The first image and the second image can both be images, and in some cases, can be separate and distinct images.
The term "at least one" is used herein to mean one or more, and the term "plurality" is used herein to mean two or more, e.g., a plurality of packets means two or more packets.
It is to be understood that the terminology used in the description of the various examples herein is for the purpose of describing particular examples only and is not intended to be limiting.
It should also be understood that, in the embodiments of the present application, the size of the serial number of each process does not mean the execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present application.
It should also be understood that determining B from a does not mean determining B from a alone, but can also determine B from a and/or other information.
In the embodiment of the application, a health service platform is provided, and the health service platform is used for counting the condition that an object completes health service, supervising the condition that the object completes the health service, and realizing fine management on the condition of the health service of the object.
The health service platform can be used for carrying out multi-dimensional statistical object data, for example, the multi-dimension can comprise portrait data of multiple dimensions of the object, and can also comprise completion information of the object for health services, for example, the completion information can comprise whether the object completes the health services, the number of times that the object completes the health services, the time that the object completes the health services, and the like.
For health services, health services refer to services provided to ensure the health of people. The health service may be a service that can be completed by one health service or a service that can be completed by multiple health services. For example, the health service may be a nucleic acid detection service that requires a decorrelation mechanism to perform a single detection. For another example, the health service may be a vaccination service, some vaccination services requiring one needle vaccination to be completed, and some vaccination services requiring multiple needles vaccination to be completed. For example, vaccination A can be performed once. For another example, vaccine B requires two vaccinations, with a minimum of 14 days between the first and second vaccination sessions. For another example, vaccine C requires three vaccinations, with a minimum time interval of two months between the first and second vaccination sessions and a minimum time interval of 4 months between the second and third vaccination sessions. Of course, the requirements for vaccination of different kinds of vaccines are different and are not listed here.
In the embodiment of the application, the health service platform can also receive a reservation request of an object, reserve a health service for the object based on the reservation request, and generate reservation information for the object after the reservation is successful. And then, the health service reservation information can be used for knowing which objects reserve the health service. The health service platform can also follow up the state of the object in completing the health service process in real time, and provide notification service for the object in the health service process according to the state of the object. For example, as shown in fig. 1 (a), the health service flow may include appointments, check-ins, providing health services, and watchups. As shown in fig. 1 (b), the health service flow may include check-in appointments, providing health services, and watchmaking. Wherein, observing means that observation is left for a period of time after inoculation, such as 30 minutes. After a certain subject completes the health service, some subjects may have adverse reactions such as allergy, and in order to further ensure the safety of the subject, the subject is usually informed to go to a specific place after inoculation to observe the situation after the subject completes the health service, which is left to watch.
Taking the health service as an example of a vaccination service, fig. 2 shows a whole flow of a health service provided by an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 2, the flow of the health service may include a reservation (here, a reservation is taken as an example in advance, and is not shown in fig. 2), a check-in, a vaccination and a watch. Two channels can be provided in the health service process, wherein one channel is provided for the person to be inoculated with the smart phone, and the other channel is provided for the person to be inoculated without the smart phone or needing the assistance of staff, such as the old, children and the like. Taking the case of a large-scale public health event as an example, for the person to be inoculated, the person to be inoculated can first display the small program reservation code in the check-in area to check the health state of the person to be inoculated so as to judge whether the person to be inoculated is healthy. If healthy, the staff can use the vaccination service APP (Application) or the handheld intelligent Digital terminal (IDA) device to record the person to be vaccinated, and then go to the vaccination area for vaccination. If the user is unhealthy, the reservation code presents red code and yellow code, and the user can be treated according to emergency situations. It should be noted that the term "healthy" means that the health code of the person to be inoculated is green, and the term "unhealthy" means that the health code of the person to be inoculated is red or yellow, and is not necessarily healthy or unhealthy. For the person to be inoculated entering the inoculation area, the medical inoculation staff can carry out vaccination on the person, and the person is allowed to go to the observation area after the vaccination is finished. The observation code is posted in the observation area, and the inoculator can scan the observation code in the observation area to perform observation and sign-in. After scanning the reserved codes, directly jumping to a timing page of the applet and starting timing. And finishing the timing after the timing reaches 30 minutes. The small program can generate an evacuation code for the people who finish the observation, and the people can be evacuated after the evacuation code is displayed to the workers in the observation area. For unsuccessfully vaccinated people for various reasons, the area being evacuated may be provided with a graphical code for evacuation (e.g. a two-dimensional code) that can be scanned by non-vaccinated people or evacuated for reasons by staff using a vaccination service APP or a handheld IDA device.

