Fig. 4 is a flowchart of an information processing method according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 4, the information processing method is interactively executed by a terminal and a server, and comprises the following steps:
401. the terminal acquires target identity information of an inoculation object to be inoculated with the target vaccine.
In a possible implementation manner, before the target vaccine is inoculated to the inoculated object, the identity document needs to be presented to check the adaptation degree of the inoculated object to the target vaccine, and the terminal obtains the target identity information of the inoculated object by identifying the identity document of the inoculated object.
The identity document is a valid identity document of the inoculated object, for example, the identity document is a resident identity card, a passport, a driving license, or the like, and the type of the identity document is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. The target identity information is used for identifying the identity of the inoculated object, and the target identity information comprises a card number of a valid identity document of the inoculated object, for example, the target identity information comprises an identity card number or a passport number. The terminal has a function of identifying the identity document, for example, the terminal reads the document number of the identity document through an NFC (Near Field Communication) technology to obtain target identity information; or, the terminal reads the card number of the identity document through the radio frequency technology to obtain the target identity information, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
According to the technical scheme, the identity information of the inoculated object is obtained by identifying the identity document, and the accuracy of obtaining the identity information is improved.
In another possible implementation manner, before the target vaccine is inoculated, the inoculation object also reserves the inoculation of the target vaccine through a user terminal of the inoculation object, and when the reservation is successful, a graphic code is obtained, wherein the graphic code is used for indicating that the inoculation object has successfully reserved the inoculation of the target vaccine, and the graphic code at least comprises the target identity information of the inoculation object. The vaccination object can show the graphic code through the user terminal to cooperate with checking the adaptation degree of the vaccination object to the target vaccine, and the terminal obtains the target identity information of the vaccination object by scanning the graphic code of the vaccination object. In some embodiments, the graphic code is a two-dimensional code. The user terminal displays the graphic code of the inoculation object, the terminal scans the graphic code displayed by the user terminal and analyzes the graphic code to obtain the target identity information of the inoculation object.
According to the technical scheme, the method and the device support scanning of the graphic code of the inoculation object to acquire the identity information of the inoculation object, and improve the flexibility and convenience of acquiring the identity information.
402. And the terminal sends an information feedback request to the server, wherein the information feedback request comprises the target identity information of the inoculated object.
After acquiring the target identity information of the inoculated object, the terminal sends an information feedback request comprising the target identity information to the server so as to indicate the server to determine the adaptation degree of the inoculated object to the target vaccine based on the target identity information.

Wherein the target health status information is the health status information of the vaccination object and is used for representing the health status of the vaccination object. The target health status information comprises at least information related to the target vaccination, for example, the target health status information comprises at least one of allergen information, a current body temperature of the vaccinated subject, a biological sample detection result, a first historical vaccination record of vaccines of the vaccinated subject other than the target vaccine, a second historical vaccination record of the target vaccine of the vaccinated subject, a medical record, and medical observation information. Wherein the allergen information comprises information on a substance that causes an allergic reaction in the vaccinated subject. The biological sample detection result is used for indicating whether the inoculated object carries the target virus prevented and immunized by the target vaccine. The medical record of the disease comprises the record of the disease of the inoculated object. The medical viewing information is used to indicate a medical viewing state in which the vaccinated subject is located, e.g. the medical viewing information comprises an isolated state or a de-isolated state.
In one possible implementation, the server interfaces with a first health information base of the medical server, and obtains target health status information associated with the target identity information from the first health information base, and accordingly, the step 403 includes: the server responds to the received information feedback request comprising the target identity information, and inquires target health state information related to the target identity information from a first health information base stored by the medical server. The medical server comprises an information storage server of a medical information sharing platform; alternatively, the medical server includes information storage servers of a plurality of medical institutions, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
According to the technical scheme, the health state information of the inoculated object is acquired from the medical server by docking the medical server, so that the reliability and the accuracy of the acquired health state information are improved.
In some embodiments, the first health information base stores identity information and health status information in association, the server sends target identity information of the vaccination object to the medical server, so that the medical server returns target health status information associated with the target identity information, and accordingly, the step of querying the target health status information associated with the target identity information from the first health information base stored by the medical server in response to receiving an information feedback request including the target identity information by the server comprises: the server responds to a received information feedback request comprising target identity information and sends a first acquisition request carrying the target identity information to the medical server, and the medical server responds to the received first acquisition request and inquires target health state information related to the target identity information from a first health information base; the medical server returns the target health status information to the server; the server receives the target health status information returned by the medical server. The first acquisition request is used for instructing the medical server to inquire target health state information associated with the target identity information from the first health information base and return the target health state information.
According to the technical scheme, under the condition that the identity information and the health state information are stored in the medical server in an associated mode, the target health state information which is returned by the medical server and is associated with the target identity information can be obtained by sending the target identity information to the medical server, and the health state information obtaining efficiency is high.
In some embodiments, the first health information repository stores medical identification and health status information in association. The medical identity identifier identifies the identity of the medical subject during the medical procedure, for example, the medical identity identifier is a card number of a medical insurance card of the medical subject or a card number of a medical treatment card of the medical subject, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
The server locally stores a medical information base which comprises the associated identity information and medical identity. The server can inquire the medical identity associated with the target identity information from the local storage, and acquire the target health state information associated with the medical identity from the first health information base through the medical identity. Correspondingly, the step of querying the target health status information associated with the target identity information from the first health information base stored by the medical server by the server in response to receiving the information feedback request including the target identity information includes: the server responds to the received information feedback request comprising the target identity information, and inquires a medical identity mark associated with the target identity information from a locally stored medical information library; the server sends a second acquisition request carrying the medical identity to the medical server; the medical server responds to the second acquisition request, inquires target health state information associated with the medical identity from the first health information base, and returns the target health state information to the server; the server receives the target health status information returned by the medical server. The second acquisition request is used for instructing the medical server to inquire target health state information associated with the medical identity from the first health information base and return the target health state information.
