Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cigarette paper, in particular to cigarette paper for improving the storage appearance of heated cigarettes and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
With the development of modern technology, the continuous enhancement of the cigarette control force of governments of all countries in the world and the continuous attention of people on self health, the continuous change of the product structure of the tobacco market in the world, the heated cigarette is gradually developed into a substitute of the traditional cigarette. The cigarette is heated in a non-combustion mode, and the cigarette atomizing agent is heated in an electric, carbon, chemical and other modes to generate smoke containing nicotine, fragrance and other components, so that the consumption experience similar to that of the traditional cigarette is achieved; compared with the traditional cigarette, the heating cigarette greatly reduces the harmful components.
The heated cigarette mainly generates smoke similar to cigarette combustion by heating to cause the atomization of volatile substances such as glycerin, propylene glycol, glycerol and the like, so that the smoking experience of the traditional cigarette is brought to consumers; therefore, the heating cigarette core material contains a large amount of volatile substances such as glycerol, propylene glycol and the like, when the heating cigarette is stored, the glycerol, the propylene glycol, the glycerol, the water, the essence, the spice, the colored substances and the like in the core material easily permeate to the surface of cigarette paper, so that the appearance of the heating cigarette is yellow, and yellow spots are generated to directly influence the visual impact of consumers, and the purchasing enthusiasm of the consumers is reduced.
The application of the colored cigarette paper to heating of cigarette core materials is only rarely reported at present, and compared with the traditional white cigarette paper, the colored cigarette paper has high added value and requires advanced technology and equipment; colored cigarette paper is more susceptible to the macula, reducing consumer desire to purchase.
At present, aiming at the problem of yellow spots in the storage appearance of the traditional white cigarette, a waterproof agent and an oil-proof agent are generally added into cigarette paper; or a metal layer and a water-proof and oil-proof layer are added into the cigarette paper to prevent permeation, but the effect is not obvious and the smoking is influenced, for example, Chinese patent (CN110973694A) discloses a cigarette for preventing the substance in the smoking medium from permeating and diffusing and a preparation method thereof, and the metal layer and the water-proof and oil-proof layer are adopted to prevent permeation.