in response to not receiving the arrival notification of the object and detecting that the object leaves the area providing the health service, sending the notification information to the object again;
in response to not receiving the arrival notification of the object and detecting that the object leaves the area providing the health service, acquiring the position information of the object; controlling the target equipment to move to the position of the object according to the position of the object and the position of the target equipment, wherein the target equipment is used for guiding the object to move to the target area;
in response to not receiving the arrival notification of the object and detecting that the object leaves the area providing the health service, sending information of the object to a target object providing the health service, wherein the target object is used for guiding the object to move to the target area.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of an information notification method provided by an embodiment of the present application, and referring to fig. 5, the method includes the following steps.
500. The electronic device obtains appointment information of the health service.
For the subscription information for the health service, when the subject subscribes to the health service, the electronic device can generate the subscription information when the subscription is successful. Therefore, the electronic equipment can subsequently acquire the reservation information generated when each object reserves the health service, so as to further provide subsequent services for the object which reserves the health service.
When each object wants to complete the health service, the reservation process of the health service can be completed through the terminal, the object can perform reservation operation on the terminal, the terminal can respond to the reservation operation to send a reservation request to the server, the server processes the reservation request, and then a reservation result is fed back to the terminal. Therefore, after the terminal where the object is located receives the reservation result, whether the object is reserved successfully or not can be checked, and if the reservation is successful, the related mechanism can be called at the reservation time to complete the health service.
The electronic device may or may not be the server that processes the reservation request. When the electronic device is the server for processing the reservation request, the electronic device may obtain the reservation information of the health service from the local reservation request processing record. When the electronic device is not the server that handles the reservation request, the server may transmit the generated reservation information to the electronic device after processing the reservation request. The server may also store the reservation information, and the electronic device may subsequently send a reservation information acquisition request to the server to acquire the reservation information stored by the server. The embodiments of the present application do not limit this.
The reservation process may be reserved in advance by the object, and accordingly, the reservation time may be a time after a time point of transmitting the reservation request. The reservation process can also be reserved on site when the object goes to complete the health service, and correspondingly, the reservation time can be a time point for sending a reservation request or a time point distributed by the server for the reservation request.
For example, when the object performs a reservation operation, the current time may be selected, or another time after the current time may be selected. If the object performs reservation operation on the site, the current time can be selected, and the health service can be completed on the site after the reservation is successful. If the object is reserved in advance, a certain time later can be selected during the reservation operation, and after the reservation is successful, the health service is completed at the later time.
For the processing process of the reservation request, the server can judge whether to allocate the number source for the reservation request according to the reservation request and the current remaining number source, and when the number source allocation condition is met, the number source can be allocated for the reservation request. The server can feed back the reservation result to the terminal, namely, the reservation is successful, otherwise, the reservation result of the reservation failure can be fed back.
501. The electronic device obtains status information of the at least one object, wherein the status information is used for indicating the status of the object in the process of the health service.
After the objects reserve the health service, the objects can finish the health service, and the state of the objects when the health service is finished can be followed. Thus, the electronic device can obtain the state information of the at least one object to monitor the states of the objects to determine whether a notification service needs to be provided.
The states in which the object is in the flow of the health service may include a subscription success state, a checked-in state, a completed health service state, and a completed state. Wherein the completed status is used to indicate that the subject has completed the health service process. I.e. the subject has completed all the items of the health service.
In one particular example, after the subject subscribes to a successful health service, its state may be switched to a subscription successful state. If the subject completes the check-in process to the area providing health service, the state of the subject can be switched to the checked-in state. If the object completes the health service, the state of the object can be switched to the state of completing the health service, and if the object finishes observing in the target area after completing the health service, the state of the object can be switched to the state of being completed.
In some embodiments, the electronic device may first obtain reservation information of at least one object, determine the reserved object through the reservation information, and further obtain status information of the at least one object. Certainly, the two information obtaining processes may not be distinguished in sequence, and the electronic device obtains the state information of all the objects and obtains the reservation information of at least one object, where the state information of all the objects includes the state information of the at least one object. The embodiments of the present application do not limit this.