According to the technical scheme, under the condition that the medical identity and the health state information are stored in the medical server in an associated mode, the server can also acquire the medical identity associated with the target identity from the local storage, and then the medical identity is sent to the medical server to acquire the target health state information which is returned by the medical server and is associated with the medical identity, so that the acquisition range of the health state information is expanded, the required health state information can be fully acquired, the inoculation feedback information is determined based on the more sufficient health state information, and the accuracy of the inoculation feedback information can be further improved.
It should be noted that the identity information and the medical identity in the medical information base stored locally by the server are uploaded by the user terminal of the vaccination object. For example, when the vaccination target is reserved to be vaccinated through the user terminal, the medical identity of the vaccination target is input according to the prompt in the interface displayed by the user terminal; the user terminal sends the identity information of the inoculated object and the medical identity input by the inoculated object to a server; and the server responds to the received identity information of the inoculated object and the medical identity of the inoculated object, and stores the identity information and the medical identity in a medical information base in an associated manner. Or, the identity information and the medical identity in the medical information library locally stored by the server are obtained from the medical information sharing platform, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In another possible implementation manner, a second health information base locally stored by the server includes the associated identity information and health status information, and the server obtains target health status information associated with the target identity information from the second health information base, and accordingly, the step 403 includes: the server responds to the received information feedback request comprising the target identity information, and inquires target health state information related to the target identity information from a second health information base stored locally.
According to the technical scheme, the target health state information related to the target identity information is inquired from the local storage, and the acquisition efficiency of the health state information is improved.
In some embodiments, the identity information and the health status information in the second health information base stored locally by the server are uploaded by the user terminal of the vaccinated subject. For example, when the vaccination target is reserved to be vaccinated through the user terminal, the health status information of the vaccination target is input according to the prompt in the interface displayed by the user terminal; the user terminal sends the identity information of the inoculated object and the health state information input by the inoculated object to a server; and the server responds to the received identity information of the vaccination object and the health state information of the vaccination object, and stores the identity information and the health state information in a second health information base in an associated mode.
In some embodiments, in a large-scale vaccination process, multiple vaccination areas are divided, and the vaccinated population is vaccinated in order by area division. Wherein, for any vaccination area, the vaccination objects located in the geographical position in the vaccination area belong to the vaccination area. Before the vaccination work of a vaccination area is started, the server acquires the health state information of the vaccination object belonging to the vaccination area from the medical server in advance and stores the health state information in a local second health information base. Correspondingly, before the server responds to the received information feedback request including the target identity information and inquires the target health state information associated with the target identity information from the second health information base stored locally, the following steps 1 to 2 are also executed:
step 1, a server acquires identity information of a plurality of vaccination objects belonging to a target vaccination area.
Wherein the target vaccination area is the vaccination area where the terminal is currently located. The terminal is used for assisting in verifying the adaptation degree of the target vaccine to the vaccination object belonging to the target vaccination area, and before the terminal starts to assist in verifying the adaptation degree of the target vaccine to the vaccination object, the terminal is also bound with the target vaccination area and sends binding information to the server, wherein the binding information comprises the target vaccination area; the server starts to perform the step of acquiring the identity information of the plurality of vaccination subjects belonging to the target vaccination area in response to receiving the binding information.
The server locally stores the incidence relation between the target vaccination area and the identity information of the plurality of vaccination objects, and the server acquires the identity information of the plurality of vaccination objects belonging to the target vaccination area according to the stored incidence relation. The server stores the incidence relation between the vaccination area and the identity information of the plurality of vaccination objects based on the identity information and the vaccination area uploaded by the user terminals of the plurality of vaccination objects. For example, when a target vaccine is scheduled to be inoculated by a user terminal of the target vaccine, the target vaccine inoculation area is selected by the vaccination object according to a prompt in an interface displayed by the user terminal; the user terminal sends the identity information of the vaccination object and the selected vaccination area of the vaccination object to a server; and the server responds to the received identity information of the vaccination object and the selected vaccination area of the vaccination object, inquires the vaccination area from a local storage, and creates an association relation between the identity information of the vaccination object and the vaccination area.
Step 2, for any one of the obtained plurality of identity information, the server inquires health state information associated with the identity information from the first health information base; and storing the identity information and the inquired health state information in a second health information base in an associated mode.
The process of the server querying the health status information associated with the identity information from the first health information base is the same as the process of the server querying the target health status information associated with the target identity information from the first health information base stored by the medical server, and is not repeated herein.
According to the technical scheme, aiming at the vaccination area to be subjected to vaccination work, the health state information related to the identity information belonging to the vaccination area is obtained from the medical server in advance and stored locally, and after the vaccination work of the vaccination area is carried out, the health state information can be directly obtained from the local storage, so that the obtaining efficiency of the health state information is improved.
In some embodiments, the health status information includes the current body temperature of the vaccinated subject, the current body temperature of the vaccinated subject is stored in a second health information base locally stored by the server in association with the identity information of the vaccinated subject, and the server queries the current body temperature associated with the identity information of the vaccinated subject from the second health information base locally stored. In some embodiments, the current body temperature of the vaccinated subject is uploaded by a temperature measuring device connected with a server, the temperature measuring device is located at an entrance position of a vaccination site, and the temperature measuring device is used for collecting a face image of the vaccinated subject and the current body temperature of the vaccinated subject for the same vaccinated subject; sending the face image of the inoculated object and the current body temperature of the inoculated object to a server; the server responds to the received face image and the current body temperature sent by the temperature measuring equipment, and identifies the face image to obtain identity information corresponding to the face image; and storing the identity information corresponding to the face image and the current body temperature in a second health information base in an associated manner.
It should be noted that, if the target health status information includes a plurality of items of information, and the plurality of items of information are respectively stored in the second health information base locally stored by the server and the first health information base stored by the medical server, the server obtains the plurality of items of information included in the target health status information by two ways of obtaining from the second health information base locally stored and obtaining from the first health information base stored by the medical server.
