are discharged through the discharging hole 14, and when the equipment is not used, the rotating roller 19 is lifted through the hydraulic lifting equipment 17 to support the tank body 3 in a propping mode.

Claims (10)
1. The preparation method of the novel healthy areca nuts is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: preparing the following raw materials in parts by weight:
75-80 parts of calcium hydroxide, 5-10 parts of calcium chloride, 20-30 parts of brown granulated sugar, 1-2 parts of xanthan gum, 125 parts of maltose, 10-15 parts of glutinous rice flour, 1-2 parts of a sweetening agent, 1-3 parts of natural essence and 15-30 parts of a tea selenium extract;
s2: weighing calcium hydroxide, calcium chloride, brown granulated sugar and xanthan gum according to the corresponding weight, uniformly mixing, adding water, and uniformly stirring to obtain an alkaline suspension;
s3: weighing maltose and glutinous rice flour with corresponding weight, heating with water bath until the maltose has certain fluidity, adding the glutinous rice flour, stirring thoroughly, placing in a pressure cooker, and steaming to obtain composite maltose syrup for use;
s4: heating the alkaline suspension to above 80 deg.C in boiling water bath, adding the composite maltose syrup at a temperature not lower than 90 deg.C, and stirring until all composite maltose syrups react completely to obtain raw bittern;
s5: weighing the sweetening agent, the natural essence and the tea selenium extract according to the corresponding weight, adding the sweetening agent, the natural essence and the tea selenium extract into the raw brine, and uniformly stirring to obtain finished brine;
s6: spreading the dry areca nuts on a clean areca nut marinating table, and adding the finished marinate into the abdomen of the dry areca nuts;
s7: and (5) airing the marinated areca nuts into slices and packaging.
2. The method for preparing new healthy betel nut as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step S2 is performed by mixing calcium hydroxide, calcium chloride, brown sugar and xanthan gum with a dry powder mixing device for 20-40 min.
3. The method for preparing healthy betel nut as claimed in claim 1, wherein the amount of water added in step S2 is 150-200 parts by weight.
4. The method for preparing healthy betel nut as claimed in claim 1, wherein the temperature in the autoclave in step S3 is 100-130 ℃, and the cooking time is 10-15 min.
5. The method for preparing new healthy betel nut as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step S4 is performed by stirring with a high speed stirrer at a speed of 2000r/min for 5-10 min.

The method for preparing the novel healthy betel nut as claimed in claim 2, wherein the dry powder mixing device comprises a base, a plurality of universal wheels are installed on the top side of the base, a rotating seat is fixedly installed on the top side of the base, a tank body is connected to the rotating seat in a rotating mode, a feeding port is formed in the top side of the tank body, a discharging port is formed in the bottom side of the tank body, a valve is arranged on the discharging port, a supporting column is fixedly installed on the top side of the base, a top plate is fixedly installed on the top side of the supporting column, an installation seat is installed on the top side of the top plate, a hydraulic cylinder is installed on the installation seat, a first fixing ring is installed on an output shaft of the hydraulic cylinder, a steel wire rope is connected to the first fixing ring, a second fixing ring is.