502. The electronic equipment responds to the condition information of any object indicating that the state of the object is switched to the state of completing the health service, and obtains the contact information of the object from the reservation information.
After the electronic equipment acquires the state information of at least one object, the state of the at least one object can be monitored. In the embodiment of the present application, a condition for notification transmission may be set, and when it is determined that the state of the object satisfies the condition, notification information can be automatically transmitted to provide a notification service.
Specifically, after determining that the subject completes the health service, the electronic device needs to go to the target area to observe the situation after the subject completes the health service, and at this time, the electronic device can provide a notification service to guide the subject. In this way, the electronic device may detect the state information of the at least one object, and when it is determined that the state of a certain object is switched to the state of completing the health service, it indicates that the object has just completed the health service, and in consideration of the fact that the object needs to further observe the situation after completing the health service, the electronic device may need to notify the object to go to the target area, and then the electronic device may perform a step of acquiring the contact information of the object, so as to send notification information to the object.
For example, taking the health service flow described above as including four phases of appointment, check-in, completion of health service, and visit, when the object completes the previous phase in the flow, the object may be notified to complete the next phase. For example, when the object X has just completed the health service, the state thereof changes, and the state is switched to the state of completing the health service. The electronic device detects the state change and can inform the object to go to the target area for watching.
For example, in a specific example, when a health service is taken as a vaccination service, a subject is vaccinated, and the resistance of the subject against a virus, an influenza, or the like can be improved. Especially in the event of a large-scale public health incident, the probability of infection of the subject can be reduced by vaccination. The subject may subscribe to a vaccination service and travel to the relevant institution for vaccination. In the vaccination process, considering the different constitutions of different subjects, some subjects may have some adverse reactions after vaccination, and medical staff needs to provide professional services for the situations, so that the subjects are usually left to watch during the vaccination of the subjects. In this case, after the vaccination of the subject is completed, the state of the subject will become the state of completed vaccination, and the electronic device needs to notify the subject to watch, so that the contact information of the subject can be obtained.
The above-mentioned situation of the state change of the object can be triggered by different ways, and the following description is directed to two triggering ways.
In some embodiments, the object may bind to each object and an agent in the health service process, so that after the object completes the health service, the data of the health service for the object may include information of the agent bound to the object, and each object is bound to a single agent, so that the conditions of the object and the agent can be tracked in a fine-grained manner. For example, if the subject produces some adverse reactions, the relevant personnel can determine the reagent bound by the subject through the relevant data of the subject, and can further perform research according to the relevant information of the reagent so as to further improve the reagent.
In the health service process, an object and a reagent can be bound, and when the binding is completed, a relevant person usually injects the reagent to the object so as to complete the health service, so that the object and the reagent can be successfully bound to serve as a judgment basis for the object to complete the health service, that is, the successful binding of the object and the reagent can serve as a trigger mode for the state change of the object. That is, in step 502, the electronic device may obtain, from the reservation information, a contact address of any object in response to detecting that the object is successfully bound to any reagent.
In a specific possible embodiment, a graphic code may be provided for the reagent, and the relevant person can obtain information (such as a reagent number or a reagent batch) of the reagent by scanning the corresponding graphic code, and automatically complete the binding of the reagent and the reagent in combination with the information of the object. The information of the object can be in the form of a graphic code, the graphic code contains the identity information of the object, and the identity information of the object can be acquired by scanning the graphic code. The information of the object can also be obtained by sensing the identity certificate through a sensor. For example, the identity document of the object is sensed by the device to obtain identity information of the object. And the electronic equipment acquires the information of the reagent and the identity information of the object, and then the binding of the reagent and the object can be completed.
The graphic code may be a two-dimensional code, a barcode, or another type of code, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
In another specific possible embodiment, the information of the reagent and the identity information of the object may also be entered by the relevant personnel by an entry operation. The embodiment of the present application does not specifically limit which manner is used.
In other embodiments, another triggering scheme is provided: and (4) manually operating a triggering mode. That is, the state of the determined object is switched to the state of completing the health service, which can be triggered by manual operation, and accordingly, the electronic device can obtain the contact information of the object from the reservation information in response to receiving the health service completion instruction of any object.