For example, the target health status information includes allergen information, a biological sample detection result, a first historical vaccination record of vaccines other than the target vaccine, a second historical vaccination record of the target vaccine, a disease diagnosis record and medical observation information, in some embodiments, the medical server includes an information storage server of a medical information sharing platform, and the allergen information, the biological sample detection result, the first historical vaccination record of vaccines other than the target vaccine, the second historical vaccination record of the target vaccine, the disease diagnosis record and the medical observation information are stored in a first health information base stored by the medical server, and then the server obtains the information from the first health information base stored by the medical server.
In some embodiments, the medical server includes information storage servers of a plurality of medical institutions, allergen information, biological sample detection results, first historic vaccination records of vaccines other than the target vaccine, second historic vaccination records of the target vaccine, medical treatment records, and medical observation information are respectively stored in first health information bases of the information storage servers of the plurality of medical institutions included in the medical server, for example, the allergen information, the first historic vaccination records of vaccines other than the target vaccine, the second historic vaccination records of the target vaccine, and the medical treatment records are stored in first health information bases of the information storage servers of hospitals, the biological sample detection results are stored in first health information bases of the information storage servers of the medical detection institutions, the medical observation information is stored in first health information bases of the information storage servers of the medical observation management department, the server obtains the information from the first health information base of the information storage server of each medical institution.
404. The server determines vaccination feedback information that matches the target health status information.
In one possible implementation, if the target health status information does not satisfy a plurality of disabling conditions in the set of disabling conditions, it is determined that the vaccination feedback information includes first feedback information indicating that the vaccination of the vaccinated subject is allowed, that is, it is determined that the vaccinated subject is suitable for vaccination with the target vaccine. Accordingly, the step 404 includes: the server determines that vaccination feedback information matched with the target health state information comprises first feedback information in response to the target health state information not meeting a plurality of forbidding conditions in the forbidding condition set, wherein the first feedback information is used for indicating that the vaccination object is allowed to be vaccinated with the target vaccine.
Wherein the forbidden condition is a condition that the target vaccine cannot be inoculated to the inoculated object. In some embodiments, the set of disabling conditions includes a first disabling condition, where the first disabling condition is used to indicate that the component of the target vaccine may cause the vaccination subject to generate an allergic reaction, and the first disabling condition is that the component of the target vaccine is included in the allergen information included in the target health status information, and accordingly, the condition that the target health status information does not satisfy the first disabling condition means that the component of the target vaccine is not included in the allergen information included in the target health status information.
In some embodiments, the set of disabling conditions includes a second disabling condition, where the second disabling condition is that the current body temperature of the vaccinated subject is greater than a body temperature threshold, where the body temperature threshold is configurable according to medical knowledge, for example, the body temperature threshold is 37.5 degrees celsius, and accordingly, the target health status information not meeting the second disabling condition means that the current body temperature included in the target health status information is less than or equal to the body temperature threshold.
In some embodiments, the set of disabling conditions includes a third disabling condition, where the third disabling condition is used to indicate that the target virus is carried by the vaccination subject, and the third disabling condition is that the biological sample detection result of the vaccination subject is used to indicate that the target virus is carried by the vaccination subject, and accordingly, the target health status information that does not satisfy the third disabling condition means that the biological sample detection result included in the target health status information is used to indicate that the vaccination subject does not carry the target virus.
In some embodiments, the set of disabling conditions includes a fourth disabling condition, where the fourth disabling condition is used to indicate that the vaccination object has been recently vaccinated with a conflicting vaccine, the conflicting vaccine is a vaccine that cannot be vaccinated within the same time period as the target vaccine, and the fourth disabling condition is that a difference between a vaccination time of the conflicting vaccine and a vaccination time of the target vaccine is less than or equal to a conflict time period. The conflict duration may be configured according to medical knowledge, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In some embodiments, the target vaccine needs to be inoculated by two doses, and in the case that the inoculated subject is inoculated by a second dose of the target vaccine, the set of disabling conditions includes a fifth disabling condition, where the fifth disabling condition is used to indicate that a target adverse reaction is generated after the first dose of the target vaccine is inoculated, and the fifth disabling condition is that the target adverse reaction is included in the second historical inoculation record, and accordingly, the target health state information failing to satisfy the fifth disabling condition means that the target adverse reaction is not included in the second historical inoculation record included in the target health state information. The target adverse reaction is a serious adverse reaction, and can be configured according to medical knowledge, which is not limited in the embodiment of the application.
In some embodiments, the set of disabling conditions includes a sixth disabling condition, where the sixth disabling condition is used to indicate that the vaccination object has the first target disease that conflicts with the vaccination of the target vaccine, and the sixth disabling condition is that the target health status information includes a disease diagnosis record that includes the first target disease, and accordingly, the target health status information that does not satisfy the sixth disabling condition means that the target health status information includes a disease diagnosis record that does not include the first target disease. The vaccinated subjects with the first target disease can generate serious adverse reactions if vaccinated with the target vaccine, and the first target disease can be configured according to medical knowledge, which is not limited in the examples of the present application.
In some embodiments, the set of disabling conditions includes a seventh disabling condition, the seventh disabling condition is that the vaccination object is in the isolated observation state, and accordingly, the target health status information not satisfying the seventh disabling condition means that the medical observation information included in the target health status information includes the isolated state being released.
If the set of disabling conditions includes the seven disabling conditions, the server determines that the inoculation feedback information includes the first feedback information if the target health status information does not satisfy the seven disabling conditions at the same time.
In another possible implementation manner, if the target health status information satisfies any disabling condition in the set of disabling conditions, it is determined that the vaccination feedback information includes second feedback information indicating that the vaccination of the vaccinated subject is not allowed, that is, it is determined that the vaccinated subject is not suitable for vaccination of the target vaccine. Accordingly, the step 404 includes: the server determines that vaccination feedback information matched with the target health state information comprises second feedback information in response to the target health state information meeting any one of the set of disabling conditions, wherein the second feedback information is used for indicating that the vaccination object is not allowed to be vaccinated with the target vaccine.
In some embodiments, the set of disabling conditions includes a first disabling condition, and the target health status information meeting the first disabling condition means that the target health status information includes allergen information including components of the vaccine of interest.
In some embodiments, the set of disabling conditions includes a second disabling condition, and the target health status information meeting the second disabling condition means that the target health status information includes a current body temperature greater than the body temperature threshold.
In some embodiments, the set of disabling conditions includes a third disabling condition, and the target health status information meeting the third disabling condition means that the target health status information includes a biological sample detection result indicating that the vaccinated subject carries the target virus.
In some embodiments, the set of disabling conditions includes a fourth disabling condition, and the target health status information meeting the fourth disabling condition means that the target health status information includes a first historical vaccination record including a conflicting vaccine whose vaccination time differs from a current time by less than or equal to a length of the conflict.
In some embodiments, the target vaccine is required to be inoculated by two doses, and in the case that the inoculated subject is inoculated by a second dose of the target vaccine, the set of disabling conditions includes a fifth disabling condition, and the target health status information satisfying the fifth disabling condition means that the target adverse reaction is included in the second historical inoculation record included in the target health status information.
In some embodiments, the set of disabling conditions includes a sixth disabling condition, and the target health status information satisfying the sixth disabling condition means that the first target disease is included in the medical record included in the target health status information.
In some embodiments, the set of disabling conditions includes a seventh disabling condition, and the target health status information satisfying the seventh disabling condition means that the medical observation information included in the target health status information includes an isolated state.
If the set of disabling conditions includes the seven disabling conditions, the server determines that the vaccination feedback information includes the second feedback information as long as the target health status information satisfies one of the disabling conditions.
According to the technical scheme, the target vaccine is determined to be allowed to be inoculated to the inoculated object under the condition that the target health state information does not meet a plurality of forbidden conditions, the target vaccine is determined not to be allowed to be inoculated to the inoculated object as long as the target health state information does not meet one of the forbidden conditions, the target vaccine can be inoculated to the inoculated object when the physical condition of the inoculated object is suitable for inoculating the target vaccine, the target vaccine is not inoculated to the inoculated object when the physical condition of the inoculated object is not suitable for inoculating the target vaccine, and the safety of vaccination is improved.
In some embodiments, if the server determines that the vaccination feedback information includes the second feedback information, it also determines a reason for forbidding vaccination, where the reason for forbidding vaccination is used to indicate a reason for not allowing the vaccination of the vaccination target object. The step of the server determining the reason for forbidding inoculation comprises the following steps: the server responds to the target health state information not meeting any disabling condition, and determines the reason for forbidding inoculation based on the disabling condition. For example, the server determines that the vaccinogen is contraindicated as being allergic to a component of the target vaccine in response to the target health status information not satisfying the first disabling condition.
It should be noted that, after determining that the target health state information does not satisfy the multiple disabling conditions, the server further determines whether the target health state information satisfies a cautious condition in the cautious condition set, and determines that the vaccination object needs to vaccinate the target vaccine cautious under the condition that the target health state information satisfies any cautious condition in the cautious condition set, that is, in response to that the target health state information does not satisfy the multiple disabling conditions and the target health state information satisfies any cautious condition in the cautious condition set, the server determines that the vaccination feedback information matched with the target health state information includes the first feedback information and the third feedback information; wherein the third feedback information is used for indicating that the target vaccine needs to be inoculated by the inoculation object carefully. In some embodiments, the server determines that the vaccination feedback information comprises the first feedback information in response to the target health status information not satisfying the plurality of disabling conditions and the target health status information not satisfying the plurality of cautionary conditions of the set of cautionary conditions.
Among them, the conditions for careful use are conditions that restrict the target vaccine from being carefully inoculated to the subject to be inoculated. For example, the cautionary condition is used to indicate that the target to be inoculated has a second target disease, the cautionary condition is that the medical record of the disease included in the target health status information includes the second target disease, and the target health status information satisfying the cautionary condition means that the medical record of the disease included in the target health status information includes the second target disease. The probability that the vaccinated subject with the second target disease produces adverse reaction after being vaccinated with the target vaccine is high, and the second target disease can be configured according to medical knowledge, which is not limited in the embodiment of the application.
According to the technical scheme, whether the target vaccine should be inoculated to the inoculated object with caution is determined based on the condition of caution, and the inoculation feedback information also comprises the third feedback information under the condition that the target vaccine should be inoculated to the inoculated object with caution, so that the target vaccine should be inoculated to the inoculated object with caution can be prompted through the third feedback information, and the safety of vaccination is further improved.
In some embodiments, if the server determines that the vaccination feedback information further includes the third feedback information, it also determines a reason for deliberate vaccination, which is used to indicate a reason for the vaccinated subject to be vaccinated with the target vaccine with caution. The server determining the reason for deliberate inoculation comprises the following steps: the server determines a cautious inoculation reason based on the cautious condition in response to the target health status information not satisfying any cautious condition. For example, the disease diagnosis and treatment record including the cautionary condition as the target health state information includes a second target disease, and the server determines the cautionary inoculation reason as having the second target disease in response to the target health state information not satisfying the cautionary condition.
In some embodiments, if the server determines that the vaccination feedback information further includes the third feedback information, it also determines vaccination caution information, where the vaccination caution information is used to indicate a caution item for the vaccination of the vaccination target object. The step of the server determining the deliberate inoculation information comprises the following steps: the server responds to the target health state information not meeting any cautious condition, and obtains cautious inoculation information related to the cautious condition. In some embodiments, the server stores the cautious conditions and the cautious inoculation information in a local association, and the server retrieves the cautious inoculation information associated with the cautious conditions from the local storage. In some embodiments, if the cautious condition is used to indicate that the vaccination subject has a second target disease, the server queries the cautious vaccination information associated with the second target disease and the target vaccine from the medical knowledge base.