503. And the electronic equipment sends notification information to the object based on the contact information of the object, wherein the notification information is used for notifying the object to go to a target area to observe the situation of the object after the health service is finished.
The electronic equipment acquires the contact way of the object, the object can be contacted through the contact way, and the electronic equipment sends notification information to the object to achieve the purpose of reminding. The object usually uses a terminal, and the electronic device can establish communication with the terminal of the object through the contact way, and further send notification information to the terminal of the object.
In some embodiments, the notification may be a preset notification, and accordingly, in step 503, the electronic device may obtain the preset notification and send the obtained notification to the object based on the contact information of the object.
In other embodiments, the notification may be generated by the electronic device based on the portrait data of the object when the notification information needs to be sent, which is not limited by the embodiment of the present application. The portrait data may be data collected via big data technology. For example, the representation data may include the name, sex, age, address of residence, etc. of the subject, and the representation data may also include the active time or idle time, etc. of the subject. The active time refers to a time when the object uses the network, a time when the object uses the terminal, or the like. The idle time may refer to the active time, or may be a time when the object does not work or does not learn, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. Of course, the portrait data may also include other data, such as the preference of the object, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto.
Accordingly, this step 503 may be: the electronic device obtains portrait data and a notification template for the object. The electronic device may then generate notification information to be sent based on the representation data and the notification template, thereby sending the notification information to the object.
In some embodiments, for example, the subject just completed the health service, the notification may be "XX, hello," and after completing the health service, please go to the target area to observe the situation after completing the health service. During the waiting period of the target area, if there is strong discomfort, the staff in the target area is required to be contacted immediately. "
When a notification to be sent is generated based on the image data of the object and the notification template, at least one data item in the image data can be filled in a data item corresponding to the at least one data in the notification template, and the filled notification template is used as the notification. For example, the data item to be filled in the notification template may be a name, and the name in the notification template is filled in according to the portrait data of the object. Of course, the data items to be filled in the notification template may also be other items, such as gender or address, and this is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
The notification template is filled by the portrait data of the object, and the generated notification is the notification aiming at the individual object, thereby achieving better notification effect and improving the success rate of the notification.
In other embodiments, the notification information may be generated without consideration of the image data of the object, but with consideration of the reservation information of the object. That is, the step 503 may be: the electronic equipment acquires the notification template, generates notification information to be sent based on the reservation information and the notification template, and then sends the notification information to the object. For example, the reservation information may include the name, sex, and the like of the object, and may further include a mechanism for reserving the object, so that based on the reservation information, notification information more suitable for the actual situation of the object can be generated, and thus the success rate of the notification may be higher.
For the contact address of the object, the contact address may include a plurality of different categories, for example, the contact address may be a user account of the object, a communication number of the object, a mailbox of the object, or other contact addresses, such as a fax number, which are not listed here.
For different types of contact ways, the electronic device may adopt different notification information sending ways, and several possible notification information sending ways are provided below. The electronic device may implement the sending process of the notification information in at least one manner, that is, the electronic device may use any one of the following four manners, may also use any two of the following four manners, may also use any three of the following four manners, and may also use the following four manners. The specific manner to be adopted may be set by a relevant technician according to a requirement, or may be determined according to the number of the contact ways acquired in the step 502, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In the first mode, the electronic device sends notification information to a target account of the object, wherein the target account is an account of a public account subscribed to the health service.
In the first mode, the contact information acquired by the electronic device is the target account of the object, and then notification information may be sent to the target account, and when the object logs in the target account on the terminal, the notification information may be received, and the notification may be prompted on the terminal where the object is located in a push mode. The object can obtain the content of the notification information by checking the sent notification information. For example, if the object subscribes (or pays attention to) a public account of the health service through a social account, the electronic device may send notification information to the target account through the public account. If the object logs in the social account on the terminal, the notification information is received.
And secondly, the electronic equipment generates a calling task based on the communication number of the object and executes the calling task, wherein the calling task is used for playing the notification information.
In the second mode, the contact information acquired by the electronic device is a communication number, and the electronic device can call the object through the communication number. The communication number may be a telephone number or a mobile phone number, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In the embodiment of the application, the electronic device has an intelligent calling function, the calling task can be automatically generated according to the contact information, and the intelligent robot completes the intelligent calling, so that the object can hear the notification information played by the intelligent robot to acquire the content of the notification information. The process does not need manual calling, labor cost can be greatly reduced, and notification efficiency is improved. And the notification mode can notify individuals, and the success rate of notification can be effectively improved.