405. And the server sends the inoculation feedback information to the terminal.
In one possible implementation manner, the server sends the first feedback information to the terminal. In another possible implementation manner, the server sends the second feedback information to the terminal. In some embodiments, the terminal receives at least one of the reason for deliberate vaccination and the information for attention to vaccination while receiving the first feedback information and the third feedback information, and accordingly, the terminal outputs at least one of the reason for deliberate vaccination and the information for attention to vaccination while outputting the first feedback information and the third feedback information, so as to assist the staff to confirm whether the vaccination of the target vaccine is allowed for the vaccination object, and in case of confirming that the vaccination of the target vaccine is allowed for the vaccination object, the target vaccine is vaccinated for the vaccination object according to the indication of the information for attention to vaccination, so as to ensure the safety of vaccination.
In some embodiments, the terminal displays the vaccination feedback information in text form. For example, the terminal displays the first feedback information in a text of "inoculation is suggested", the second feedback information in a text of "inoculation is not suggested", and the third feedback information in a text of "inoculation please". The staff can conduct corresponding guidance on the inoculation object by checking the inoculation feedback information. If the terminal displays the first feedback information, the staff guides the vaccination object to carry out vaccination; if the terminal displays the second feedback information, the staff guides the vaccination object to withdraw from the vaccination site; and if the terminal displays the first feedback information and the third feedback information, the staff guides the vaccination object to carry out vaccination under the condition that the benefit of the vaccination is greater than the risk of abnormal reaction, and guides the vaccination object to withdraw from the vaccination site under the condition that the benefit of the vaccination is not greater than the risk of abnormal reaction.
In some embodiments, the terminal displays the vaccination feedback information in text form and also displays the target health status information of the vaccinated subject to assist the staff to confirm whether the vaccinated subject is allowed to be vaccinated with the target vaccine. For example, referring to fig. 5, the terminal shows that the body temperature of the vaccinated subject is 36.5; the detection result of the biological sample is negative; the medical observation state is a release isolation state; conflict vaccination was recorded as none; the diseased state is absent, the number of the vaccinating agents of the target vaccine is 0, the target vaccine inoculated to the target vaccine at this time is shown as the first target vaccine, and the first vaccination feedback information is shown as 'recommended vaccination'.
In some embodiments, the terminal displays the vaccination feedback information in text form, and also displays a first vaccination option and a second vaccination option, wherein the first vaccination option is used for indicating that the vaccination of the vaccination object is allowed, and the second vaccination option is used for indicating that the vaccination of the vaccination object is not allowed. For example, referring to fig. 6, the terminal displays the first feedback information 601 in the text of "inoculation suggestion", and simultaneously displays the first feedback information 601, the first inoculation option 602, the second inoculation option 603, the identity information 604 and the name 605 of the inoculation object. The staff can confirm that the vaccination object is allowed to be vaccinated with the target vaccine by clicking the first vaccination option; alternatively, by clicking on the second vaccination option, it is confirmed that the vaccinated subject is not allowed to be vaccinated with the target vaccine.
In some embodiments, the terminal outputs the vaccination feedback information in audio form. In some embodiments, the terminal outputs the vaccination feedback information in the form of a voice broadcast. In some embodiments, the terminal outputs the vaccination feedback information as alert sound, e.g., the terminal outputs the first feedback information as alert sound for ding-dong, the second feedback information as alert sound for tic-tic, and the first and third feedback information as alert sound for tic-tic.
In some embodiments, the terminal outputs vaccination feedback information in the form of a vaccination graphical code, for example, the vaccination graphical code is a two-dimensional code with color. Correspondingly, the server responds to the received first feedback information and displays the inoculation graphic code in a first color; or the server responds to the received second feedback information and displays the inoculation graphic code in a second color; alternatively, the server displays the vaccination graphical code in a third color in response to receiving the first feedback information and the third feedback information. Wherein the first color, the second color and the third color are three different colors. For example, the first color is green, the second color is red, and the third color is yellow, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
According to the technical scheme, the first feedback information, the second feedback information or the first feedback information and the third feedback information are displayed in a different mode in the form of the inoculation graphic codes with different colors, so that the inoculation feedback information is displayed more visually, the simplicity degree of the display of the inoculation feedback information is improved, the adaptation degree of an inoculation object to a vaccine is conveniently determined by a worker, and the human-computer interaction efficiency is improved.
An information processing method in a vaccination scenario is exemplarily described below with reference to fig. 7. Referring to fig. 7, the information processing method includes the steps of:
701. and (4) the vaccination object arrives at the vaccination site, and an identity card is brushed in the certificate identification area of the terminal.
702. The terminal identifies the identity card, obtains the identity card number of the inoculation object, and sends an information feedback request comprising the identity card number to the server.

Fig. 8 is a block diagram of an information processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 8, the apparatus includes:
a health information obtaining module 801, configured to, in response to receiving an information feedback request including target identity information, obtain target health status information associated with the target identity information, where the target identity information is used to identify an identity of an vaccination object to be vaccinated with the target vaccine;
a feedback information determining module 802, configured to determine vaccination feedback information matched with the target health status information, where the vaccination feedback information is used to indicate an adaptation degree of a vaccinated object to a target vaccine;
and a feedback information sending module 803, configured to send inoculation feedback information to the terminal, where the inoculation feedback information is output by the terminal.
The information processing device provided by the embodiment of the application accurately acquires the health state information of the vaccination object based on the correlation between the identity information and the health state information when receiving the identity information of any vaccination object sent by the terminal, further determines the adaptation degree of the vaccination object to be vaccinated under the health condition represented by the health state information, obtains the vaccination feedback information, and enables the terminal to output the vaccination feedback information, so that the automatic determination and output of the vaccination feedback information are realized, and the efficiency of verifying the adaptation degree of the vaccination object to the vaccination is remarkably improved.
In one possible implementation manner, the health information obtaining module 801 is configured to, in response to receiving an information feedback request including target identity information, query target health state information associated with the target identity information from a first health information base stored in a medical server; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,

In another possible implementation manner, the feedback information determining module 802 is configured to determine that the inoculation feedback information matching the target health state information includes first feedback information and third feedback information in response to that the target health state information does not satisfy the plurality of disabling conditions and that the target health state information satisfies any cautious condition in the cautious condition set; wherein the third feedback information is used for indicating that the target vaccine needs to be inoculated by the inoculation object carefully.