And thirdly, the electronic equipment sends a short message to the object based on the communication number of the object, wherein the short message is the notification message.
In the third mode, the contact information acquired by the electronic device is a communication number, and the electronic device may also notify the object in a short message manner without calling the object. Therefore, the object can check the short message after receiving the short message, and can acquire the content of the notification message.
And fourthly, the electronic equipment sends a mail to the object based on the mailbox of the object, wherein the mail is the notification information.
In the fourth mode, if the contact information acquired by the electronic device is a mailbox, the electronic device may send a mail to the mailbox, and the mailbox is used as a recipient. When the object logs in the mailbox on the terminal, the object receives the mail and can perform mail viewing operation to view the notification information and acquire the content of the notification information.
The electronic equipment can send the notification information in one or more modes, the notification modes are flexible and diversified, and the object can be more comprehensively notified, so that the success rate of notification is improved.
The above steps 503 and 504 are an optional implementation manner of sending notification information to any object in response to the status information of the object indicating that the status of the object is switched to the health service completion status, and in the implementation manner, the notification information is sent by acquiring the contact address of the object. The process of sending notification information may also be implemented in other ways. Accordingly, the two triggering manners provided in step 503 may be: the electronic device sends notification information to any object in response to detecting that the binding of the object with any reagent is successful. The electronic device sends notification information to any subject in response to receiving a health service completion instruction for the subject.
In other embodiments, alternative implementations of sending notification information are provided. In this implementation, a target display device, which is a display device located within an area providing the health service, may be installed in the area providing the health service. Upon detecting that the subject is completing the health service, the target display device is capable of displaying notification information for the subject. That is, the steps 503 and 504 may be replaced by: the electronic equipment responds to the state information of any object indicating that the state of the object is switched to a state of completing the health service, and based on the target display equipment, the electronic equipment displays the notification information of the object.
Specifically, in response to the state information of any object indicating that the state of the object is switched to the state of completing the health service, the electronic device can send notification information of the object to the target display device, and the target display device can display the notification information of the object after receiving the notification information.
In some embodiments, the target display device may simultaneously display the notification information for at least one object, that is, the target display device may simultaneously display the notification information for one object or may simultaneously display the notification information for a plurality of objects.
In a specific possible embodiment, the target display device is used for displaying the object which needs to go to the target area to observe the situation after the health service is completed. In the whole display area or a part of the display area of the target display device, the notification information for observing the target area can be displayed, and the object whose state is detected to be switched to the state of completing the health service is displayed in the object display area. Accordingly, the electronic device responds to the state information of any object indicating that the state of the object is switched to the state of completing the health service, and sends the information of the object to the target display device, and the target display device can update at least one object displayed currently. The updating process is to add the object to at least one object currently displayed.
The target display device may be a suspension type display device or a floor type display device, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
For example, a display screen having a size larger than a target size is installed on a wall of an area providing a health service, and an object is notified to be left by displaying a plurality of objects on the large screen. The display screen can display the information of the object which completes the health service in real time, and when one object completes the health service, the display screen can display the information of the object in real time.
Thus, after the object provides the health service area and completes the health service, the object can see that the displayed notification information in the content displayed by the target display device informs the object to go to the target area for watching, and then the object can go to the target area according to the notification information. The target display equipment is arranged in an area providing health service, can automatically display notification information in real time according to the state of an object, does not need manual participation, and can improve notification efficiency and success rate in time of notification.
Of course, after receiving the arrival notification of the object subsequently, the electronic device may also cancel displaying the notification information for the object based on the target display device. For example, in the above example of displaying notification information on a large screen, if an object goes to a target area and is viewed, and the check-in process is completed in the target area, the electronic device may send a cancel display instruction for the notification information of the object to the target display device, and the target display device may cancel the display of the notification information of the object in response to the cancel display instruction.
In other embodiments, alternative implementations of sending notification information are provided. In this implementation, a target playback device may be installed in an area where the health service is provided, where the target playback device is a playback device located in the area where the health service is provided. After detecting that the object completes the health service, the target playing device can play the notification information of the object. That is, the steps 503 and 504 may be replaced by: and the electronic equipment responds to the state information of any object, indicates that the state of the object is switched to a state of completing the health service, and plays the notification information of the object based on the target playing equipment.
The target playing device has a voice playing function. After detecting that the object completes the health service, the electronic device may send notification information of the object to the target playing device, and the target playing device may play the notification information after receiving the notification information. Therefore, after the object completes the health service in the area providing the health service, the target playing device can play the notification information in real time, and the object can listen to the played notification information and go to the target area for watching according to the notification information. According to the automatic notification information playing mode, the target playing device is located in the area providing the health service, the notification information can be automatically played in real time according to the state of the object, manual participation is not needed, notification is timely, and notification efficiency and success rate can be improved.
In some embodiments, the number of plays or the play period may also be set for each piece of notification information. The electronic device may play the notification information for the object according to the number of times of playing based on the target playing device. Or the electronic device may play the notification information for the object every playing period based on the target playing device.
Of course, if the notification information of an object is set to be played once every playing period, the electronic device may also cancel the playing of the notification information of the object after receiving the arrival notification of the object subsequently. For example, if an object goes to a target area for viewing, and the check-in process is completed in the target area, the electronic device may send a cancel play instruction for the notification information of the object to the target play device, and the target play device may cancel the play of the notification information of the object in response to the cancel play instruction.
The above provides three optional implementation manners for sending notification information, and the electronic device may adopt any one implementation manner to notify the object, may also adopt any two implementation manners of the three implementation manners to notify the object, and may also adopt three implementation manners to notify the object, so as to improve the notification success rate. Of course, the electronic device may also send the notification information in other manners, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
504. The electronic equipment receives an arrival notification of the object within a second target time length after the notification is sent, wherein the arrival notification is used for indicating that the object arrives at the target area.
After the electronic device sends the notification information to the object, the object may go to the target area after viewing the notification. The target area may be provided with a check-in process, the check-in process may be performed after the object reaches the target area, and the electronic device may receive an arrival notification of the object after the object completes the check-in process. The electronic device is then able to determine that the notification information sent in step 503 above is functioning, that the object has viewed the notification information, and that the object has acted according to the content of the notification information.
In some embodiments, a graphic code may be provided in the target area, and the device may trigger sending the arrival notification after scanning the graphic code. The graphic code may also be referred to as a viewing code, and is used to record that the object goes to the target area for viewing. That is, the arrival notification is generated when the object scans the graphic code at the target area.
The graphic code may be a two-dimensional code, a barcode, or another type of code, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application. In a specific possible embodiment, the graphical code may be applet code, which corresponds to a link through which the interface can be scanned to an applet page in which some content can be displayed, for example, to time the waiting time of the object, and for example, some pushed content can be displayed for browsing during the waiting time of the object. The embodiments of the present application do not limit this.
In some embodiments, in order to facilitate management of the object viewing situation, an observation ending graphic code can be generated for the object when the object finishes viewing, so as to prove that the object finishes viewing. Specifically, the electronic device generates an observation ending graphic code for the object in response to the waiting time of the object at the target area reaching a first target time, wherein the observation ending graphic code is used for indicating that the object has finished observing at the target area. Similarly, the observation ending graphic code may be a two-dimensional code or a bar code. In a specific possible embodiment, the observing end graphic code may be a dynamic graphic code, so that the observing end graphic code can be prevented from being forged, and the observing situation of some objects cannot be known.
The first target time period may be set by a person skilled in the art according to requirements, for example, the first target time period may be 30 minutes, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
In the embodiment combining the above scanning of the graphic code and the generation of the observation ending graphic code, the electronic device may start timing for any object in response to detecting that the graphic code in the target area is scanned by the object, and generate an arrival notification when the timing reaches the first target time length, and generate the observation ending graphic code for the object.
In some embodiments, a worker may be disposed in the target area to determine whether the object has completed the review, and the worker may clear the object for which the review has completed. For objects that do not complete the stay, the staff does not let pass. That is, the view ending graphic code generated by the electronic device is used for showing the target object located in the target area to open a channel leaving the target area. In this case, the object needs to present an end-of-view graphic code to the staff to prove that he has finished viewing. For an object showing an observation end graphic code, the worker can open a passage to leave the target area and drop the object away. For an object which does not show the observation ending graphic code, a worker can not open a channel but remind the object to scan the graphic code (namely, the observation ending graphic code) at the target area, and the object can leave after the observation is finished.