In another possible implementation manner, the second health information base comprises the identity information and the current body temperature which are stored in an associated manner; the device also includes:
the information receiving module is used for responding to a face image and the current body temperature sent by the temperature measuring equipment positioned at an entrance position of a vaccination site, and the face image and the current body temperature are acquired by the temperature measuring equipment aiming at the same vaccination object;
the face recognition module is used for recognizing the face image to obtain identity information corresponding to the face image;
and the body temperature storage module is used for storing the identity information corresponding to the face image and the current body temperature in a second health information base in an associated manner.
It should be noted that: in the information processing apparatus provided in the above embodiment, only the division of the above functional modules is taken as an example when performing information processing, and in practical applications, the above function distribution may be completed by different functional modules as needed, that is, the internal structure of the server is divided into different functional modules to complete all or part of the above described functions. In addition, the information processing apparatus and the information processing method provided by the above embodiments belong to the same concept, and specific implementation processes thereof are described in the method embodiments and are not described herein again.
Fig. 9 is a block diagram of an information processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 9, the apparatus includes:
an identity information obtaining module 901, configured to obtain target identity information of an inoculation object to be inoculated with a target vaccine;
an identity information sending module 902, configured to send an information feedback request to the server, where the information feedback request requests target identity information, the information feedback request is used to instruct the server to obtain target health state information associated with the target identity information, determine vaccination feedback information matched with the target health state information, and return the vaccination feedback information, where the vaccination feedback information is used to indicate a degree of adaptation of a vaccinated object to a target vaccine;
and a feedback information output module 903, configured to output the vaccination feedback information in response to receiving the vaccination feedback information.
The information processing device provided by the embodiment of the application enables the server to determine the adaptation degree of the vaccination object to the target vaccine based on the identity information by acquiring the identity information of the vaccination object and return corresponding vaccination feedback information, thereby realizing the automatic determination and output of the vaccination feedback information by outputting the vaccination feedback information returned by the server and remarkably improving the efficiency of verifying the adaptation degree of the vaccination object to the vaccine.
In a possible implementation manner, the identity information obtaining module 901 is configured to identify an identity document of an inoculated object, and obtain target identity information of the inoculated object; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
an identity information obtaining module 901, configured to scan the graphic code of the object to be inoculated, to obtain target identity information of the object to be inoculated.

It should be noted that: in the information processing apparatus provided in the above embodiment, only the division of the above functional modules is taken as an example when performing information processing, and in practical applications, the above function distribution may be completed by different functional modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the terminal is divided into different functional modules to complete all or part of the above described functions. In addition, the information processing apparatus and the information processing method provided by the above embodiments belong to the same concept, and specific implementation processes thereof are described in the method embodiments and are not described herein again.
Fig. 10 is a block diagram of a terminal 1000 according to an embodiment of the present application. The terminal 1000 may be a smart phone, a tablet computer, a vertical terminal, or a wall-mounted terminal, etc. Terminal 1000 can also be referred to as an electronic device, portable mobile terminal, or other name.
In general, terminal 1000 can include: a processor 1001 and a memory 1002. Processor 1001 may include one or more processing cores, such as a 4-core processor, an 8-core processor, and so forth. The processor 1001 may be implemented in at least one hardware form of a DSP (Digital Signal Processing), an FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array), and a PLA (Programmable Logic Array). The processor 1001 may also include a main processor and a coprocessor, where the main processor is a processor for Processing data in an awake state, and is also referred to as a Central Processing Unit (CPU); a coprocessor is a low power processor for processing data in a standby state. In some embodiments, the processor 1001 may be integrated with a GPU (Graphics Processing Unit), which is responsible for rendering and drawing the content that the display screen needs to display. In some embodiments, the processor 1001 may further include an AI (Artificial Intelligence) processor for processing a computing operation related to machine learning.
Memory 1002 may include one or more computer-readable storage media, which may be non-transitory. The memory 1002 may also include high-speed random access memory, as well as non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic disk storage devices, flash memory storage devices. In some embodiments, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium in the memory 1002 is used to store at least one program code for execution by the processor 1001 to implement the information processing methods provided by the method embodiments herein.
In some embodiments, terminal 1000 can also optionally include: a peripheral interface 1003 and at least one peripheral. The processor 1001, memory 1002 and peripheral interface 1003 may be connected by a bus or signal line. Various peripheral devices may be connected to peripheral interface 1003 via a bus, signal line, or circuit board. Specifically, the peripheral device includes: at least one of radio frequency circuitry 1004, display screen 1005, camera assembly 1006, audio circuitry 1007, positioning assembly 1008, and power supply 1009.
The peripheral interface 1003 may be used to connect at least one peripheral related to I/O (Input/Output) to the processor 1001 and the memory 1002. In some embodiments, processor 1001, memory 1002, and peripheral interface 1003 are integrated on the same chip or circuit board; in some other embodiments, any one or two of the processor 1001, the memory 1002, and the peripheral interface 1003 may be implemented on separate chips or circuit boards, which are not limited by this embodiment.
The Radio Frequency circuit 1004 is used for receiving and transmitting RF (Radio Frequency) signals, also called electromagnetic signals. The radio frequency circuitry 1004 communicates with communication networks and other communication devices via electromagnetic signals. The radio frequency circuit 1004 converts an electrical signal into an electromagnetic signal to transmit, or converts a received electromagnetic signal into an electrical signal. Optionally, the radio frequency circuit 1004 comprises: an antenna system, an RF transceiver, one or more amplifiers, a tuner, an oscillator, a digital signal processor, a codec chipset, a subscriber identity module card, and so forth. The radio frequency circuit 1004 may communicate with other terminals via at least one wireless communication protocol. The wireless communication protocols include, but are not limited to: the world wide web, metropolitan area networks, intranets, generations of mobile communication networks (2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G), Wireless local area networks, and/or WiFi (Wireless Fidelity) networks. In some embodiments, the rf circuit 1004 may further include NFC (Near Field Communication) related circuits, which are not limited in this application.