In other embodiments, an access control device is disposed in the target area, and the access control device determines whether the object has been viewed, and the access control device may allow the object to be viewed. For objects that are not finished with watching, the access control device is not cleared. That is, the view ending graphic code generated by the electronic device is used for presenting to the access control device for scanning to open a channel leaving the target area. In this case, the object that has completed the observation can present the observation end graphic code generated by the electronic device to the access control device. Specifically, the access control device may be provided with a scanning area, the object places the observation end graphic code in the scanning area, the access control device scans the observation end graphic code in the scanning area, after the scanning is successful, a channel leaving the target area may be opened, and if the scanning is failed, the channel is not opened.
This step 504 is a case where the electronic device receives the arrival notification of the object, the observing may be set with a certain duration, referred to herein as a first target duration, and accordingly, the electronic device may further switch the state of the object to a completed state in response to the waiting duration of the object at the target area reaching the first target duration, the completed state being used for indicating that the object has completed the flow of the health service. Therefore, the object has a plurality of states in the process of completing the health service, the states of the object can be monitored in real time through state switching, corresponding notification service is provided, the object is helped to move according to the process, the automatic reminding function is achieved, manual prompt is not needed, and the notification efficiency can be greatly improved.
In the case where such notification has been effected, the electronic device need not repeat the notification. In some embodiments, a notification task may also be established for the notification in the electronic device. The electronic device may also respond to receiving notification of the arrival of the object or delete the notification task. Alternatively, a state may be set for the notification task, and the electronic device may set the state of the notification task to the completed state in response to receiving the arrival notification of the object.
505. And the electronic equipment responds to that the arrival notice of the object is not received within a second target time length after the notice is sent, and sends the notice information to the object again based on the contact way of the object.
Step 504 above describes a case where the electronic device receives the arrival notification, and there is a possibility that the electronic device does not receive the arrival notification after sending the notification information to the object. After the object receives the notification information, the object may not view the notification information for some reason or may not go to the target area after viewing the notification information. In this case, a retransmission mechanism may be provided in the electronic device, and the electronic device may follow up the success or failure of the notification, and then retransmit the notification information to perform a secondary notification on the notified object in response to the fact that the object does not perform an activity according to the content of the notification information, so as to improve the success rate of the notification. The process of resending the notification information is the same as the process of sending the notification information in step 503, and will not be described in detail herein.
The second target time period may be set by a related technical person according to requirements, and is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
It should be noted that, the step 505 is an optional manner of sending the notification information to the object again in response to that the arrival notification of the object is not received within the second target duration after the notification is sent, and the step 505 is a manner of sending the notification information based on a combined information manner, which is the same as the other optional manners provided in the step 503, and in the step 505, other manners may also be used for the notification, which is not described herein again.
In this step 505, only the case of whether or not the arrival notification is received within the second target time period is described. Other retransmission mechanisms may also be provided in the electronic device, or other mechanisms to provide further guidance for objects that do not act on the notification information. Specifically, the electronic device can detect whether the object leaves the area providing the health service, and can provide further guidance service in case that the arrival notification of the object is not received and the object is detected to leave the area providing the health service. .
In this case, an access control system or a facial recognition device may be provided in an area where the health service is provided, by which it can be detected that the subject leaves the area where the health service is provided, thereby recognizing whether the above-described situation is satisfied. Alternatively, the mobile device of the subject may be located, and the position of the subject may be acquired, so that when the position is detected to move out of the area providing the health service, it is determined that the above situation is met. Or, when the health service is completed, a positioning support device may be allocated to the object, and the object may be positioned by the positioning support device, so as to determine the position of the acquired object, and further determine whether the position moves out of the area providing the health service, so as to determine whether the above situation is met.
Upon determining that the above-described situation is met, the electronic device can take some action, for example, notify the corresponding staff to guide the object to watch. As another example, the intelligent robot is notified to direct the object to watch. As another example, a notification message may be sent again to remind the object to stay on sight. That is, in this case three, the electronic device may perform at least one of the following manners one to three.