The display screen 1005 is used to display a UI (User Interface). The UI may include graphics, text, icons, video, and any combination thereof. When the display screen 1005 is a touch display screen, the display screen 1005 also has the ability to capture touch signals on or over the surface of the display screen 1005. The touch signal may be input to the processor 1001 as a control signal for processing. At this point, the display screen 1005 may also be used to provide virtual buttons and/or a virtual keyboard, also referred to as soft buttons and/or a soft keyboard. In some embodiments, display screen 1005 can be one, disposed on a front panel of terminal 1000; in other embodiments, display 1005 can be at least two, respectively disposed on different surfaces of terminal 1000 or in a folded design; in other embodiments, display 1005 can be a flexible display disposed on a curved surface or a folded surface of terminal 1000. Even more, the display screen 1005 may be arranged in a non-rectangular irregular figure, i.e., a shaped screen. The Display screen 1005 may be made of LCD (Liquid Crystal Display), OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode), and the like.
The camera assembly 1006 is used to capture images or video. Optionally, the camera assembly 1006 includes a front camera and a rear camera. Typically, the front camera is disposed on the front panel of terminal 1000 and the rear camera is disposed on the back of terminal 1000. In some embodiments, the number of the rear cameras is at least two, and each rear camera is any one of a main camera, a depth-of-field camera, a wide-angle camera and a telephoto camera, so that the main camera and the depth-of-field camera are fused to realize a background blurring function, and the main camera and the wide-angle camera are fused to realize panoramic shooting and VR (Virtual Reality) shooting functions or other fusion shooting functions. In some embodiments, camera assembly 1006 may also include a flash. The flash lamp can be a monochrome temperature flash lamp or a bicolor temperature flash lamp. The double-color-temperature flash lamp is a combination of a warm-light flash lamp and a cold-light flash lamp, and can be used for light compensation at different color temperatures.
The audio circuit 1007 may include a microphone and a speaker. The microphone is used for collecting sound waves of a user and the environment, converting the sound waves into electric signals, and inputting the electric signals to the processor 1001 for processing or inputting the electric signals to the radio frequency circuit 1004 for realizing voice communication. For stereo sound collection or noise reduction purposes, multiple microphones can be provided, each at a different location of terminal 1000. The microphone may also be an array microphone or an omni-directional pick-up microphone. The speaker is used to convert electrical signals from the processor 1001 or the radio frequency circuit 1004 into sound waves. The loudspeaker can be a traditional film loudspeaker or a piezoelectric ceramic loudspeaker. When the speaker is a piezoelectric ceramic speaker, the speaker can be used for purposes such as converting an electric signal into a sound wave audible to a human being, or converting an electric signal into a sound wave inaudible to a human being to measure a distance. In some embodiments, the audio circuit 1007 may also include a headphone jack.
A Location component 1008 is employed to locate a current geographic Location of terminal 1000 for purposes of navigation or LBS (Location Based Service). The Positioning component 1008 can be a Positioning component based on the Global Positioning System (GPS) in the united states, the beidou System in china, or the galileo System in russia.
Power supply 1009 is used to supply power to various components in terminal 1000. The power source 1009 may be alternating current, direct current, disposable batteries, or rechargeable batteries. When the power source 1009 includes a rechargeable battery, the rechargeable battery may be a wired rechargeable battery or a wireless rechargeable battery. The wired rechargeable battery is a battery charged through a wired line, and the wireless rechargeable battery is a battery charged through a wireless coil. The rechargeable battery may also be used to support fast charge technology.
In some embodiments, terminal 1000 can also include one or more sensors 1010. The one or more sensors 1010 include, but are not limited to: acceleration sensor 1011, gyro sensor 1012, pressure sensor 1013, fingerprint sensor 1014, optical sensor 1015, and proximity sensor 1016.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configuration shown in FIG. 10 is not intended to be limiting and that terminal 1000 can include more or fewer components than shown, or some components can be combined, or a different arrangement of components can be employed.
Fig. 11 is a block diagram of a server 1100, which may have relatively large differences due to different configurations or performances, and may include one or more processors (CPUs) 1101 and one or more memories 1102, where the memory 1102 stores at least one program code, and the at least one program code is loaded and executed by the processors 1101 to implement the information Processing methods provided by the above method embodiments. Of course, the server may also have components such as a wired or wireless network interface, a keyboard, and an input/output interface, so as to perform input/output, and the server may also include other components for implementing the functions of the device, which are not described herein again.
In an exemplary embodiment, there is also provided a computer-readable storage medium having at least one program code stored therein, the at least one program code being executable by a processor in a server or a terminal to perform the information processing method in the above-described embodiments. For example, the computer-readable storage medium may be a ROM (Read-Only Memory), a RAM (Random Access Memory), a CD-ROM (Compact Disc Read-Only Memory), a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
The present application also provides a computer program product or a computer program comprising computer program code stored in a computer-readable storage medium, which is read by a processor of a terminal from the computer-readable storage medium, and which is executed by the processor, so that the terminal executes the information processing method in the above-mentioned method embodiments.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware, or may be implemented by a program instructing relevant hardware, where the program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the above-mentioned storage medium may be a read-only memory, a magnetic disk or an optical disk, etc.

Claims (16)

1. An information processing method, characterized in that the method comprises:
in response to receiving an information feedback request comprising target identity information, acquiring target health state information associated with the target identity information, wherein the target identity information is used for identifying the identity of an inoculation object to be inoculated with a target vaccine;
determining vaccination feedback information matched with the target health state information, wherein the vaccination feedback information is used for expressing the adaptation degree of the vaccination object to the target vaccine;
and sending the inoculation feedback information to the terminal, wherein the inoculation feedback information is output by the terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining target health status information associated with target identity information in response to receiving an information feedback request comprising the target identity information comprises any one of:
in response to receiving the information feedback request including the target identity information, querying the target health status information associated with the target identity information from a first health information base stored by a medical server;
in response to receiving the information feedback request including the target identity information, querying the target health status information associated with the target identity information from a second health information repository stored locally.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the querying the target health status information associated with the target identity information from a first health information repository stored by a medical server in response to receiving the information feedback request including the target identity information comprises:
in response to receiving the information feedback request including the target identity information, sending a first acquisition request carrying the target identity information to the medical server, wherein the first acquisition request is used for instructing the medical server to inquire the target health state information associated with the target identity information from the first health information base and returning the target health state information;
and receiving the target health state information returned by the medical server.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the querying the target health status information associated with the target identity information from a first health information repository stored by a medical server in response to receiving the information feedback request including the target identity information comprises:
in response to receiving the information feedback request comprising the target identity information, querying a medical identity associated with the target identity information from a locally stored medical information base;
sending a second acquisition request carrying the medical identity to the medical server, wherein the second acquisition request is used for instructing the medical server to inquire the target health state information associated with the medical identity from the first health information base and returning the target health state information;
and receiving the target health state information returned by the medical server.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein prior to querying the target health status information associated with the target identity information from a second locally stored health information repository in response to receiving the information feedback request comprising the target identity information, the method further comprises:
acquiring identity information of a plurality of vaccination objects belonging to a target vaccination area;
for any one of the acquired plurality of identity information, querying health state information associated with the identity information from the first health information base; and associating and storing the identity information and the inquired health state information in the second health information base.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein determining vaccination feedback information that matches the target health status information comprises:
in response to the target health status information not satisfying a plurality of disabling conditions of a set of disabling conditions, determining that vaccination feedback information matching the target health status information includes first feedback information indicative of allowing the vaccinated subject to vaccinate the target vaccine;
in response to the target health status information satisfying any disabling condition of the set of disabling conditions, determining that vaccination feedback information matching the target health status information includes second feedback information indicating that the vaccinated subject is not allowed to be vaccinated with the target vaccine.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein determining that vaccination feedback information that matches the target health status information comprises first feedback information in response to the target health status information not satisfying a plurality of disabling conditions of a set of disabling conditions comprises:
in response to the target health state information not satisfying the plurality of disabling conditions and the target health state information satisfying any cautionary condition of a set of cautionary conditions, determining that vaccination feedback information that matches the target health state information includes the first feedback information and third feedback information;
wherein the third feedback information is used for indicating that the vaccination object needs to be vaccinated with the target vaccine carefully.
8. The method of claim 2, wherein the second health information base comprises the stored identity information and the current body temperature;
before the querying the target health status information associated with the target identity information from a second health information repository stored locally in response to receiving the information feedback request including the target identity information, the method further includes:
responding to a received face image and a current body temperature sent by temperature measuring equipment at an entrance position of a vaccination site, wherein the face image and the current body temperature are acquired by the temperature measuring equipment aiming at the same vaccination object;
identifying the face image to obtain identity information corresponding to the face image;
and storing the identity information corresponding to the face image and the current body temperature in the second health information base in a related manner.
9. An information processing method, characterized in that the method comprises:
acquiring target identity information of an inoculation object to be inoculated with a target vaccine;
sending an information feedback request to a server, wherein the information feedback request comprises the target identity information, the information feedback request is used for indicating the server to acquire target health state information associated with the target identity information, determining inoculation feedback information matched with the target health state information, and returning the inoculation feedback information, and the inoculation feedback information is used for indicating the adaptation degree of the inoculation object to the target vaccine;
in response to receiving the vaccination feedback information, outputting the vaccination feedback information.
10. The method according to claim 9, wherein the obtaining target identity information of the vaccinated subject to be vaccinated with the target vaccine comprises any one of the following:
identifying the identity document of the inoculated object to obtain the target identity information of the inoculated object;
and scanning the graphic code of the inoculated object to obtain the target identity information of the inoculated object.
11. The method of claim 9, wherein the outputting the vaccination feedback information in response to receiving the vaccination feedback information comprises any one of:
displaying a vaccination graph code in a first color in response to receiving first feedback information, wherein the first feedback information is used for indicating that the vaccination object is allowed to be vaccinated with the target vaccine;
displaying the vaccination graph code in a second color in response to receiving second feedback information, wherein the second feedback information is used for indicating that the vaccination object is not allowed to be vaccinated with the target vaccine;
and displaying the vaccination graph code in a third color in response to receiving the first feedback information and third feedback information, wherein the third feedback information is used for indicating that the vaccination object needs to be vaccinated with the target vaccine carefully.
12. An information processing apparatus characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the health information acquisition module is used for responding to a received information feedback request comprising target identity information, and acquiring target health state information related to the target identity information, wherein the target identity information is used for identifying the identity of an inoculation object to be inoculated with a target vaccine;
a feedback information determining module, configured to determine vaccination feedback information matched with the target health state information, where the vaccination feedback information is used to indicate a degree of adaptation of the vaccination subject to the target vaccine;
and the feedback information sending module is used for sending the inoculation feedback information to the terminal, and the inoculation feedback information is output by the terminal.
13. An information processing apparatus characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the identity information acquisition module is used for acquiring target identity information of an inoculation object to be inoculated with the target vaccine;
the identity information sending module is used for sending an information feedback request to a server, wherein the information feedback request comprises the target identity information, the information feedback request is used for indicating the server to acquire target health state information associated with the target identity information, determining inoculation feedback information matched with the target health state information, and returning the inoculation feedback information, and the inoculation feedback information is used for indicating the adaptation degree of the target vaccine to the inoculation object;
and the feedback information output module is used for responding to the received inoculation feedback information and outputting the inoculation feedback information.

A server, characterized in that the server comprises a processor and a memory, wherein at least one program code is stored in the memory, and the at least one program code is loaded and executed by the processor to implement the information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
15. A terminal, characterized in that the terminal comprises a processor and a memory, in which at least one program code is stored, which is loaded and executed by the processor to implement the information processing method according to any one of claims 9-11.
16. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that at least one program code is stored therein, which is loaded and executed by a processor, to implement the information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 8 or claims 9 to 11.
